I had my diamond resent in a new wedding set and had a fantastic experience. In the last few years, I have traveled the country and every Jared (or associated store) has provided consistent high-level service. Ive lost two stones from the bands and the warranty has covered replacement in full. I will continue coming back to Jared for all my jewelry purchases and service needs.
We took our rings in for service and Beth did an amazing job of going above and beyond and making us feel like family.She took ownership of our customer service experience and did a fantastic job with follow-through. She personally called us to follow up and confirm necessary repairs. She was a genuinely invested and involved representative who succeeded in a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this branch for all your jewelry and service needs.
If you’re like me and want to propose but have no idea if there are 3, 4, or 5 “C”s... this is your place! Lynn and Cassidy were both extremely helpful and took the education approach, not the pushy sales approach which I really appreciated.We recently went back for our wedding bands and will no doubt continue to turn to this Jared team for future jewelry purchases!

Went to get my ring cleaned today 8/20/21. Christine was a great help on giving me information on what types of cleaning. I drove an hour to get to the location because there is no Jared close to me. There is a kay jeweler who can do my cleaning but it didnt shine like it does when they clean it here. Will return for cleanings and future purchases.

I have been working with this Jared location for sometime on a custom piece which have given me the opportunity to meet and work with many people in the store. I was having a hard time with deciding what to do with the band for my ring and the lab team and sales team went out of their way to help me find (and create!) a solution that worked perfectly for my ring. Apparently they only have one person who knows how to size a watch so you have to go when that one person is working if you want a watch sized. Glad I drove a half hour to find that out!

I stopped in today looking for a mother’s pendant as a Valentine’s Day gift. My wife is very picky and I thought I had the info I needed to pick a piece for her. I was greeted by Ed who has helped me before. He is awesome, he spent 45 minutes helping my customize a piece that was ultimately turned down by my wife. He then attempted to help me with an engraving piece, after an hour she told me over the phone that she would prefer to help pick it out in person. Ed was great and told me to bring her in any time. I will be back to make a purchase in the coming days but I just wanted to take the time to extend my appreciation for Ed’s customer service and overall professionalism. Great job!!!
So on our way home this afternoon, I suggested to my husband that we should stop at Jared in Maple Grove to get his ring cleaned and buffed as long as we were in the area. So we stopped in, and of course while theyre taking care of our rings, they invited us to look around and see if theres anything we like, reminding us that Christmas is coming up in a few weeks. We didnt go in with the intention of buying anything, but I did see a bracelet that went really well with my ring. And I pointed it out to Kevin for future reference. As we were walking to the door, Kevin saw a sign for their Black Friday sale, but looking at the fine print, it ended yesterday.Lynn caught us as we were walking out the door and told us that they would honor the deal because the sign was still up.The bracelet was already a reasonable price but we ended up getting a really awesome deal on it, because we learned that it was discontinued and it was already on sale, plus we got the Black Friday sale on top of that. And we have Lynn to thank for that. And I have my amazing husband to thank for my beautiful early Christmas gift as well!Thank you to Lynn and the amazing staff at Jared for always making our visits a great experience and reminding us why we do business with you!

We walked into the store and were warmly welcomed by Christina and Cassidy. Christina polished my Pandora bracelet that had tarnished for a good 15 or more minutes getting its sparkle back! Cassidy was so kind inspecting my rings and cleaning them up. She took extra care to send me home with some tips to keep my bracelet from tarnishing. Not impressed... I spoke to a few different workers there to schedule and reschedule an appointment due to weather. All but one were rude and lacked the care and service you would expect at a fine jewelry store. Once I finally came in for my apt. they quoted me extremely high prices to have 3 of my rings worked on. I decided to take them into Wedding Day to compare and Wedding Day was not only a fraction of the price but everyone was beyond kind and helpful and my jewelry looks amazing. Dont go to Jareds.

