I mean, it’s Starbucks. There’s a reason they’re so popular. It’s like Catholicism, you always know what you’re going to get wherever you are.This specific location (kent Kangley Rd) is not the best only because of the way the parking lot is set up but it’s maneuverable.

Ive been going to this location regularly for several weeks since we moved to the area. However, in my 3 visits this week, every order has been wrong. Twice in these 3 visits Ive been given an iced latte - who orders an iced latte when its 35 degrees outside? This morning I was given a regular latte instead of the blonde I ordered. The staff regularly complains about making blonde roast coffee. That is not the customers problem. Take it off the menu rather than openly make customers feel bad for what they order.

I was discriminated against at this location and not allowed to dine inside. Very poor customer service. Will not be back now or in the future.

Great Starbucks in the middle of Maple Valley, it was fast and not overly busy, the staff was exceptionally nice! This is particularly a good Starbucks for a non formal business meeting or studying. No complaints!

Absolutely love the vast majority of their products. The only thing I hate repeatedly is how their drip coffee tastes burned. Every other tea and espresso drink fantastic! I dont know what the problem is with the drip. I buy the house blend, pike place blend, french roast to brew at home. None of them taste burned. I dont get it! Have to recognize their baristas and counter staff for their kind, friendly and always helpful service. I have never had a less than wonderful espresso and tea drink. Ill be back daily. Just never for your drip coffee. Sorry.

I am not a coffee lover! But still i like Starbucks coffee (chocolate mocha and banana bread are my favourite) and the customer service is amazing

This was my Starbucks until today where I waited over 20 minutes to order in the drive-thru only to be told there were no hot drink lids for grande or venti drinks. I had to then wait in the line to be able to pull through. I get it, but to wait 20 minutes without the staff putting out a sign is unacceptable.

Safe to visit. Quick drive through all available.

I enjoy going to this location for its friendly and fast service. Drive thru can get backed up during busy hours but thats expected during times like this.

Please dont have unnecessary conversations if you are in the drive thru; especially if theres plenty of people behind you, and Starbucks Baristas, please respect your customers time as we literally wasted 25 minutes in the drive thru today (4pm) because you were having a Very long conversation with a customer at the window, AND we had even ordered ahead online to save time...Thanks!

This is my favorite Starbucks by far because of the wonderful Gabe Osborne, he made my day by being so kind and he is so full of joy. Gabe inspires me to live my life to its fullest and to never give up. Continue to be an inspiration to everyone around you, even if it’s just by making coffee with a smile on your face. Great place

Over all they are friendly and quick to fix! However more times than not my beverage isnt right. During the fall & winter I like white chocolate peppermint mocha, but 9 times out of 10 its a peppermint mocha.I dont know what is going on with the drive thru but its also faster to go inside.This is not my preferred Starbucks because of the 2 above & drive thru is easier with kids in tow. I still continue to give them a chance occasionally, but trying everything before I leave.

Absolutely wonderful place for drivethrough! I usually come through here after therapy so Ive never gone inside, but Ive always preferred this location over the one where I live. Jenna and McKenzie were super friendly and helpful. Ive worked drivethrough at a fast food place before and they were very genuine. 👍 5/5, would recommend a raise. 😉

This is by far the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I am a past employee and I have given this starbucks the benefit of the doubt. I understand that sometimes during the chaos if people are not clear when speaking their drinks may not be what they asked for. However in this case we have been extremely clear, even asked the ladie to make sure please. Which we got a very rude response well if the drink is not what you want take care of it with them Does starbucks not hold the high standards they did back in the day? I am extremely unhappy with this starbucks becasue this is the 3rd time this has happened to us and its always at this store. Worst store in King county.

This is one of my favorite places to go. Not just because they give me coffee, but because the staff really engage with the customers. They make an effort to know peoples names and to know what it happening in their lives.

This Starbucks gets my wifes drink wrong all the time. I have been told it is a training store and the Manager is trying hard. At least that is what some person on our community page said. My point is its just coffee with cream and cinnamon powder cinnamon powder steamed in.

Great staff! They are always friendly and make sure the Cafe is super clean! The manager is really great and always makes sure my visit is a good one!

Service was fast, and I got a discount for bringing my own cup :). I was there on a fairly slow hour though, Im not sure how things are during peak hours.

When the prices on regular coffee went up a couple months ago, they didnt change at the Starbucks location at the Esplanade in Covington near the Home Depot. Since then I have still been paying $2 and a penny for a tall brewed coffee in my personal cup. Everywhere else in the area it costs 20 to 25 cents more, which adds up over a years time. Plus the Esplanade isnt so crowded, so its easy to go in and out or to find a table just to sit and enjoy the coffee with or without conversation with friends.

I walked out without my sons sandwich and the guy ran out to stop me. Then he brought it to me when it finished warming. I am so grateful for the care shown by the staff at this site. They are all amazing!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. And its always slow every time I go there. Its not a fluke. Today, I was the 3rd person in line inside the store because the drive thru was full, and it literally took over 14 minutes to get my iced tea. (I started a stopwatch after I placed my order) The employees are nice and friendly- just not fast.

This is a big Starbucks - I believe it even serves alcohol. That being said, the after school hours are pretty busy with middle and high school kids. Still, it has great service and a good ambiance.

Aweful experience. After waiting for 18 minutes for my gluten free Canadian bacon egg sandwich, they finally told me they were out of them . Are you kidding me!?!?!?!? If you were out why did you sell it to me in the first place? Surely your tech is advanced enough to give you instant inventory status? Unreal. Please dont waste my time Starbucks. As a shareholder I would expect better.

Clean cafe, friendly staff, tasty treats, cozy sitting area, several tables, free WiFi, and GREAT coffee n tea choices! Ssoo, whats NOT to like?!? There ARE kids drinks n snacks too, so parents/grandparents, etc can do a one-stop grab a quick drink &/or snack, while running errands or stopping b4 or after school/concerts/games, etc!- There are items to choose from, for breakfast n lunch too! Some folks even read awhile while there...yup, usually quiet n calm!

I’ve been twice and both times my my order was wrong. I asked today please no whip cream and drizzle and the girl said she would make sure! Then she hands me a drink with both! 🤦‍♀️🙄

Had to wait almost 8 minutes for a mocha. Too many internet orders in front of us so watched many people just walk in and pick their order up while we waited. Not a good experience.

Bomb Mac n cheese and breakfast foods. People are always friendly. I enjoy going to this location for meet ups and to kill time at lunch.

I stop in this specific location at least twice a week. Since they expanded, service has definitely slowed down both inside and the drive-through but Sunday (March 11th) was ridiculous. I spent a total of 21 minutes from start to finish in the drive-through. 21 Minutes, no exaggeration 21 minutes. They obviously knew they were either short staffed or in a training situation and they could have very easily inform people when they ordered that it would be an extended time period, once you commit to the drive-through theres no getting out. Anyone familiar knows this is not a long drive-through. There were 6 cars in front of me. Once we finally got to the window I voiced my displeasure, they didnt charge me (yippy) and I still had to wait another 4 minutes for my 3 drinks to be ready one of which was a drip coffee. 21 minutes of my life I will never get back. This could have all been avoided by simple communication.

Starbucks is always good for me. No matter my mood, tea, coffee, lunch, breakfast, they have it all.

Great service, very friendly but my tall mocha short a top cream, emmm not perfect experience, next time before driving away should make sure it.

This location often has a long wait both inside and the drive-thru. The employees are not as friendly as other locations and the parking lot can be kind of tight, often with cars waiting for the drive-thru blocking you in.
