Great customer service! Very flexible and honest. You get what you pay for. Did an excellent job. Inspector gave the car a zero damage report and was impressed with the car’s condition. I got a dealership credit because the car was returned in excellent condition towards another vehicle. Will definitely use his services again.

My wifes eyes itched unbearably for about a year. Lysoled sprayed the whole HVAC system, replaced air cabin filter with an anti mold one and also had a professional use frigifresh on the entire system. All to no avail. Then we heard about Mark of Perfection. My wife called him and advised him of her situation including all the work we had done. He explained what he could do and she was able to get an immediate appointment. He did a great job cleaning the interior and used an ozone generator for hours. Car was delivered on a Sunday and it was ready Monday afternoon. What a fantastic job. Before this work she considered getting rid of her beloved BMW diesel wagon. Now my wife once again loves driving her car.

Great service and a great job cleaning my windows

I asked for a quote for an interior detail to remove odor from my car and the owner emailed me saying it would be $500, without asking any questions about my car, what I needed, or really anything but telling me what I need followed by $500$. When I replied back that it was a ridiculous estimate, having gotten my car detailed numerous times before, he replied with a lovely sentiment that my car was going to be infested with maggots. Needless to say, not great customer service. Only reason I even reached out is because my usual place was super booked and I needed fast service. So avoid the extortionist at all costs.

I had a minor mold issue in my car, did a great job cleaning it out and doing a ozone treatment to kill off the bacteria and get smell out. Mark did a great job, he was very professional and nice to work with, I would definitely recommend him.
