I had the very best experience at Maple Grove hearing aid center. The young lady who gave me the hearing test and helped me was exceptional!! She went over and above what I’m sure is required of her. Thank you so very much. I think her name was Kay or Kayl and she is a big asset to Costco hearing center!!

I went to the hearing aid center a few days ago as I was having problems with the program switches on my hearing aids. The person that waited on me took a look at them and told me he would fix them. It took about 5 to 10 minutes for him to put on a new cover on each hearing aid. I tried them and they both worked. The old cover was a glossy black color and the new cover was a matte black color. WOW! What a difference. And the best part was...NO CHARGE! Thanks much Costco.
