This locations does a great job! They always get my order correct, even cooking my breakfast sandwich extra long. They do a good job with inventory as they are not usually out of things. Service is usually quick.

Nice place to stop by and get a drink

This is my least favorite Starbucks. Today I asked for a remake because a good inch of my coffee was missing. The remake is the exact same way the original one was. I order light foam because I want my actual drink. The only reason I came to this store was because my normal store is out of my normal drink due to the weather impacts.

Everyone at this Starbucks is so nice and theyve never messed up my drink and Ive been here 10+ times ! Just wish they didnt run out of their items so much like sandwiches and certain flavors .

This is probably my favorite starbucks I’ve visited. There is ample of space for seating and studying. The decor is super modern, warm, and cute. The staff is very friendly and their service was quick. There are plenty of windows and natural light coming into the space. Parking was very convenient in their parking lot. I will definitely be back to this location.

Nothing in stock - what a disappointment and waste of time. Wanted a hot tea and breakfast sandwich and was told they didnt have either. Particularly annoying when I asked the gal what teas they had, and she listed the one I wanted. When I ordered it, she then said they dont have it and didnt have the breakfast sandwich either. Then remove the items from the displays if you dont have them.

I want those chairs!!! Enjoyed the coffee and the staff was pleasant. Tried to sit out on the patio but, a bee kept flying around me.

Its on the SE corner, not NE corner**Drink tasted great, but they dont make mobile orders (at least not for picking up inside).. instead you order on the app, thinking you are saving time, and when you arrive, then they make your drink. Defeats the purpose of mobile order, for me anyway...My experience wasnt a one off -- you can read other reviews and see the same complaint. Store was clean, so that was nice.

I work near this Starbucks location and every time I go, Im almost never disappointed. I usually order Oatmilk Honey Latte hot/cold. Just wanted to share with everyone that when they run out of oatmilk, avoid replacing it with almond milk, rather go for soy instead! Ive tried it with almond milk and did not like it compared to the soy milk. Its creamier compared to almond milk in my opinion. Staff are very friendly as always.

First time using their app and ordered 5 drinks to be picked up at drive thru. When I picked up my drinks I was told “next time” I need to give them 15 minutes for 5 drinks but they made my drinks anyway. The audacity. “Next time” tell me on the app and I will gladly follow the directions. I’m okay with waiting, but the tone and the audacity. I get it. You’re busy.

Colleena is da bomb ....she always is patient, helpful and kind. Always apologetic for out of stock menu ingredients which seems to be a lot here every time we go they arevout of 3 or more.

Im glad they have a location here now. Its a nice one, clean and friendly.

Its a solid, consistent Starbucks and drive thru attendants/baristas are friendly and for the most part, expeditious. I am happy to continue giving them my quick caffeine fix on the way to work business. ☕✌️

It took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru lane...

They advertised the had dark roast brewed. But yet none was made. Person behind counter seemed disinterested and speaking very quietly while have ignoring me while playing on her phone.

One of the workers asked me to put my mask over my nose, which is not a big deal, but she said it in a very condescending way, and on top of that her two coworkers laughed at me! Kind of made me feel two inches tall! Not a very welcoming place!

I tried to stop here on my way home this evening (the hours on Google say they are open until 9pm). When I pulled into the drive thru, I waited for a minute and noticed a sign saying they now closed at 6pm. I looked at my clock and it was 6 on the dot. Someone came over the speaker and said something I couldn’t understand. I asked if I could order and they said, “No, we are closed.” I verified that I couldn’t place an order and they reiterated that they were closed. I apologized (I didn’t realize they were closing early) and tried to leave. Turning the corner, I realized I was blocked in by the previous customer — there was no way to pull around and leave the drive-thru lane. I ended up waiting 5 minutes for them to serve the car in front of me, while not receiving service myself. Overall, a very frustrating experience and I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered Venti Ice Brown Sugar oatmilk shaken espresso this morning and they didn’t fill the coffee all the way up like how I normally get the dragon drink. They only filled it to 3/4 of the cup. Very disappointed, but I just don’t want to say anything to be rude with those workers there. I hope I can get a better portion next time. But overall, they do have a very good customer service.

Starbucks was awesome, as usual. I had the venti chocolate with crunchy pieces. Be sure to stop by.

This location shorted me on an iced beverage. I ordered a Venti and they packed it with ice to the top then filled it just over half way with the coffee beverage. Three sips and empty. I can’t help but think they had to do this purposely to skimp and save costs or else they were rationing the ingredients. No other location has ever done this to me and I stop almost daily.

UPDATE: Most of the time the staff are really great and friendly. Drink consistency had gotten a little bit better. The wait time can still get pretty long.OLD REVIEW: Unfortunately, this is an incredibly inconsistent location. Sometimes the drinks are fine, sometimes the drinks are pretty bad. The wait is usually long.

Don’t come to this store if you are doing a mobile order because they will make you wait in the drive through line to get it. Store is closed inside. Wish I would have known this before I made my mobile order. The website didn’t mention this.

