Whoever takes the orders during the early morning drive through has the best customer service voice! She is very friendly and attentive, and always sounds extra enthused in the early AM. All the other staff is excellent as well, and always hands me my drinks perfected and quicker than I could expect. One of the best Starbucks in the area.

I really like the drive through option. The staff is very nice. However, Harvest Coffee is a better option if you like cappuccino and latte.

This is my go to Starbucks. The morning crew is awesome. They get to know you and are always super friendly.

I normally don’t like to give a review ! But I’m am extremely upset about my drive thru experience today! I didn’t realized I passed the order screen and I’m already stuck in between cars. I couldn’t reverse because it was a long line /traffic behind me and I’m Waiting in drive thru line for 10 mins and as I got to the window and apologized that I missed the screen. The barista paused for a second and told me to drive back around to order! If I wasn’t stuck in between cars and theres space for me to leave the line then I’m ok. But i had to sit and waited in that line At least let me order!

Ive become familiar with a lot of the employees there and theyre always so friendly and they always go out of their way to say hi to me!

All the products normally sold at all the other Starbucks, including their famous burning hot coffee of course. The management and service staff Starbucks is known for.Note: this location is in a very high traffic location just off the intersection.

Friendly staff, clean store.I ordered a latte here and the foam was really nice. It seemed to be a touch over 180 degrees, but I may have been mistaken.The barista was genuinely friendly. It seems more and more rare these days, and I really appreciate someone meaning it when they ask how I am doing and wish me a good day.

I would absolutely recommend this store. I placed an order via Uber eats and I made a mistake. When I called the store to fix my order, the gentlemen that answered the phone was very helpful and fixed the order for me. I dont remember his name but I will remember that my order was perfect and not a second late!

I ordered the strawberry Acia Refresher. The lady asked if I wanted lemonade and I said no. I received a the drink without Coconut Milk. However I had a sleeping baby in the back of the car to ask them to fix it. I order this drink to help with my milk supply for breastfeeding. I was very devastated that I spent money on that drink without the coconut milk.

I normally don’t review or give negative feedbacks, but i have to this time. I should be really rating this review 0-1 star, but it was only the one individual there that was not nice. She gave me my drink instead putting it in the table, she slide it and it fell and the drink splashed all over me. She hesitated and waited a little bit before saying sorry to me. She said sorry exactly 1 time then glanced back and forth at me until i finished cleaning myself up. I was standing there cleaning off my jacket for at least a few minutes. She didn’t even sound like she meant it. If that was me i would be so freaked out and say sorry multiple times. I’m not here to look for free drinks or anything but the attitude of hers shows she was NOT sorry. I have never seen anyone like that in ANY Starbucks that i have ever went to. I got to a Starbucks at least 4x a week. That just made everyone else that works there look bad. I am disappointed in the lack of manners some people have. I meant the spill was alot not a little splashed. If she was nicer or was truly sorry she would have at least replaced my drink because an amount of it spilled onto me. I don’t even want a free drink or anything, but it’s call common curtesy. I am still being fair to the others by not giving a 1 star. Ruined my morning.

I work nearby and I am so happy this Starbucks opened. When they first opened they were a bit slow with orders but since then they have been quick, accurate, and very friendly. Jacob puts a smile on my face when I come though the drive through. He is so kind and up-beat. I recently ordered a chai tea with chestnut-praline syrup and the woman working drive that morning was kind enough to recommend other flavors that were in season. They are always very helpful here!

This is a great Starbucks if you need to get some work done. It’s not too busy that you can’t find a seat but it’s not too slow that you don’t have a few distractions to break up the monotony of working. Spacious tables with well placed outlets.

No place to sit. To many people hanging about. 1 person to a 4 seat table, really. Ordered bagels with cream cheese. Didnt know I had to put it on myself. At least Duncan Donuts puts it on. Butter was hard. Trying to figure why I pay that much. 🤨

I’ve been here several times but have since stopped. This staff is nice but this location is consistently understaffed. All I get is coffee and they are always out! A mobile order of plain coffee has taken over 20 minutes to be completed more than once. Starbucks Corp needs to give this location better resources so their staff can have the time to smile and be not be running around understaffed for no reason.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for my coffee to be redone and they just stared at me like I was wrong for asking. It was redone but still wasn’t done right. I’ve come here before and it was the same deal and I just hoped it would turn out different this time around. I understand you have regulars at locations but don’t over look someone who waited 10 mins for their coffee and someone walks in that’s a “regular” and make the SAME coffee and give it to them within 2 mins of them ordering. Also there was literally no one in the Starbucks at all when I had ordered so I didn’t understand what the hold up was and yes I understand Mobil ordering but even that shouldn’t hold up a barista from getting that one person’s coffee right that ordered inside the facility. I won’t be coming to this Starbucks location again.

Just ordered a pumpkin spice latte. As I watched the girl make my drink, she filled cup with all foam and no milk. I had to ask her to remake it and tell her how to make it. I work in a coffee shop as well and would never give a drink a person pays $5+ for filled with foam. Then she gives me an attitude and instead of handing me my drink slides it across counter. Very unprofessional

Went here recently and had a bug in my tea.... I ended up going to the Starbucks by Costco and I have to say their drinks taste better & don’t have any bugs!! :) it looked like a drain fly. It was disgusting and I will NEVER be going back to this Starbucks.

Convenient drive thru that tends to be very busy. Drive thru takes priority over inside customers. Inside is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. Even with a full staff, I waited inside for about 5 minutes for two drinks.

The cashier and baristas were super friendly 👍 the space was really clean and well maintained. One of the better Starbucks in the area for sure.

Quite challenging to get a fresh cup of coffee these days. I use to be stuck on wawa coffee but due to my traveling a lot dor work my taste buds have grown accustomed to starbucks coffee pikes roast mainly. When i first started coming to startbucks i really wasnt fond of stronger coffee so i would ask for the blonde roast. Well in most cases blonde roast is never ready and it becomes a long wait. So i started ordering the pikes roast because it always seems readily available, until lately. My experience in this store today was I ordered a medium pikes roast coffee, while filling my cup the employee turns around and states we dont have enough pikes roast for a medium would you like blonde roast or dark roast. I was nice about it and told them to just top it off with blonde roast. Then i go t ok add my half and half and that is empty too. Back to the line to wait patiently for half and half. To me starbuck you specialize in coffee. This is a big store with over 5 employees working at the time. This is unacceptable. if you cant get coffee right thats a problem since thats your business. I dont mind paying 3 dollars for a premium cup of coffee, but i certainly have a problem when my coffee has been compromised at the same amount of money. My suggestion is go back to the drawing board and come out with a system that works. Provide some time management training to your employees, and take pride in what business your in. I hope to have better experiences in the future, and will update this review when that time comes. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. Have a nice day.

Extremely high traffic location during peak periods.Poor drive-thru layout causes excessive congestion in the lot.I’ve never automatically received napkins when ordering food in the drive thru or a bag. The same goes with a cup holder when ordering multiple drinks.2 times they forgot to make my order.The staff is friendly but this location needs some serious help.

Nice location, quick friendly accurate service. I sat inside and used the Wi-Fi but the drive-thru line looked like it moved pretty fast.

Staff is not always customer service focused at drive thru. They need additional training.Very rarely do they give napkins when food is ordered. Why do I have to ask when paying $12 for breakfast?