The worst customer service. We have had nothing but a run a round with them. Having to make appointments, taking time off and when we go there the ring is wrong or like today I am told it is not there. When I call back later they say yes it is here. I when I explain that shopping for our wedding and engagement should be a fun experience the manager didnt even care. When I said I just want to do a refund he said good and perfect! Shop elsewhere. They are only letting people in by appointment. I understand theyre trying to keep people safe and I can respect that. But a 3 week wait for a 5 min expection and cleaning (which I have to do to keep the ring covered under warranty) is an absolute joke. I have no choice but to go there for my current ring due to the warranty but I can promise we wont be spending another dime here. There is no reason that someone cant be available for quick inspections and cleanings like before, even in you just meet me out on the sidewalk to take my pieces from me. Or provide bags and forms that we can grab, fill out, and drop in a slot for you to grab and we never have to breath the same air. Also, literally as I type this someone just taped a handwritten out for lunch sign on the door, right in front of a customer who was walking up, classy. Absolutely ridiculous approach to community and service.

Today’s experience buying expensive jewelry was laughable. I’m blown away by how rude the associate was who I begrudgingly bought from anyway. I said “my fiancé and I like this product here”. Her response was “well that’s your fault”. I work in sales. If a customer had their eye on a lower tier product, I’d lose my job if I was heard talking down to them. Forget any opportunity to upsell at that point! To top it off, she continued to be arrogant despite her lack of “having-it-together” air at checkout. I have a wedding ring set to buy soon. If it weren’t for the quality of the product at Jared, my business would be guaranteed elsewhere.
Buying the right engagement ring, as Ive learned, is one of the most stressful things you can do.. and this is coming from a medical student. I scheduled an appointment with Nancy Brown at Jareds and I have to say, she is a true professional at her job. She quickly helped me find a quality diamond within my budget. Unfortunately, after we ordered the diamond, Nancy called me and informed me that the diamond had additional flaws/chips that we did not see online prior to ordering it. Nancy again, exceeded my expectations and took the time to find some replacement options for me to choose from. Keep in mind, I am a busy medical student throughout all of this, so Nancys commitment to me and her communication was much appreciated. After the diamond arrived, Nancy helped me chose the setting for it and put it all together. My fiancé LOVED it! Nancy and the team (Sheila & Cassidy) truly made this experience a success and way less stressful than I thought it would be. Highly recommend!

Poor service! Took my ring in for a Rodium dip and was told that because I didnt have an appointment that I would have to leave my ring for two to three weeks! Seriously!?! We had no idea! Nothing on the website to indicate this. A dip doesnt even take that LONG! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I needed my ring resized and unfortunately my opal was deteriorating. Apparently my ring did not have a gem and stone guarantee, but they replaced my opal for free, and it only took them a few days to fix. The sales people never tried to blame me for the opal deterioration. Great customer service compared with other Jareds. The picture is of my ring after it was resized.
Been over-charged by over $2700, credit has dropped about 70 points (cause it put me over my jared credit limit) and now have a minimum payment of over $300 dollars and they havent done a damn thing. Keep saying a manager will call, nope. Guess Im gonna need to get my lawyer involved....

Several months ago I started engagement ring shopping and went to a few different places around the area. My second stop was at the Jared in Maple Grove, MN. I was greeted and have always been greeted every time I walk in the door. Everyone is very pleasant to work with overall. I had been working with Richard there and he was exceptional. I was never once pressured into anything and my best interests were always kept in mind. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gift or even an engagement ring to stop in and see Richard in Maple Grove. The lady I spoke with there about engagement rings claimed the only rings that will last over time are diamonds and gold bands. I later looked this up and found the information to be false. She was just trying to get a bigger commission rather than helping me find a ring I would love. Greedy business tactics at their finest.

