Huge shout-out to Harlan, came to the store on a whim and the service was absolutely amazing. He let me try the products while I went to lunch and came back to a few more things he had for me to try with a beard that felt great.

This is one of my favorite companies ever and I am so glad they are local. Brad and Co just dropped my beard balm off to my porch. Really a great sight to see after a long Friday. The Beard Batter scent of the balm is awesome. Great people with great products. Thank you!!

Thought Id give a local place some business. Showed up at 2:50pm on a Friday. Went to the door only to find it locked with a hand written note on the door saying theyre out for a delivery and will be back in 30 minutes. No big deal. I dont mind waiting for a bit. Well I waited for an hour before I finally left. So frustrating. Ill stick to online products.

Showed up at 10:45 on 01/24. Website says you open at 11. I left and came back at 1230. Nope, still not open. I like your products. Happened to be in St. Louis. Looks like your losing business quick by not being open when you advertise you are. If you dont care, I dont either. I can buy from elsewhere

Stopped by your location twice today and was met with a locked door not once, but twice. Google hours show open from 11-7, came by about 11:45 and you were closed and after reading your “hours explanation” on the window, my family and I decided to grab some lunch. I called before returning to guarantee you were in fact finally open before making the drive back, you answered and verified you were open. After finding parking, I was met with yet again a locked door less than 15 minutes of talking you on the phone. Not sure if this is how to run your business, but it’s a joke. I drove 40 minutes to visit your business after some guys at work told me about your place. I wasted half my day just to be met with closed signs. I won’t be returning!Also while I understand you do offer online shopping I would have loved to support a local business and actually see and smell the product before purchasing. I’m already purchasing my product now from a reputable online beard company who I’m very happy with. I’ll continue to shop them.

My husband like your products, but too bad you have lost his business. We have travelled 50 miles 6 times only to find your store closed, even though Google states you are open. I recommend you update your facts on Google, such as business hours, so you don’t inconvenience and infuriate other customers.

A driver of yours is Extremely rude, and cut off several people.Update: Apparently if you leave a 1 star review, the owner will track you down on social media, even if it is not under the same name as Google, to try to make you feel guilt for affecting his business and making it difficult for a father to provide food for his babies.Please remind your drivers they represent your business, even when driving, and things like cutting people off can reflect badly on your business. As can the behavior above, which I must say, was rather creepy. I hope you are able to address the concerns with your drivers and I look forward to seeing their corrected behavior on the road.

I will start by saying I like the product I purchased from here approximately a month ago. However, it is time to purchase more of it and I asked my wife to stop by on her way home from work. She did so on one of our -10° windchill days somtime mid afternoon. The sign said they were open, however the door was locked. She called, and received no answer. She tried to wait a little bit but was too cold. Approximately one week later, today 1-23-2018 my wife stopped by again at 1:30pm. Again the sign said they were open, but she was again met by a locked door. With a sign that suggests they are there sometimes and they arent there sometimes, and sometimes they are just downstairs so give em a call. So she gave them a call again, but there was no answer again, and she could not leave a message. So she called me to complain, and I tried to call them too. No answer for me either. Moral of the story, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES which is a shame because they have a good product.

Completely dishonest, and downright rude business owner!!!I own a company (Forever Fresh Co.) which meticulously hand makes disposable straight razors. Brad jackson contacted us over 3 ago to purchase a wholesale order of straight razors for his shop to re-sell.Although I couldn’t understand why a BEARD company would want to order straight razors, I recognize that our straight razors are world renown and very popular among re-sellers. Brad Jackson was diligent in explaining that they did not have a healthy income stream and needed some time come up with the funds. I personally took it upon myself to contact brad once notified of this issue from my staff and offered Brad a “33-33-33” payment plan. Which means he pay 33% up front to initiate the hand-made razor order, an additional 33% AFTER the products had been shipped and a verified tracking number was provided. and the final 33% within 33 days of the products ARRIVING at Roughneck Beard Co. in St Louis.It has now been 43 days and the only responses I have received from Brad personally are: “Late payments are perfectly normal in business,” “Go ahead make this ugly,” “Im sending the razors back,” “We didn’t sell a single one,” and a barrage of other diverse statements.It is in my upmost interest to receive payment from Brad Jackson, owner of Roughneck Beard Company who is defiantly not paying the remainder of his invoice. Claiming that you have not sold a product is not a problem if the company in which you purchased the goods from, however a lack of judgement by the owner of a beard company trying to sell the worlds most sought after straight razors by barbers and enthusiasts alike.I will be happy to provide screenshots, emails and ANY details requested to any wholesaler, or customer interested in seeing the FULL details. Make no mistake I will not hold any details back, and just want to be paid the remaining 222.68 USD to which is due. Ordered some beard butter online, there was a shipping issue and I never recived it. Called the store talked to the owner, he resent another beard butter out to me recived it yesterday. Stuff is amazing.
