They are always so friendly! And delicious wines. One of my favorite places to meet up with friends.

I go there about 2-3 times a week in the morning and the same brunette barista is tremendously rude and has always had a tone towards me. She responds in a rude manor whenever I ask her a question, she doesn’t tell me how much my total is she just expects me to give her my method of payment and she never says “have a nice day”. Overall her customer service towards me has always been horrible. Whenever someone else is at the drive-thru window the service is amazing though.

Went in today 3/14/21 and dark haired barista is just rude. Seemed annoyed when I asked for cappuccino to dine in and rudely provided drinks and refills of water for young daughter and I. When I asked about a lemon bar was rudely told we don’t have those, I asked well it showed right there in the window. And got a snarky reply that’s just for display. Ok well that is a bit confusing. Take it off display if you don’t have them or at least provide some customer service. She was not wearing a mask so you could tell she seemed unhappy or annoyed. Seemed to be listening to drive through orders too. Had poor service the last two times coming in where it was like no one worked there, thought I would give it another shot. I would prefer to over pay for a cake pop and coffee somewhere else.

This is my favorite place. It is so warm and welcoming. There’s often small community events going on among the regular guests making it feel very hometown. Bailey is THE best. She remembered my favorite wine after just a few visits. I feel so cared for when I go there. I sit by the fire and she brings me my Chardonnay without me even ordering. When I need comfort, or a break, or self care I come here.In addition to that, EVERYTHING I’ve ordered on the menu has been amazing!Give it a try. It’ll become your new favorite place. It’s a great part of our beautiful Maple Valley community.

The place is nice! However, the coffee is not worth the money. You can get the same quality at 7/11. If you’re going to get a professional machine, please get training on how to properly do your shot and steam the milk.

Cozy coffee bar shop. Great vibe and art on display. The coffee itself disappointed though. Ordered a latte and it was more like warm milk. If I come back it will be for wine or beer in the afternoon/evening instead of making it my place to go for my morning coffee.

Ordered bagels, smoothies and a tea with my family. Food was decent as well as the drinks. The table we sat at was a little sticky, probably should’ve been cleaned. So far I would say this is worthy of 4 stars.However,The barista at the front was extremely callous, short and completely lacking any customer service.I was met with one word answers and when we “dined in”, our food/drinks were practically flung onto our table.Not sure if the young lady was forced to work here against her will to fulfill some kind of debt, or maybe she lost a bet. Either way a “mom-is-making-me-work-and-I-have-better-things-to-do” vibe was very apparent.I received a punch card for my purchase, but unless I am forced to come back here (apocalypse?) I’d be happy to give someone my punch card, because I won’t be back.3/8/20@noon

Ive only been here in the daylight hours for coffee, but its always been cozy and welcoming. Great place to meet up with someone or a small group. Hope to make it over to enjoy the other half of the name some day!

I LOVE coming here. My sister lives close so when I visit her we often go for a coffee. It’s a great place to catch up with someone or sit and get some work done. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered and the staff has always been very kind and helpful!

Wonderful ambience ... cozy. No loud music...u can talk 2yr friends& be heard. Fabulous tomato bisque soup. Lovely personable lady who waited on us!

Small plates are so good! Service is slow. Employees spend more time chatting with each other than with customers. Cheese plate with fresh goat cheese was excellent. Good selection of gluten free items. Pricey but yummy.

Wine was great...food too! Waitress was the snottiest, rudest ever Never removed plates...had to go to counter for extra crackers and again for a 2nd glass of wine (which was different than the 1st glass) There were 6 of us and we all felt her. haughty vibe. The tip was reflective as I refuse to reward bad behavior. Call me old school ...but tips are a reward for good service and maybe a smile. Hourly pay is showing up and doing your job.

Serves some of the best tasting, quality coffee around.That says something considering the million and one coffee stands in Maple Valley. Only complaint is lack of employees manning the front. On more than a few occasions, there was nobody up front for several minutes at a time and I had to leave :(

4th time a charm? This place, they forget about you and workers hide.The 1-3 times we went here, we walked out. We almost did again! Took 20 minutes when we were told that theyll be back in a few minutes. Place is great but when youre having to wait 20 minutes, thats all you remember, especially when barely anyone is there.

This place has a nice vibe. Every employee is helpful and cheery. The food selection is good and the price reasonable. It is a wine, coffee and eatery. There is live entertainment every Saturday that is worth the time. Cool and always changing professional artwork graces the walls, that awaits to be purchased. The owner is an interior designer and its evident with the decor she established. Its the Maple Valley Hotspot.

Love this place! Always looking for an alternative to Starbucks and this is the place to go in Maple Valley. Great wine selection and pastries too! Sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine or a coffee and a deck of cards.