I meant to write this sooner, but just found the business card again. We had a terrible experience here a few months ago. We were approached by a lady named Mary Ellen, and right from the beginning, my soon to be fiance and I felt on edge with her. As we were looking, Mary Ellen could tell I was getting hints as I was clarifying what my girlfriend was looking for in an engagement ring. We had gone looking before at some other stores, and it was fun. Not at Jared! At one point Mary Ellen caught on to what I was doing, and called us idiots if my girlfriend let me come in and pick out a ring without her! She said that was so stupid, and kept saying it. And the entire time she was very condescending to us, I wish I wouldve just walked out. She also kept bringing the most expensive rings and diamonds out. Never once did she ask me what my budget was either. By the time we left, we walked out of the store and my girl friend was on tears when we got into the store. Ill never go here again. Went across the road to Wedding Day diamonds and had the best experience ever! I told this story to some other people, and they had similar experiences here at Jared.
Best service, prices, atmosphere in MN. They helped me choose my wife’s diamond for her wedding ring years ago. Helped my dad choose a 50 year reunion diamond my for mom, and let’s just say daaaaaamn! Will only shop here for Mrs!

I went to the Jareds store first in maple grove to look for my 1st engagement ring because my mom told me she had gotten hers from Jareds. So i thought it would be a great place to start & I was right! I went to over 10 different stores and I loved what i found at Jareds. I was helped on multiple occasions where Shelia and Lynn who both helped me and work together to help me find what i was initially looking for. So i left and came back days later after searching store after store after store and finally decided to buy from Jareds because they had the best quality EARTH MINED stone for the BEST PRICE AND QUALITY out of all the others! So i went back and saw Cassidy on the last visit where she let me take my time to look through everything again till i decided on the one and only thing i wanted, The perfect engagement ring! Everyone was really friendly and they were kind enough to let me take my time as i looked around the whole store for a couple times and helped me PERSONALLY the whole time for a couple of hours on a couple different days when only a few people are allowed in the store at a time! They where very clean and precise about wiping down everything and anything after being handled which was really nice and made me feel alot better seeing them keep everything very clean while i was there. Not to mention they offer a lifetime warranty for damage to the ring or lost stones! Yes i would and will buy there again!💯👍😁

My fiance and I were in there last month and I just wanted to send you a note thanking you and your staff for all of the time and attention we received with her ring. Never had an issue until I go in today to have my ring inspected which I do 2 times a year per the policy.So the gal took my ring, and seemed like she barely inspected it, blew it off and handed it back to me. I asked her if she cleaned it? She stated she could blow it off some more.... really... its not dusty, its filthy. They usually clean it and it blings. Its super sparkly and looks amazing, and is even hot to the touch. This was so terrible again I asked if she even cleaned it... I said well typically this is the only time I have super duper clean it,( I know shame on me). However, she claimed that I could do it at home and use a toothbrush and its not that difficult. Seriously ?Terrible Terrible Terrible !!!
My now fiance went to Kay and was treated like he couldnt afford anything they had, yet they had an emerald ring I definitely liked. Going to Jared to see if I wanted something else, the staff we dealt with were amazing. I highly recommend Rich & I think it was Kathy. Very personable, nice, professional & they really exuded a feeling of actually wanting us to be happy with whatever we chose.

I could not have been more impressed by the service at this Jared location! Trish and Devon went above and beyond what I could have expected as they helped me assess the value of the diamonds and other jewelry left by my mother who passed a few years ago. No hidden agenda, no pressure sales tactics. Just a sincere effort to assist in whatever way they could. True professionals and VERY knowledgeable. Im sorry, but anyone whos had a bad experience there just might have been having a bad day. All of the staff there seem both attentive and professional. Will give all of my business to this Jared from this point going forward.

