Now more than ever Stay away from online Orders here !!!! It will never be ready!!!! Had to go more than I can count on there to get it my self and go to pickups to release the product myself…. No one really cares here about you…no one will ever ask you if you need help! Chasing some one that work there to help you on the store ? Good luck with that. Did you have the same experiences? This line is ridiculous. Horrible management and customer service experience. There is no run in and run out here. You will definitely have to wait. Staff does not seem concerned about the line as they walk back and forth past the customers. There were at least 25 people in line ahead of me....totally worth the extra 10-15 minute drive to a different home depot next time.

Youre on your own, forget about help coming, theyre under the dont ask wont tell rule.

Went to get something simple just some door locks and ended up waiting over an hour just to pay. The lines were end to end of the store. Most people are missing out on work time which means missing out on money. Also customer service was not checking people out

People were very helpful in helping find things. From the front door, through a number of aisles and customer service everyone was courteous and helpful. Even when the customers they dealt with prior to be didnt show courtesy or common decency to the employees

The manager Rick is a disgrace. He is lazy and careless. I was standing next to him when a lady came up and asked me if I worked there, I said no (because i don’t) and Rick just stood there not saying anything. This is the manager? No wonder why the store is total trash. The shrubs were not watered and are totally dead. Good job.

As a small business owner. I love the way Home-Depot works with me on the cost of materials and how much the Pro-Desk personnel work to get my estimate to the best price I can offer my customers! Plus they usually have everything I need and good prices to. If you want good prices and good materials. I highly recommend Home-Depot!

Horrible service, severely understaffed, & worst of all, apparently ZERO Halloween decorations this year the one employee I could find & had to chase down told me. Terribly managed horrible location. I’d feel safer walking downtown at midnight than this Home Depot and surrounding area also. Save your time and money, any other Home Depot is better than this one.

What man doesnt like a well stocked hardware store. They have just about everything I desire for my projects. I cant wait until the self-checkout reopens the lines can be rather long if you get there at the wrong time. If you get the right associate you can also get a wealth of information and knowledge from them about your project.

Kia is a great place to get your vehicle I love my Sportage 2021 is the best truck I ever bought it talks to you and tell you that debris is in the street when you have your GPS on and let you know about your surrounding even when the police is around or on the freeway and let you know about a speed trap which I love

After waiting in line at Customer Service for 20 minutes because the employee working just walked away and never came back, I was told I was in the wrong line. Then I walked over to the correct area and waited another 10 minutes to be helped while the employee sat there. The complete lack of customer care was ridiculous!

Standing in line on Saturday afternoon behind 53 customers and 2 cashiers open. I’ve been shopping Home Depot for 20 years and have never seen this. I asked about customer service checking me out while they (2) cashiers were there with no customers, and I was told no that’s for returns only. Several employees just walking around as well, here i stand number 54 to get checked out!! WOW

August 31st. Thanks to both of these employees whom went above and beyond today! Donte in flooring for re-checking back stock for our carpet runners....and Joyce the cashier for helping me with the PineSol spill at checkout & offering to grab another bottle while I had my hands full. I was able to quickly find my item and accessories. Check out was good. Thanks to the female who kept the line moving.

I spoke with Erica in the appliance department today and, although the option I was given for a return of an appliance isnt going to work for our timeline, she went above and beyond to try to assist me. Everyone I spoke with in the returns department told me a return wasnt possible. Erica was more than willing to try to help me. For that--she deserves a 5 star rating! Keep up the GREAT work Erica!!! You are a breath of fresh air in customer service!

Lowes in 10 minutes away no long check out lines. Only at this homedepot the lines are about 40 people long all the time it takes about 45 min to check out so something that use to take 5 minuets in and out now takes about a hour. Whats going on there? Its been like that for months. No other homedepot is like that

Based on my visit on Sunday, June 13th. This review could have been lower except for the services of Dale(Floor Covering and a gentleman working the lawn care isles). These two Home Depot employees deserve 5 stars in my opinion. The Customer Services department in my opinion show miserable service and communication skills. Most likely due to poor training by managers. This is my story and Im sticking to it.

I asked an associate for help. Not only did he just point me to where he thought the item would be, he was wrong. Lines were long and had only two registers open. I felt like I was at Walmart.

Horrible customer service. Me and my boss went to checkout. The light was on so we stepped up to the register and a woman proceeded to give us a attitude because nobody was at the register. Typically when the light is on the register is open. The woman was rude and annoying for absolutely no reason. Turn the light off if you dont want people to go to that register. That simple.

