Isaac, Sky and all the other employees provide a great service every time we go there! I had an issue with my bill. Isaac and Sky went above and beyond to sort it out! I am happy others have had a good experience with this store, that was not my experience however.I had a new phone reserved via the AT&T Wireless corporate site for this store. I even had an appointment setup for a particular time. When I showed up there were 4 staff in the store looking at their phones and it took at least a few minutes for them to acknowledge I was in the store. I was the ONLY person in the store. I told them I had an appointment to pick up a new phone and the first associate then told me that might not be the case since they only had so many phones and had most of them reserved.I explained that AT&T Wireless corporate setup the appointment and reserved the phone for me and she proceeded to walk into the back to see if the phone was available. Another associate asked me if I was getting a new plan, I explained I was a 20+ year AT&T wireless customer and all I really needed was to pick up the new phone since I was due an upgrade. The phone was a surprise gift for Christmas and I would activate it at Christmas time. I would be paying for the device in full. They then proceeded to bring out the phone after another 5 minutes or so and then the BS meter went full tilt. The associate started telling me there was a problem in that the phone I was picking up was a 5G phone and I only had a 4G plan. WOW! Really, you are going to try that BS on me. He then tried to explain he would upgrade all my plans, but could try and keep my pricing the same. I politely declined and told him I just wanted to pay for the phone in full. No activation of a new plan necessary. He them told me they could only sell the phones with a new plan and only in installments. He could not sell me a phone. WOW!Needless to say I was done. I told him he needed a new sales pitch because his was an outright lie and he knew it. There are not even 5G antennas in Maple Valley and I know that this phone will work perfectly well on 4G since I am in the tech industry.He told me then that they are only an “affiliate” store and did not follow the sales guidelines for true AT&T corporate stores. Wow. I walked out the door. They lost a $1300 sale right before Christmas not to mention the associated accessories I would have purchased. I was so happy to learn there was an AT&T store in Maple Valley, only to figure out this might has well have been a Sprint store.Bottom line - I will never go there again. I have warned all my friends and family not to go there. The rule of twenty starts to come into play. I tell 1 person and they tell 20. I have also filed a formal complaint with AT&T wireless corporate, about this stores shady business tactics and they told me they are taking it very seriously.The story has a happy ending. I drove down to Tukwila and purchased the phone at the Apple Store in less than 10 minutes. Oh ya - it activated with no issues at Christmas and wonder of wonders it is working just fine on my 4G plan. Wow! Who new?!I hate taking my business out of my home town - but I will not tolerate these types of sales tactics.

Appreciated their patience and focused attention we were given in what turned out to be a series of challenging system updates and upgrades. They both took the time to explain the details of the special pricing deals available to us. Very professional and made us feel like VIP customers.
Love the store and the staff. Purchased a new phone and they made sure all my content was transferred and all my apps were up and running before I left the store... thats a huge bonus for this non tech mama! My husband works there and will take great care of you.. ask for pat! Check out this location for the best customer service.... you wont be sorry you did.
Very helpful people working who will answer all of your questions.Give these guys a try for any mobile or tv needs. They are awesome. Isaac very good. But overall everybody there knowledgeable and helpful of your needs no pressure.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the staff at this store. All we needed was a new phone and instead we were sold on a new phone and switching to unlimited data with the promise that our bill would not go up. Two months later our bill went from $135 to $188...