Every time I get my usual chai tea latte with almond milk, it just tastes like water. They’re terrible at making drinks. The employees are so grumpy. When asked for almond milk, Mary put down coconut milk. When I asked to change it to almond because coconut was not what I asked for, she scowled at me like it was too much work for her to change. The food is not freshly warmed up for you. Feels like they just give you food that’s been sitting in a microwave for last 30 minutes.

Been to this store for a year now, but whenever I walk inside for a Mobile order; they never said hi how can I help you? Even with the mobile order I still have to tell them that I did a mobile ect.. and they have me wait for a while. It should be done when I did on the app. And when I get in the store it should have been ready because it a mobile order.

Avoid this location! I live near this Starbucks and have gone many times to be disappointed every time and disgusted a few times! Not kidding. Usually, they just make the drink wrong and have some very rude employees working the drive thru. I always order a white chocolate mocha and their blunders usually include forgetting the white chocolate mocha syrup or using the wrong syrup all together. Ive gotten fuzz in the drinks before (not hair), but sweater fuzz getting stuck in the mouth part as I take my drink. Today, theres a fruit fly in my tea, thus this review. Never going back to this location. Go to the one in Target (North St Paul) or the one on White Bear Ave/694. Zero stars if possible.

My daughter loves all the speciality drinks....but please dont put so much ice, sometimes I feel I pay for 2 oz of a beverage and 90% of ice.

This is probably exacerbated by COVID and the store being drive thru only, but the last couple of times I have been here, I have had to wait at least 15 min in the drive thru. And the last time I came inside to pick up a mobile order, I waited for 20 min before they told me they forgot to make it. This location just seems overwhelmed right now, avoid if possible.

Last two times Ive stopped by here late at night the coffee was lukewarm. Service was friendly.

Requested a drink that Ive had in the past. The person taking my order today said, thats going to be expensive. I ordered a caramel macchiato, blended. Like I said, Ive had it before. No one has EVER said that such a request would be expensive. I think most people are familiar with Starbucks affordability and thus order accordingly. Which I was doing, btw. Her comment was not necessary. Maybe some retraining in customer service is in order.

I don’t know how many times I’ve given this Starbucks a chance but time after time they just don’t ever get drinks right. Ordered an iced matcha latte and was handed a totally different drink that was also hot. Didn’t feel like holding up the drive threw line so I just drove off. The lady who handed me my drink even knew it was not correct and obviously didn’t care.

The slowest Starbucks in History!!! 4 cars in front of me and it 32 minutes!!Always super slow!!!

Staff seem young and new to a job. I recommend the manager of this location train staff to make coffee more consistent tasting and to clean up, counters where coffee is being made is always dirty and not safe when ice and water are dripping where they are working. Service is slow, trying to allow for experience but sometimes hard when there are long waits and coffee is inconsistent every time.

I ordered a black english breakfast tea latte. He got it wrong twice. I turned around and went back the first time. Just drove off the second time. Not happy!

Horrible customer service if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru and the girl gave me attitude for no reason. I had ordered two frappes and a mango dragon fruit refresher blended all three of the drinks were not blended properly at all, super liquidy. I asked if they could remake it and she gave me attitude again they remade the frappe, but it was super bitter when it should be sweet since it’s a s’mores frappe. Clearly the worker wasn’t trained properly on how to make a simple drink. I’d rather go to another Starbucks farther away from me the only reason I come to this one is because it’s close by but at this point it isn’t worth it anymore.

Avoid this Starbucks location! I’m a regular that goes in almost every morning. The current employees who are on bar do not know how to make drinks properly and/or just do not care to make them properly. The past two weeks, they have made my drink wrong four times! I had to go further down the road to the Starbucks on Buerkle Road to ask them to remake my drink all four times. Yesterday, I finally decided to call the store and I asked for the manager. Manager was not in when I called, and the shift supervisor answered. After I stated all the issues I’ve been having with this store, all the supervisor said was, “Well, you should probably keep going to the Starbucks on Burkle Road if they re-make your drink right.” Worst customer service I have ever experienced! This location gives Starbucks a bad reputation.

I love how they get your order in spite of the 20 cars in front of you and by the time you reach the window you are served....

I did not think I would ever stoop so low to be a Karen and come on here and leave a review. I can not for the life of me actually ever get the right drink from this specific Starbucks. its always the wrong cold brew and then to top it off its always whole milk and I can not drink milk and I do not have time to turn around and get it fixed. Im just a sad boy with the runs now.

I ordered a trenta strawberry acai refresher with no water through the drive thru. I forgot to include no freeze dried strawberries so I told the young lady at the window but she didnt even tell her coworker who was making the drink. She handed me the drink with the strawberries and did not care. they also included the cream base which I did not ask for. terrible service, the rushed thru our order without care. if I could give zero stars I would

Staff is friendly but slow, one time I had to wait 20 min, they told me staff was under training but 20 minutes seems a lot, especially because there was nobody else waiting besides me! I hope you have improved!!

The duck was burned

The only thing about this location I have a problem with is that it is FREEZING! Everytime I have been there it is so cold inside. Me and other customers have complained multiple times abouy how cold it is. It is hard to sit and have a chat when you need to wear a winter jacket to just stay kind of warm.