Ring shopping isn’t easy. I was very fortunate to find places like Mark Michael Diamond Designs, Wedding Day, and Shane Co. All of the workers at those places made me feel comfortable and happy even though I didn’t end up buying their product right away. In the beginning, all I wanted to do was compare products between stores and gain knowledge of what I was buying. Unfortunately, when I was at Jared’s, the lady that helped me didn’t take me serious. It felt like I was not worthy or buying their products which frankly aren’t that good. When another sales man came along, he gave me a bit more attention but didn’t seem to care to educate me on what I was shopping for. He was also very interested on the places I had been and made sure to give me poor feedback on them all. Do we really need to put other people/businesses down to make us feel better? I suggest you to shop elsewhere.
Ed and Cassidy were A1 today. I have been not been able to wear my wedding ring much this year, because of my knuckles are apparently bigger, and I finally went in to have my ring sized. It was done the same day, and now I can again wear my beautiful ring (made by the designers at Jared, of course!). I had my mother along, and the battery on her favorite watch went dead; They were so nice, and within minutes, replaced the battery with a lifetime one. Made her day. Thanks Ed and Cassidy!

Just called the store in Maple grove Mn and spoke to someone about my bracelet and charm tarnishing and she was very rude!!! She said its the chemical on your body you are using and somehow it got tarnished.. I asked if I can bring it in and if they could clean it and She said I should of purchased their cleaning solution for $15. I asked if I could use my tarnish solution here at home and she said Im not sure? It might work but you need to go online and look it up. I said I cant believe it got tarnished so soon since we just bought it and she said Well I cant see it.. Very very rude!!! She seemed like she had no time to talk to me and rushed with me and then said... If you want to just come and we can look at it.... So rude!!!
Not sure if this is a good or bad review...went in to return a Pandora gift I had purchased for someone. I got my money back, without a problem, or even a question...no...what is the reason foe the return? Can we get you a different size? Is there anything else you would like to look at? I was surprised there was no interest in saving the sale.

Great Service. Stopped in today to see if I could get a watch, (did not purchase here) adjusted. Was met promptly and taken care of by the manager. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I have purchased jewelry from Jared in the past and will continue to do so. Great selection of Tag Heuer watches.
Called Jared today to ask if they could resize a Rolex without sending it out. Spoke with Ed and he said he could, and suggested I specifically ask for him when I came in, and said he would take care of me. He was on break when I arrived, but Ed immediately came out to help me. He took the best of care with my Dads Rolex, resized it right then and there, and handed it back to me no charge. I told him I had to pay him, and he refused. He told me if the watch needed any additional adjustments, to bring it back in and he would take care of it. Ed was extremely professional, but very kind as well. Highly recommended.

