We werent looking to buy, we were pricing and this was our second stop. The district and store manager were EXTREMELY helpful, they spent a lot of time with us discussing the differences in mattresses and what our needs were. We felt like they understood and didnt pressure us. We purchased. We are so excited!

This is my first time writing a bad review and it is based on the experience that I got from the representative that I found in that store that day. I came in while He was on phone and there was no indication made from him that He will be with me in a second. I waited a little and proceeded to looking for a mattress. When he got done, there was greeting or sorry for making you wait. I went on to see immediately what I wa looking for so I asked him the price of the mattress because I did not see the price at first. He was talking so loud as if I couldnt understand what He was telling me. They had a twin mattress as a sample so I was so confused since I wanted a king mattress. I asked again to make sure that I got the facts right and he goes again talking to me like if I was in a spelling bee competition. I felt so little and humiliated by his way of saying things. The guys never explained well their delivery and return policy so I had to ask him to give me the policy so that I can read it myself. I was put in a gold delivery . I couldnt even asked if the mattress came with a box pring because I was so angry at that moment.The guys that delivered the mattress today were so nice and well behaved. I was hoping for a better experience since I read some positive comments before trying them.

We worked with John. But I feel a more accurate description would be, we bugged John.😆 He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even after all the questions, negotiating, back and forths, phone cforth, couple visits to the store with kids terrorizing the place, he remained awesome. He has zero push in his sales tactic. He truly only cared about getting us what we wanted. It was a very low stress (only us actually deciding what we wanted), zero pressure, refreshing sales experience. Its actually a little unfortunate we wont need another mattress for a long time because he was so great to work with! Might just have to swing in and say hi sometime. If you need a mattress, go here and ask for John. Hands down. Thank you, John!

Beware buying their foam mattresses. We paid over $1k for our Sleepys cool mattress and owned it for less than 3 years. A large crack formed in the topmost padding that spanned one side of the mattress. It shouldve been covered under their 5 year warranty. When we submitted photos and filed a warranty claim it was denied due to stains. The stains were normal wear and tear discoloration on the foams surface area where we slept. In no way did stains cause a giant crack in the foam padding. I would be interested in finding out how many warranty claims actually get approved. Im sure its a ridiculously low number. This company is atrocious and I refuse to ever do business with them again.

Highly recommend!! Japheth and Reese both helped us get a mattress quick and easy! I was not expecting to purchase a mattress today, but as Im laying on my new cloud, I cant help but think it was fate 😅.

Had a very good experience buying my mattress and adjustable bed frame.

Wonderful place to buy a mattress. The employees are vary helpful, and answered every question I had, also they didnt pressure me into buying a mattress.

The rep that helped us was super efficient . Got us in and out in less than an hour. This isnt to say that he was trying to rush us out, but we knew what we wanted and he was able to show us our choices. Great customer service!

I would not recommend family and friends to come here. I was very unsatisfied with the staff and customer service for the following reasons.- The mattress was damaged and used.- I did not get a solution till the end of the next business day.- The mattress did not get replace till a week later.- Delivery men were confused and hesitant to take the first mattress away.Staff failed to mention key information about about the process, they claimed we accepted and signed for a damage mattress. Unfortunately, being a full time employee, I was unable to be there at the time of delivery so I had an elder relative (who does not speak English) at home to accept the delivery. Staff did not inform us that we would need to sign for the delivery and that it would mean we accepted the mattress as it is. We did not know the bed was damaged and used till after the box and plastic was removed.Staff claimed it was a new mattress but after receiving the replacement, it was obvious the previous mattress was definitely used. The plastic wrap was just taped on. The plastic wrap on the actual new mattress was sealed. Also on the replacement mattress, there was proper labels and tags, the first one we received had none.I am done wasting time and energy to this company. After my 21 day trail, I am definitely returning the mattress. This company does not deserve my business.***UPDATE***AGAIN, I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.After being an upset customer, they wanted to charge me more. After I had mention I wanted a return, they threw a 20% restocking fee in my face. This company DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will do what they need to do to sale the job but when a problem arise, they do not know how to handle it, they only want your money. Shame on them.

We had a great experience with Evan again! This was the 2nd bed weve bought from Evan, he let us take our time checking out all the beds and answered all our questions!

I was told I was being sold a clearance mattress but opened the bag right after delivery on the $1200 mattress and it was covered in pubic hair stains makeup and what appears to be bodily fluids and fecal matter. I contacted the store immediately 30 minutes after delivery and they said no returns on clearance items and there was nothing they could do. I said I was told by the salesman that they only resold returns that weren’t used but this was clearly used for quite some time. I sent my old mattress with the delivery guys to be destroyed and now I don’t have a mattress to sleep on and I just had a baby two weeks ago. I just spent $1200 on a disgusting mattress. This is fraud!!

The lady working in the store absolutely horrible horrible customer service skills very rude told me she could not take cash to pay for an item just complete disrespect I absolutely would not recommend this store just because this COVID-19 stuff is going on doesn’t mean that it gives your right to be rude or disrespectful or judge mental towards somebody. Bought 1 bed, and it started to dip in the middle. My gf, and I started having back/shoulder pains from it after a couple months of purchase. We got a replacement that was a different brand. It was soft for a couple months just like the original we purchased. It became very firm, and our back/shoulder pains have increased. We tried a variety of different toppers to accommodate it but, it seems to create a dip in the middle that makes our backs hurt even more.My gf called to get this resolved with no luck, and for that we have huge regrets coming here. Waste of money, and lots of pain of every night.I had a Sealy before, and never had the problems I am experiencing now.

Great experience! Kids were welcomed and allowed to play. It was a relaxing experience. We tried several beds. Melissa (sales rep) allowed us to try different beds without hovering over us. We even moved a mattress on an adjustable frame to try it out.

We worked with Alex to replace three beds after a house fire. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without making us feel pressured in any way. Our beds were delivered today, two days after we placed our order, and we couldnt be more pleased. The only caveat is that it was not made clear that the delivery truck would haul away the old mattresses and box springs, but not bed frames.
