My dealings with Amdahl and Dr. Jen R. have been exceptional. All my questions and issues have been addressed to my satisfaction. Jen is very nice and easy to work with and can relate to concerns. I highly recommend, very personal atmosphere.

Super friendly, Dr. Raeker was very knowledgeable and also has a hearing loss of her own so she was relatable and extremely helpful through the whole process.

Friendly and professional staff. Audiologist Jennifer is knowledgeable and thorough.I had a full hearing evaluation. Test results were presented clearly. Jennifer put on her geek hat to speak to another geek (me) and explained my condition and current treatments options well.Recommended action was to NOT proceed with a hearing assist device at this time. I will be back for follow-up visits to monitor my hearing.I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Great office!!! The staff and doctors are all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very caring. If you have hearing issues, this is the place to go.

The 5 star rating is because the Amdahl team consistently does a great job. When I was in a jam, they stepped up to assist without any additional charge despite their incurring additional expense. I even referred my mother-in-law to Amdahl for new hearing aids and she was equally impressed.

The visit was fantastic. They do a tremendous job ensuring safety during this time of COVID-19 (temp screening, wiping down surfaces, masks, etc.) - and Jen is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Very happy with the hearing test, the solutions presented were logical with recommendations suggested. Im happy with my final results and excited to be able to hear again.

Dr. Reekers listened to my concerns and spent the time needed to do the adjustments that will eventually get me to the optimal level for my earring aids. I left confident I made the right decision coming to Amdahl and feel Jan has the expertise and desire to make my new experience of wearing earring aides a successful one.