The ring is absolutely stunning, BUT the customer service is terrible! I have had two diamonds fall out within a six month period. I understand this happens, but the customer service that I got while it was being fixed was outrageous and took a bit of the joy out of my engagement. Also, I was told they would get back to me on multiple questions within 48 hours and have still not gotten a reply almost a month later. I love my ring, but because of the customer service I would not recommend getting an engagement ring from here.
We purchased a wedding set, which involved multiple visits to the Maple Grove Jared store. Our sales rep was Richard Miller. We were very very happy with his customer service. He is and excellent sales rep, and a terrific asset to Jared. We are very satisfied with our purchase, and will recommend Jared, in general, and Richard, in particular, to friends and family for their fine jewelry needs. We visited several different jewelry stores before deciding to purchase from Jared. The ring styles we bought were important, but it was Richard that ultimately was the reason we chose Jared. The combination of his friendly, easygoing manner and his knowledge was something we didnt experience any other place. He made our decision process easy and fun. We never felt pressured, which was very important to us. We will be back, as long as Richard works at Jared.
My fiancé and I were ring shopping and Jared was one of our first stops. The salesman, Richard, was very helpful and patient with us even though he knew we were just looking at that point. When we decided to go back (after looking at other places), he remembered us right away and found the ring that we had been interested in before. He was very helpful and offered excellent advice. The customer service that we experienced was incredible, its because of him we felt confident in our selection of rings and the company we purchased them from.
This is my favorite place for sizing my rings. They have an in-house jeweler which makes repair quicker and I have the comfort of knowing that my precious pieces arent being sent around the city. Their prices for sizing are fair and the staff is always respectful and attentive.
I went in to get some jewelry inspected and the salesman noticed my 2.5 year old was having a difficult time waiting. He pointed me to the kids area, which I had completely missed, and he started a movie for her. He then offered to meet me in the kids area after the inspection was complete.
I went to Jareds on March 9, 2017 for a scheduled appointment to get my wedding band appraised. The jewelry appraisal person is an outside person they bring in to do the appraisals. This guy has been doing appraisals for quite a while. He had also done the appraisal on my engagement ring so I have trust in him. After the appraiser was done with my wedding band, he went over the details of his appraisal report and all looked great! In fact, he said it was a beautiful ring with no major flaws. The appraiser then escorted me to a Jared employee to get my ring cleaned. The Jared employee took my ring from the appraiser and went to clean it. He then came back to me and pointed out that one of my stones was loose. He showed me and it was in fact loose. I asked if they would be able to fix it and he said they absolutely could. I made sure that he knew it was platinum before proceeding with letting them fix it knowing that platinum is a bit harder to work on. The employee still had no issues with committing to fix it. They charged me $175 before it was even fixed and said they would call me by end of day when it was ready. No longer than 20 minutes later, I get a call saying that my ring is not fixable due to the setting and that I have 3 chipped stones. I explained that I didnt understand how that was possible considering I had just gotten an appraisal done at their store and the appraiser said nothing about 3 chipped stones. I quickly came back into the store and when I arrived, the employee said the appraiser was the one who screwed it up and made him re write his appraisal. I tried looking for the loose stone in my ring and no longer had a loose stone. I also had tool marks all over my platinum band. I had very high doubts that they didnt touch my band. I took my ring to another jeweler and he verified that if the appraiser missed these chips in the stones, than he must be blind and that the tool marks on the band are fresh. He said he is almost positive that the people at Jareds were inexperienced at working with platinum and attempted to tighten a stone and ended up cracking my stones by incorrectly tightening them and therefore also leaving tool marks on my band and to save their own, they just turned around and blamed the appraiser. My wedding band is now sitting with that jeweler who actually knows how to work with platinum and has to rebuild my ring and replace the chipped stones for $500. I would highly recommend never going to Jareds for any ring repair. They are unskilled in their work and try to place blame elsewhere so that they arent responsible for the damages. I will never visit Jared for ANY jewelry needs.

Ive been to a few Jareds locations and this is by far the BEST one. Every time I come here, everyone is so nice and helpful. I went in looking to fix my custom ring (which I had made at another Jareds location) and the GM, Edder and Georgetta (spelling?) and their jewelry designer (didnt catch his name) literally went above and beyond to help me. I was almost in tears at how helpful they were. I also worked with Lynn there a few times before. Amazing staff who are very personable and are not at all pushy. I always feel so comfortable going there. Very great experience. If youre going to go to Jareds, go to the Maple Grove location. EDDER, GEORGETTA, LYNN - THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.
Ordered a mens wedding ring and a female wedding ring about 5-6 months before the wedding. The jeweler Tracy said the male ring needed to be special ordered and they would hold both rings. I went to go pick up the rings 3 days before the wedding and they couldnt find the mens ring. Was told Tracy never ordered it only requested one be sent but the ring was discontinued but she never called or checked with us. Had to buy two mens rings at full price and then return one when the other ring that I actually wanted got in.
Phone answered quick and promptly. All questions were answered right away. Great experience helped immediately at door great.

I loved the sales experience when we bought my ring but its only been 4 years and the entire center stone and setting snapped off once and had to be reset, the center diamond has been loose multiple times and today one of the smaller diamonds fell out. Its not covered because we havent been there for 12 months instead of the required 6. I wish they would stand behind their products.
The sales reps were very careless with the rings they were handling. Two people had to be told they left rings out for anyone to steal. Otherwise cassie was nice and helpful.

