I rented a small storage unit from Maple Valley Mini Storage. I only had the unit for a few months, but every interaction I had with the workers was incredible. Super quick to respond to emails to any questions or concerns that I had. I spoke to Julia most often and she was incredible.Reserving a unit can be done online 24/7, the use of individual codes made me feel like my items were safe and secure. When I first went to check out my unit, I found that they had a lock in my unit that I could use (You do have to pay for the lock) but the connivence of it being there was perfect for me.You are also able to access your unit any day you need to.Not to mention the affordability of the unit, the best prices I was able to find.It was also easy to vacate the storage unit. Everyone Ive worked with while renting at Maple Valley Mini Storage has been amazing.Thank you! You guys rock! :)

Maple Valley Mini Storage had made some great upgrades over the last few years. A new security gate and remapped code entry makes it 100 times easier to pull my 30 trailer in and out. We have never had a single security issue while renting space here. I would definitely refer this lot to anyone needing to park a trailer.

Management and office personnel have been outstanding with helping us coordinate during our moving schedule. They didn’t have any secret fees or unknown charges that would appear after months of renting units. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Julia was very helpful in allowing us to check out available spots for our 33 ft trailer, and was extremely reasonable in providing us the ability to move in a few days early as well. It was a much more pleasant experience than what we experienced at a Public Storage facility in Bremerton where we had the trailer located previously.

Maple Valley Mini Storage was one of the best places that I have had to store my Trailer. They were always helpful and if I had any questions they were there to answer it ASAP. If I didnt move, I would have stayed a lot longer.

This place took care of me like a close friend or family member would. Julia was always there when I showed up. She is professional, polite, nice, and gets the job done. Never did she put me off when I needed help or needed another service, she either had the authority to make decisions or just made them. She is the take charge employee we all look for. I didnt compare storage rates so Im not sure if they are high or low compared to other places, but I cringed ea. month when it was time to pay. Id use them again simply because of Julia and the other employees. (they were all awesome)

I had been happy with this storage facility until the jacked my rent up by $30.00. Starting in January 2021, I would pay $122.00 per month with insurance for a 5x10 unit. The notice I received in November did not say we will be increasing your rent by $30.00. Nor was there any info about a 90 web deal in which my rent would go up $30.00 after 90 days! So, I found a storage facility nearby for half that amount with insurance in a heated building with better controlled access. Way to stick it to the little guy during a pandemic!

As good as it gets! Weve stored our motorhome here for a while, since Dalton was the manager. Originally, he said that there were no stalls large enough to accommodate us. After researching several other storage facilities, my wife and I returned to MVMS, because he was so friendly and accommodating. We were finally able to find a spot where our RV would fit. The rest is history.... The new manager, Julia, is every bit as nice as Dalton, perhaps more. The facility is well-maintained and convenient, with good security. Prices are reasonable. As a Navy retiree, I was given a military discount, which I appreciated. Its just one of the many reasons that I love living in Maple Valley!

They became my top choice because of their introductory pricing and their longer access hours (5am-10Ppm) as well as on their their high online ratings. After going thru a surprisingly enjoyable rental process, both on the phone and in person, I wanted to leave a review of my own to encourage others to check them out. In addition to the issues of cost and convenience, their customer service really is outstanding. Theyre friendly and agreeable, even though I never even opened the email they sent me with the forms to complete. They were efficient and answered my questions honestly,, even when it meant I didnt spend more money with them. Thats worth a lot! And they were a genuine pleasure to work with.

EDIT: Im editing my review as management reached out to me to make things right. They said they were undergoing an overhaul of policy so would reimburse me for the time not used after all. Other than this billing issue I will say that the unit was clean and we had no problems with mold or pests. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.ORIGINAL: I thought they were good, but when I went to close my account, they said I could close it, but they would not refund me for the rest of the month (20 days left) that I wouldnt be using the space. Since they can still make money off a unit I paid for by renting it out again this seems like a dishonest business practice, especially since they had no problem charging me for a partial month when I set up the account. Would not use again.

Just bought a new 36 foot 5th wheel trailer and the lady was so helpful picking out a good spot, and even helped backing us into spot. Would recommend them to anyone!

Ive leased storage there several times when Ive been traveling or between homes. Nice, dry units; plenty of lights and cameras; very pleasant staff. Ill be using them again as necessary - theyre perfect for my needs.

Help desk personnel are very courteous and helpful. Access is easy and driveway areas are generously open and. Accessable. Storage units are always clean,with no noticible rodent infestations. Overall? A decent storage rental place that is well. Managed.

The ropes on the doors of the storage units are old, fraid and covered with algae. My friend grabbed the rope and got splinters in her hand.

Avoid at all costs. Ive had my camper there for 3+ years. In the past year, weve had our battery stolen off of our camper while in their custody, theyve raised our rates twice, and most recently, we picked up our camper over the weekend and its damaged (someone clearly backed into it). The front office will do nothing to help us. Beware, these guys suck.

I went to my unit to get some items out only to step in and fall through the floor.My unit was damaged with black mold and unfortuately all my furniture and personal items were damaged. I will never or recommend anyone to rent from this place.
