Taylor is awesome to work with. He does everything he can to keep costs at a minimum. He seems to know car insurance policies and works directly with them to figure out who pays for what. If insurance doesnt cover something, he tries valiantly to make things as inexpensive as possible. Any work done is the highest of quality

I had a great experience with Taylor at Advanced Collision Repair. I was able to go to their facility the same day I called about the problem with the sliding door on my minivan. I was completely kept in loop on the progress being made. They had a couple of loaners available when I had dropped my vehicle off, and what they told me was very touching and speaks volumes about their customer first mindset.They said, We do have a loaner available but would request that you go with a rental, if your insurance covers it. That way, we could save up the loaner for someone who really needs it and doesnt have a rental rider on third policy. I took my BMW X5 to Advanced Collision after reading the many reviews on Yelp and on here. I have to say I was very satisfied with the work done and the details done to my Vehicle. My rear bumper got nicked by a snow plow in a parking lot and needed to be replaced. Taylor and the shop were very good at doing that. I expected them to do a very good job as the reviews on here stated that. What I didnt expect was the cleaning and detailing of my vehicle. They cleaned and detailed my vehicle better than I do without me asking for it. The inside was super clean and and my leather was cleaned very well also. Excellent work!

We were in a car accident a few years ago and had Advanced Collision repair it for us. They were able to take our bad situation and turn it into a painless and easy process. They gave us a vehicle to drive while ours was being repaired, kept us updated during the process, and in the end made our vehicle look better than it did before the accident. Everything was repaired and they even cleaned the inside. We were really happy with how everything went.Recently we bought a salvaged vehicle and knew that we could bring it in to have tests ran and could trust their opinion on the vehicle. Taylor was able to get us in right after we purchased it. He ran tests and was able to give us his opinion on the vehicle.I would definitely recommend them. I had a door ding with chipped paint repaired beautifully at Advanced Collision. Their customer service was excellent. It was great having the courtesy loaner so I could get to work easily while my vehicle was being repaired. The cost was a bit lower than some of the other area competitors as well. Unmatched service. I was rear ended two years ago and brought my vehicle to Advanced. Not only did they fix the damage in a timely manner, but also replaced a small part not related to the damage at no additional charge. Im certain that it was no big expense, but nonetheless... Now I have my car in for motor repair at M&M Auto in Maple Grove. I also have unrelated damage that needs to be repaired. They are both working together to handle the physical damage and motor damage to make my time without a vehicle shorter. I agree with a previous post. Five stars doesnt feel like enough.OH! And the interior detailing when the work is finished is amazing!

Recently I ran over a black spray can somewhere on a road where the black paint prayed up on my white Jeep. I brought my Jeep in to buff out the paint and the it looks AMAZING!! They did a perfect job, even left some white touch up paint for me to bring home. But what surprised me the most is they took the time to clean out the inside of my Jeep. With having 2 kids eating in their while we are constantly on the go I almost cried with joy as that was 1 less task I needed to get done this weekend. 1000% I would recommended this company to everyone in the MG area! I had Taylor replace the front and rear bumper on my 2002 Chevy Suburban due to some rust issues on the original OEM parts. He painted the new bumpers to match and it honestly looks like a new truck. These guys were great! Taylor was great about calling me often to give me updates on my truck and insurance. The first time I got in my truck after the stupid hit and run, they not only fixed the wheel, bumper, lights, etc, but they totally detailed the inside of the car. The cleanest Ive ever had it since I bought it. I got to drive a Lexus as a free loaner. The Lexus was beige and a 2004 lol, but still smooth and I felt nice and fancy. Not that many places offer loaners anymore. This place was referred to me by a coworker, and his experience was the same: detailed car, professional, and proactive with communication. They also fight for you with insurance, which tends to suck if you have Geico, for example. Anyway, Id totally go here again! I might try the other location just because Maple Grove is pretty far away from my life/home, but it was totally worth it! Thanks guys!

Best service Ive had at a car shop! Taylor got me in right away to fix my dented muffler (oops backed into a garbage can!) He gave me an estimate upfront, and called me just an hour or so later when it was fixed. He only charged me the low end of the estimate (much appreciated as a single mom!) Between two boys and a spouse that parks too close to other cars (not saying Which spouse), Advanced Collision Repair has been a blessing to us. From teenager SUV dents, hip checking a small deer at 30 mph and removing 21 door dents (21!) Taylor and his team have done excellent work for us. Awesome place to work with. Taylor is super friendly and efficient. One you get to the door with your claim number (if you have insurance), he will take care of the rest. My wife drove over a piece of fire wood driving on HWY 494 causing a major body demage at the front passenger side of her lexus. After a week and so, the car came out of body shop just like a new car.

My son used Advanced Collision Repair to get his 2009 Nissan Altima repaired from a bad dent in the quarter panel. They took a little longer than anticipated, but when they found more extensive issues, they called immediately and kept in communication with my son frequently. They also handled all of the communications with our insurance agency. My son just came the day it was ready and paid the deductible. The repairs were excellent. Dropped my car off about 5 days ago and I already got it back. Very friendly environment, the people who work there broke the cost down for us and didnt just hand us a piece of paper. Great service, and they did an amazing job on our 2014 Pathfinder. They even took care of door dings and such all around the car. Immaculate.Back to that reviewer Tassili...prior to selecting this shop, he had a different review posted. Now it has changed to the most recent. He is not to be believed.

I will put it in few words, Fast, Professional, Incredible Workmanship. Went in and had me scheduled, work done in less than a few days. Also let me use a loaner which is always a bonus. If your nervous about quality versus price, give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
