I have used several body shops and Caliber by far is my best experience. The communication was clear throughout the estimate and repair process. They had the appointment set for the rental car for me. My car repair had some delays due to new damages found and they communicated with the insurance complaint efficiently to make sure everything was covered. The repairs look great and I’m very happy with them.

The front desk woman, Stephanie was super kind and welcoming. The man that oversaw my vehicle repairs Dustin even went the extra mile to fix my gas door that had been rubbing my paint too hard. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, Stephanie also went the extra mile and let me out the door with some payment mishap between my insurance and them in good faith. I went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate on my front bumper which had snapped out of place during a minor collision. I was quite apprehensive because the car was only 6 months old and I thought the damage might possibly cost thousands of dollars to repair. He drove my car into the shop and 15 minutes later, the bumper was put back in its proper place. Amazing! From the time I rolled into the parking lot at Caliber Maple Grove, I felt a sense of calm that these people knew what they were doing. Stefani handled all the office interaction with me with professionalism and much knowledge of her business. Then I met Dustin who took my vehicle to wash it so we could look at the damage. My rear windshield was unfortunately shattered when broken into in Minneapolis. The technician who fixed the windshield was nice enough, but left a good amount of blood on my back seat/seatbelt. The blood still has not fully come out of the seatbelt. Additionally, every time I open the trunk, little glass pieces shift around since some are still lodged in the rear windshield; a lot of glass was left in the trunk as well. Unfortunately, this was a messy job. I hate leaving a bad review, but this was a lot to clean up from.

I was referred to Caliber from my insurance company after a fender bender. I was a little hesitant at first because I have a foreign vehicle with a lot of different computer systems. But I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did. Josh was my representative and he was very professional, knowledgeable and had outstanding communication. The office is clean and staff is friendly. They worked well with the dealership I bought the car from and got all of the necessary repairs completed on time- actually one day early! They were finished a day earlier than promised. It was nice to get daily updates by text. ... As an added benefit, they cleaned the car inside and out when they were done. I have a 2017 Camaro SS that ended up with minor fender damage. The insurance company recommended Caliber Collision for the repair work. Naturally, with this vehicle, I was overly concerned and anxious about any business working on my Camaro. The repair to the fender, the paint and clear matching, the amount of filler used, and the gaps of the fender reinstall were all top of mind. I needed it to be perfect. Not only did Calibers team come through to meet my expectations, but they also performed some paintless door repairs and I had trouble finding where the door dings were. Truth be told, my car looks better than before it was in an accident. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision if youre particularly picky about the details. Very impressive work!

I don’t recall getting a better service anywhere else. The work was done perfectly, I got my car sooner than expected (ordered OEM and installed my whole front bumper in less than 6 hours), and to top it all, the car was detailed and cleaned, inside and outside. No drama, just good professional work. It was all about satisfying the customer.

Immediate response to set up an appointment. Constant communication regarding the length of time to fix the paint and bodywork on my truck. They did a great job explaining the processes being taken toward my truck. I personally had to wait almost 1.5 weeks to get my truck back but that was not Calibers fault. I chose to only have OEM replacements with no aftermarket replacements.I would imagine choosing both OEM AND aftermarket parts would get ones vehicle back sooner as they can gather the parts easier.Overall, the work they did to my truck to make it look brand new was great. The communication was great and all the staff were very friendly throughout the whole process.Yes, i would recommend Caliber Collision for their services.

Recently used Caliber to fix my back bumper due to an accident. When I went to pick up my car, after turning it on, I had a lights malfunction error. I immediately turned off my car and went back into the shop telling them this wasnt an issue when I dropped it off. They insisted, it couldnt have been them which resulted in me having to take it to my auto shop to get it fixed.

Needed my new headlights aligned. Called at 1, got in at 1:30. Also adjusted my rear window wiper (wasnt wiping whole glass). Done, fixed & out the door in 20 minutes and best part, no charge. Friendly people, clean shop & great pumpkin decorating contest. Certainly would recommend them.

Going to an auto body shop means you’re already grumpy about being without a car for a couple days and the amount of money it’s going to cost. Josh and Phil went above and beyond to take care of repairing my car (which has fallen victim to three kids and their garage toys). I brought our car in for repairs after being rear-ended, and I received exemplary customer service from start to finish. I was able to get the car in quickly, I received regular updates throughout the repair process, and the car itself was fixed in less than a week (which, wow!). I cant bring myself to giving full stars. The quote was so enticing. Took my chances with this new behemoth of a business after the merger. This MG location has only been around for about a year and the facility is prestine with service being top notch as all service shops up front are. PDR was fine and cheap however the paint work... unfortunately, the QC from the back shop side failed in my case. Must of been the rush to get product out the door. Definitely had the feeling your just another number at the first go. How could you deliver a product that is so amateur in quality? My body work had visible ripples in the finish?! Anyway, the second try was better and actually got the manager to come out and acknowledge the mistake. Not sure what steps they are taking to not let that happen again, but its just unlucky l had to be the one to experience this lapse in QC. Just examine your whole vehicle carefully,... before and after the work here! Sorry no pics, just wanted this to get done and over with.

The staff at Caliber Collision in Maple Grove are very professional, and kept us well informed of our repair progress. They went above and beyond on our repair by fixing a broken rocker panel cover clip free of charge. This work was outside of the scope of work for the accident damage that they were hired to fix. Brought my 2018 Toyota Highlander in to have a long scratch looked at to see if it can be buffed out or if I needed the entire quarter panel repainted. I received a quote on the phone based on the description I shared with an estimated repair wait time of 1 hour.After the service manager reviewed the scratch in person, he took the vehicle in the back for further review and returned 15 minutes later with the vehicle. Needless to say, the scratch is gone and Caliber Collision did it all for free! The service was top notch and my car now looks new again.There is still good in the world. I would recommend this business.

The people at the maple grove location went above and beyond. They fixed the damage and detailed the S.U.V. above what I expected. We have another vehicle that needs some work done and we will be bringing to this location.
