When they opened prior at 8:00 am the likelihood of them being there before 8:15 was slim, for me. I’m not sure how a business that sells supplies to salons can operate from now 9-4pm. Such a shame and may need to order directly from my supplier for guaranteed product order.

Should have opened at 8:00am and I got there after 8 and no one was there. I run her before the salon opens so if its not open on time Im screwed.

I spoke with a gal there today and she was Super helpful. Over and beyond great customer service. I asked her if she was the manager, she replied yes, that she was the new manager. Her name is Brenda.Anyway, she went as far as telling me the sale that ended today and even the black friday sales. So I for sure did some ordering!Thanks a ton!!!