Ive been here many times & very rarely can find an associate to help me get products the App says are available in quantities but not on the shelf in its proper place. I look up in the above shelves where stock is and there it is, its very frustrating.

Why dont you have self check out in this store like the other stores? Check out without this option was extremely slow and cashier was not friendly.

I feel bad for the few dedicated workers who are trying but this is THE WORST Home Depot in three states. What is the point of a sticking system if people dont put the product in the right place? And after 2 people told me it wasnt their dept and they would send someone I figured that if I didnt take matters into my own hands, I would die here of old age. Thankful I dug around and found my item splayed out on the back of a lower shelf.

Convenient but the customer service is better in Macedonia. Four self checkout lanes and all are closed with only regular checkout lane open.

I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get 3 keys made. No one ever showed up so one of the young lady ringing at the registers waited on me, she said that she didnt want to see me waiting any longer. Thank God for that 🙏🏾.

Rented a power sander today. Called and was able to have them hold it for us immediately. Went up there within 10 mins after calling. It was ready for us and the gentleman explained everything very clearly. Pricing was excellent as well. Will absolutely rent from them again. Great experience!

Never again. Horrible store. Found a specific sale on the website for a christmas tree. Went to the store and couldnt find it. Asked an associate for help. He tried his best to locate it but could not. Or even anything remotely close in price. Said he would go and get some assistance. I stood there for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. Definitely false advertising as the Christmas trees in the store were over twice as much as the ones listed on the website. No assistance from a manager available. Every employee that walked past was on their cell phone. Waste of a trip. Dont advertise things if you dont have them in the store. Dont tell people to wait for a manager and never come back.

Why do you offer curbside but dont want to do it nor call if there is a delay? From arrival time to curbside pickup to actually receiving my order was 40 minutes. This is the second time this has happened with curbside so will not be using curbside pickup ever again with your store. And this after being put on hold on the phone for 13 minutes. Then the rude remark from the employee who brought out the order that said we should have come in to get our order. If it was possible to give a negative star rating, I would.

10/2/20. I approached the GREETER and explained I needed two tubes of sand for my KIA trunk for winter. But due to my back surgery three months ago I had no way of pushing a cart with 140 lbs of sand. SHE went above and beyond to assist this for me walking over and getting the department worker to bring the sand up. The young lady cashier at the last cash register then personally loaded my car . WOW. I was so appreciative of great customer service I wanted to ask that these two ladies be recognized for kind courteous help. Pat

Had to get some keys made. Was promptly greeted and checked out. Keys worked great. Ive had to return some in the past.

This is the laziest store I ever been to! 7 people standing around, 1 line open and a line a mile long! I stood in line 45 min. I would not ever come back here not in a million years. I suggest menards or lowes at least u can get some service.

Home Depot is the place to go and get absolutely no advice on home improvement. Youre lucky to find an employee at all, and it is unseen miracle if one of them knows how to help you. They are a big box store, and thats it. Just wares laid out on shelves and youre on your own to find out where it might be. Good thing the online website now gives you aisle and bay numbers to find the items you are looking.

They had two lines open with over 50 people standing there waiting to be first I had to put my items back and leave I mean it was totally

Lanelle is the BEST when it comes to customer service and knowledge. He knows everything about the departments he works in. I think he’s over 4 and he knows about all the parts and what to do. My goodness. I dislike giving one star reviews, but what else to give for the worst HD Ive ever encountered. Unattended carts blocking aisles, dirty (piles of cigarettes) in the parking lot, poorly stocked shelves, clueless workers (except one in appliance), long slow lines...just about the opposite of what HD would like to project.

Wish I could give it no stars horrible employee horrible service. Took me 57 minutes for a curbside pick up and still didn’t get order had to drive to fairlawn just to get item. Do not go unless you have to.

I am a paying customer who should be considered always right. I had Home Depot on a higher standard until they were unable to keep their provided delivery date that they gave me due to dueling call offs. No delivery men available and know body is even willing to accommodate a paid in full customer. So I spoke with several managers who did not have any accommodations for my continental waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. Home Depot is very unprofessional and I will be calling Their Corporate Office to file a formal complaint best believe. Unacceptable services

In reality no STARS. Do not get any big projects done like a kitchen at this location. They are unprofessional and incompetent. You go to places like this so you dont have problems, but at this location I am having nothing but problems.Im dealing with people who measurements are wrong and they want me to make up the price difference for there lack of skill.I Dont know about all home depots but this one sucks so bad.
