Would be nice of they helped sometimes ... I do have to be honest tho some of them dont know how to put make up on customers and need some training....

Was at the Maplewood MAC counter last weekend. Witnessed a MAC tech gesturing negative eye movements whenever I asked a question (rolling of the eyes). This tech also spoke negatively about me to the attending MAC tech. Made me feel uneasy. How unprofessional. If this bad customer service continues. I will state this person’s name on the next review & will contact her supervisor. Most of the make-up techs there are great. But this particular tech is not. She knows how to apply the make-up but has no art skill. However, someone must like her because she has been there FOR years. Perhaps she runs the good & attractive make-up techs off. Beth, Tia, & Aisha are all very pretty & talented in their craft. PLEASE bring them back. Or I may try the Ridgedale MAC counter.

Not as helpful and customer friendly as mall of America s store

I love mac products but I hate going in to the store because the employees there are very rude and they dont even help you and when you do ask them a question there very sassy and rude. I Dont recommend you go to maplewood one the mall of America one thats where you should go.