This was a neat place! Art everywhere and pretty much anything you would need, food, beer, wine, coffee. I would like to come anything to a busier time, maybe with live music!

I stopped in last night to see Paul Johnson and his band. The entertainment was awesome. And the staff was super friendly.

This place is packed with people who are kind and generous. Had an amazing time in this place and definitely will recommend to my friends and family. Got to enjoy some amazing drinks and interesting atmosphere while having a great time with firends. Definitely will recommend this to others and definitely will visit again.

Food and wine were good, service was bad. Felt like we were being ignored even though the place was almost empty. Too many good places around, we won’t be back. Was there Friday night.

Absolutely loved the place. I get so tired of going to the coffee shop with the green logo. I loved the atmosphere of this place with the fireplace. I had the Monte Christo sandwich.... SHUT THE DOOR. Man, this sandwich will change your life. Love love love it. Will be back soon.

Unimpressed. Barista seemed uninterested. We asked for deviled eggs and she responded coldly that there aren’t any made and it would take her a while to make them. Upon asking what a few of the sandwiches had in them she seemed impatient and short with her responses. Although the cafe itself is really cute and has a nice vibe we won’t be coming back solely because of the service. Didn’t seem like a welcoming atmosphere at all.

Love this place. We go for sit-down, early morning lattes a couple times a week. They have a drive-thru also if youre headed somewhere. We also meet friends there a couple times a month for a few glasses of wine (and appetizers) during their happy hour. Weve gotten to know the owner and the barista pretty well and we like supporting a local independent business. Also, they let local artists display their artwork (on consignment) on the walls and you might see something you like.

Good place for when you are a wine mom or feel like a wine mom. Coffee is light but nice, I’ll be returning because the staff is very sweet as well:)

I went for the Tuesday tasting, and the wines were great.Also had the steak sandwich which was delightful on its own, but the pasta salad side is the best one Ive ever had.Great, friendly, fast service with a smile.

I bought some coffee and cheesy flatbread. I wanted to use internet while I was eating and drinking, but the lady that works there kept turning it off. From my point of view it’s just disrespectful. If you don’t want people to use internet don’t give anyone the password and let people know that there is no internet but don’t turn off while people are using it and they are in the middle of something important. It was October Sunday 06, 2019 at 4:00p.m.

I was looking for a locally owned shop to get some tea and enjoy the environment to get some work done. I was disappointed in the service when the gal responded annoyed and snotty when I asked for a list of teas. Since there was no list I began asking about flavor options and her annoyance with this was clearly increasing. I felt so bad for annoying her I stopped asking for what I wanted (tea) and just ordered black coffee. When I sat down I could not figure out if they had wifi or which connection could be theirs and was frankly too afraid to ask the young woman at the counter who had no interest in helping a customer have a pleasant experience. So disappointed, back to Starbucks.

The baristas here are the best! I love going to vintage to hangout and chat!

Awesome folks very down to earth

This rating is purely based on my recent visit. I went through the drive-thru and made my usual order for myself and 2 daughters. The blonde cashier was pleasant and quick. My problem is with the brunette barista. The barista told the cashier the order and they charged me the incorrect amount. The barista then told me that a extra cup is $2.30, so I said, if you are going to charge me the full price for an extra, I would like 2 full drinks then. The barista looked annoyed and took back the cups. quickly returned. I was suspicious about how fast it took her. I tried my daughters drinks and they tasted like they were just warm milk, not the hot chocolates that I had ordered. I then parked and took all 3 drinks in asked for a complete refund vs having them remake the drinks. The cashier was still very pleasant while the barista tried to start a confrontation. I just explained I would rather just get a full refund than argue about it.With all that said my experience here is usually 5 Stars, but this is the second time that Ive had to interact with this barista. The first time I shook it off as a bad day and did nothing. After todays experience I think Ill just go somewhere else, or only go when she is not there. Hopefully the next time I do go here she will not be there.

After a Google search, myself and some friends decided give this place a try after a wedding just after 10 PM on May 27th, 2017.The sign and site both say 11 PM closing, but out of courtesy, I ask, are yall open until eleven?We receive a dirty look and a response of, I guess we are now.Being the snoops we are, it became obvious that it was not a busy night, and the young lady did later reveal that her co-worker left early because of a badly cut hand, and they decided to soft close early.Ouch. Both to the hand and to their new star rating.If you have a valid reason to close early, be kind and honest about it. The customer will almost* always understand. We received the worst initial customer service Ive ever experienced, and it really didnt have to be that way. S H A M EUpdate: turns out my wife tried this place 2 days prior and they waited almost an hour for a TO-GO sandwich...Vintage WHINE-O & ExpressNOT, you lost potential business indefinitely, please address your issues and try again!
