If I could put 0 stars I would. Highly recommend not going to this storage place. Very disappointed on the customer service at this storage place . I would pay the extra $100 to go to the brand new one in black diamond.UPDATE -Shortly after this review, I received a phone call from a gentleman whom works for this company and he was extremely apologetic for the treatment I received. Because of the generosity of this phone call, it shows that this business wants to improve and grow their facility, and to make sure they have a happy clientele.i have changed my stars to four stars because I received all my money back and it just shows that they really care about the customers satisfaction. I did not provide 5 stars due to the fact I have not personally been a customer who has expirience storing my property.

Stored my goods here while building a house. Opened up my 10 x 30 unit and RATS have destroyed EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING. They are offering me $ 250. for an entire house - mattresses. sofas, head boards, lots of boxes full of rat urine, dining sets, its all gone.......DO NOT DO DO BUSINESS HERE. They set rat trips inside our unit without or knowledge so they know about this problem. If others are having this issue lets get a class action against the national company,

We have been renting from Public storage for over 5 years. We went from and larger unit to smaller.Natalie! Is amazing she went above and beyond to help us out. She is informative, sweet and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!I was a property manager for Central Self Storage in California... I have high expectations and Natalie is amazing, Professional and welcoming!!

I visited this property, was impressed by the helpfulness of their employee George. He showed me several units to help determine what size I will need when I get ready to move my household. Our family will be using this facility when we move.

Natalie is top notch and she did a great job fixing my online reservation that was for a different location. She is very quick, personable, and easy to work with. I later worked with George and his patience with me was exemplarily!

After renting both a 10 X 20 and 10 X 15 for about 6 months I found Rat feces covering my boxes and furniture in both units. The people who work there are friendly (however they did not get back to me after I left them a voice message concerning this). They have a definite rodent problem and I will not rent from this location again.

I rented a unit for 2 months and had a friendly, easy, and helpful experience! The front desk gentleman always had a smile and a wave when I came through. I recommend this Public Storage location. Easy access and secure with the police department in the same parking lot.

George and Bob are so friendly and their customer service is fantastic. Other storage facilities don’t always honor their “specials” these guys help you find them. Tried the new one in Covington and it was twice the price and they wouldn’t honor internet sales, even with the sign in their office. So I went to Public Storage, I highly recommend it! Don’t bother with anywhere else.

I moved to Maple Valley area and needed to store my stuff. Bob and George were fantastic and helpful through the whole process. I even need change sizes of my unit after paying and Bob helped me do that with no fuss. which was truly appreciated. These 2 men are great, I love that the police dept is right next door the place is surrounded with good quality camera and security system. Thanks for the outstanding help. I feel my stuff is safe there.

This place is a great storage facility. In a very safe part of town, right across from the police station which made me feel more comfortable. George is an awesome guy and will help you with anything. Great customer service. Loved this place.

The property manager was very nice and helpful. I like that there are cameras everywhere, and that there is a security gate to get into the storage facility. The price was reasonable to me as well!

We rented a 10x20 storage unit and the process was so simple. It took less than 15 minutes and everything was done following covid 19 guidelines. I highly recommed storing your items here because the police station shares a parking lot with the facility and they have an automated gate and security cameras. Honestly, our experience could not have gone any smoother or faster than it did and the customer service was perfect.

Just moved stuff into public storage today. Kyle talked to me about all my options and helped me find the perfect size storage unit. When I got there, George was very helpful and walked me to see the storage unit before moving everything in. Both employees were transparent about the costs before I signed anything and didnt pressure me to spend more than I was willing. Its nice to have the police station right across the storage facility too for added security!

I had a very positive experience with this storage facility. I am renting a unit for my dog rescue, Old Dog Haven, to keep their branded merchandise and event materials and George was very helpful. He found us a unit just right next to the elevator which will be so convenient as Ill have to be going in and our quite a bit. Thank you, George!!!!

I needed a place to store my things while waiting for my new place to be ready and George was so kind and accommodating, I was not sure which size to get and he showed me the storage size and explained the best way to maximize the space. Excellent Storage Facility! I really cannot say enough about the service at this Public Storage; George, who is the on-site manager, is very friendly and accommodating. Also, the District Manager Jim is a pleasure to work with. Both George and Jim went above and beyond to make sure my unit did not go to auction after not being able to reach me for a couple months (I was out of the country and my auto-pay card was cancelled by the bank because of suspected fraud).I could not be happier with my experience here - if they have an opening and you need storage, bring your business HERE.

I signed up online for the savings, I was called about 10-15 mins later by George. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure my storage experience was great. We discussed what I might of been looking for and told me to come by. When I met George he was very nice and helpful, he gave me suggestions on covers, and a device to keep moisture out of my unit. We looked at my unit and he gave me necessary lock and keys and code. Overall George is very helpful and will be a huge help for anyone looking to get a storage unit.

George was fantastic in getting me set up and oriented. Facility seems fine. -1 star for Public Storages mandatory insurance rule. The stuff I am storing has near zero market value, so paying monthly insurance remium feels like a rip off.

I have recently had to upgrade my 5x15 storage area to a 10x10 area. As noted previously, security is excellent, and the manager (George) was extremely helpful. Additionally, as he noted, the downstairs areas are not on a sealed slab. This was useful to me as I will make accommodations to put in dunnage to lift cardboard boxes off the floor and put in absorbents to reduce humidity in my space. George also took time to demonstrated the lock (the same one I had used in the upstairs area) needed to be pushed in further (rather than jiggled outward) to engage the tumblers to lock the bar on the door.The building still needs to upgrade its second transportation dolly, but as I picked a good time to execute my transition, this was not a problem for meOverall, another excellent experience with the Maple Valley facility.

BEWARE of price increases!!! Our rent increased from $226/month to $309/month in less than 3 years for a 10X20 unit. There is a 20% late fee if paid after the 5th of every month. We used this place due to our military overseas move thinking we would return to the area in a few years and use the stuff we put in storage. We never expected so much increase in the rent amount. Had we known we would have explored other options.