I received a watch as a gift and I needed it sized. My first thought was to bring it to Jared in Maple Grove as my wife and I only go to Jared for all of our jewelry needs. I was in kind of a hurry as we were going out of town the next day and I wanted to wear my watch on the trip. When I got there Eder was there and told me he could do it while I waited. I was in and out in 10-15 mins. Thank you Eder!

The prices match the quality of the goods. Both are exceptionally high, but when it comes to jewelry you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly and helpful. Theres always a variety of goods, and new products rolling in. Buy the protection plan. Weve more than paid for it with the numerous cleanings and replatings they have done for us.
Terrible experience. My ring broke for the second time in 5 years (the crown snapped off with my diamond in it) so I requested a new setting. When I called I was told I would get the price we paid to reset it with, no extra. When I got there, after a snooty first sales person, a second salesperson and a manager, I was not allowed to pick something for less than what we originally paid. The whole experience took an hour and a half and I was livid when I left.
Trisha was so helpful in finding me the perfect ring for my fiancé within my budget. She also helped me use the points I got from my purchase to use during a promo weekend for my fiancé to get my ring at a good deal. They were very flexible and fast with our ring re-sizing that we needed to. Definitely recommend.
Eder Silva was great! I had a pin fall out of my watch and just stopped in quick to see if someone could help. He took great care of me and had me out the door in 10 minutes!

Staff were incredibly rude. Short, unclear explanations as to the need for a crown replacement. Had specific instructions for the brushing of the ring which was not completed correctly. Will not use this Jared site in the future. This site is unfortunate the site both my husband and I have purchased most of our jewelry from. Very disappointed.
We got my engagement ring here, I get they work off commission and everything and theyre in sales. We noticed a couple things that were off a month later and when we went back in we told them about our concern and the manager or whoever he was made it sound like it was our mistake. He was very rude about it, whatever we blew it off. While we were waiting to get a response about our concern we had about 6 people come up to us and ask if we needed help within a matter of 5 minutes. Theyre complete vultures, I understand theyre in sales and make commissions but for the love of Pete, give people some breathing room. We are both very turned off from this location and will not be returning unless we absolutely have to. We know theres other locations but whose to say that its not going to be identical. Neither of us plan on doing business with Jared in the future.
Wish I could give more than one 5 star review! I had a phenomenal experience at this location after having a subpar experience at another Jared location. I brought in my engagement ring (that was purchased at a different Jared location) and Eder quickly made me feel like I was valued and would be taken care of. What could have been a bad experience was turned into a great one because of how Eder and crew handled everything Ultimately, I had to get a completely new ring and the process was flawless. I could not be happier with my experience at this location. If you are ring shopping in the Twin Cities, it is worth the drive to the Maple Grove location because they will do everything they can to make you a happy customer.
Richard Miller and Mary Ellen Martinson did a wonderful job of helping me with a issue of a ring being discontinued. Their customers service and care was beyond excellent. I highly recommend them.
They will attempt to cheat you if they think they can get away with it. I went in for a simple resizing, and they told me that my ring had a loose stone and a broken shank that needed to be replaced or the resizing would be impossible, and quoted me a price of over $300. I went to another jeweler, who confirmed that the stone was not loose and the shank was not broken, and resized the ring quickly and problem free for $35.When I went back to speak to the manager at Jared, she informed me that the other jeweler must simply have replaced the ($240) broken shank for free without telling me.Do not ever go here.
I will never do business with Jared again and will let anyone I know looking for jewelry to steer clear.
Walked in there today looking for a wedding band for my fiance, was in there for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me!!! So I walked right out! Horrible horrible customer service!!!!! Made me feel very labeled!!! I will tell everyone I know.
Jared just serviced a Citizen Watch of mine and did an OUTSTANDING JOB! I have gone there for service before - always very welcoming, friendly, and Eder - The General Manager ALWAYS takes the time to explain the problem and how it was repaired. I give Eder and the staff there 5-THUMBS UP ALWAYS!
