The gas associate was working at 5:30-5:45 pm, he was very rude. I tried to help him out by pumping my gas (i told him that beforehand) and he shut my pump off before i could even start the transaction. He was also the one associate on the gas pumps at almost 6 pm, rush hour.

They constantly have a single person from 12-2 all on their own to deal with all the cars that come to get gas and it’s not okay. The manager needs to get it together.

Always forgetting to total up the order and basically steals part of your change cause you end up paying for more then you owe. They know it but dont stop.

Ordered honey hot sandwich for later in the day. When I opened it was missing sauce and was missing toppings I had ordered it with.

Ordered the same sandwich I always do on the app and the pumpernickel must have been at the end of the loaf?!. It was half the size it usually is and smaller than a kids sandwich and had maybe three tablespoons of tuna. I have gotten this sandwich many times and been really impressed. I will not be ordering from this wawa again.

Soda fountain button is broken, card reader is broken, got my order wrong. That said, the folks behind the counter were happy to remake my order without hassle, which is always appreciated.

I normally have a great experience here. I have never had any issues with any workers besides recently. There is a new face her name is Shannon(?) she was rude and non productive. She needs some help with her customer service skills. She straight ignores me during my few interactions with her. The rest of the team is amazing.

Its a Wawa. You honestly cant go wrong with a stop in. Wawa has everything you could possibly need, and all at reasonable prices. With many competitors come and gone, Wawa has maintained its reputation of pure excellence. Gotta have a Wawa!

Stopped by on the way to work to grab coffee and breakfast sandwich. Waited for 13 mins to request wawa staff member to make Breakfast sandwich. Staff member choose to ignore and act like they are too busy to even listen. Other customers were waiting on Coffee but staff members didnt care, Horrible customer service.

My go to every morning on way to work for coffee and snacks. 6 days week I stop here and the staff no matter who is working is friendly and ready to help. They are always cleaning and keeping the coffee brewing.

How can you fail at being Wawa? Got a quesadilla and chips that took 20 minutes for staff to prepare.... ended up with some weird soggy slop and stale&inedible potato mash within a minute of paying for it. Worst Wawa in the U.S. Had to go to the Wawa on RT 73 (very close by) and throw out the food.I went to return food and get a refund but a 10 car pileup over the poorly placed air pump prevented me from doing so.Avoid this Wawa. All the employees inside openly complained about the # of customers while the gas attendants were more interested in having a conversation about what donuts their noodles were going in than attending to customers.

The employees are too busy complaining about needing a cigarette and wanting to leave than working. If they werent complaining they were goofing off at the register.Think this group needs a better manager.

Constantly clean and well stocked 24 hours a day! Sandwiches made to order anytime! My go-to place for gas or a quick meal or snack.

I came in at 5:00am. No one else was there. I placed my order and it took 10 minutes for the guy behind the counter to let me know he couldnt make half my order. I got a refund but it still took another 8 minutes for me to get on my way. 18 minutes is rediculous and there wasnt even a line ahead of me. As such I couldnt even eat half of what I did get because I ran out of time before my work shift started at 5:30. So now Im just hungry, disappointed, and wondering why I didnt just go to McDonalds.The coffee was good though.

Slept in their parking lot and nobody gave me trouble or said a word, this is why I love Wawa! Great chain & convenient location here in Maple Shade, definitely my go-to for snacks or quick hot food when in New Jersey.

Wawa is Wawa, you know what to expect. Whats one thing I wish Wawa would do? Wash out the sugar dispensers they use for the coffee once in a while. From pouring sugar into thousands and thousands of steaming cups of coffee the opening is encrusted with sugar which slows the flow of the sugar. And god knows how many germs are on them things. Ive started to use the packets. Im not a germaphobe, but come on...

I ordered a quesadilla and went to the counter to try and tell one of the employees to toast my quesadilla twice. I noticed that everyone was more invested in the conversation they were having then doing what they were supposed to be doing. When someone finally acknowledged me a minute and a half later, he informed another person to do it when he clearly was not doing anything but gossiping. The woman ( I believe her name is Shannon) began to make my order and not only was she moving at the pace of a snail, she kept stopping to talk to another employee that was also not doing what she was supposed to be doing. When I placed my order, the other orders were already complete and on the table for pick up. So why did it take 8 minutes for me to get my order? It takes a minute and half to make and a minute in a half to toast. Thats a total of 3 maybe 4 minutes (tops) and that is ALWAYS the timeframe in which I receive my order. 6 minutes into this ordeal, I notice that Shannon has yet stopped what she was doing again to talk to the same employee she was talking to before. I instructed the closest employee to me to ask Shannon to hurry up because I am late for work. At that point she finally puts it in the oven. When she hands me the box, she doesnt say anything like Sorry for the wait or Have a nice day or Enjoy. Just rude. I will never go to that Wawa again as long as those people are working there. Management really needs to step up and pay attention to which employees have no business in customer service.

I went to this Wawa location and used a credit card that I dont normally use with the gas attendant at the pump.The next day the credit card company alerted me to potential fraudulent charges being attempted for online purchases. I checked and this was the only place I used the card in the last 27 days. Be careful of skimming devices folks.

Awful customer service. I asked for a specific breakfast sandwich and a couple hash browns because there were none left. You would have thought I asked for them to do something so unexpected. The girl gave me a nasty look and was very unpleasant. I dont know if this is the most miserable Wawa to work at, but the employees sure didnt seem happy.

Today I came back to order my favorite sandwich, thank God that Jeff was here at the deli, he makes the best sandwiches and has such great customer service skills, hes such a pleasant, and friendly gentle man, today I remembered why I love the avocado and cheese club sandwich so much, after my horrible experience with Mike, Im glad Jeff is back.

2nd time I have sat and waited to be serviced for an attendant to finish having a personal conversation. This time to a guy on a bike wearing a shirt and tie.
