Made a puchase that did not fit. Brought it right back. Manager refused a refund or echange. While I was couteous, I was treated rudely. They lost a customer tonight.

Bought what I needed and a milk chocolate and caramel candy bar that I wanted. Yum! Too little employees at checkout... theyre hiring.

A very positive experience. Social distancing and safety protocols were in place and well marked, shelves were orderly and well stocked, this store was clean and the aisles were uncluttered. Plus, the cashier that attended to me was respectful and friendly 👍. Love the variety of items! Would I return to this Dollar Tree? YES ♥️

I had one of the best experiences out of all the many times I have shopped there. I was treated like a customer expects to be treated. The lady at the register asked in the midst of busy Christmas shopping traffic (where customers were literally trying to give her a hard time because of the length of the line) if I found everything to my liking which really made me feel acknowledged and I also heard ask the next person after me the same. Very nice place to shop!!

I read the reviews from other people and weve been very surprised This Dollar tree is not very clean nor is it well stocked It is definitely hit or missand I have come on more than one occasion and it is the same way. The bathroom toilet in the one bathroom thats in order has black electrical tape around the toilet seat and the bathroom itself is absolutely disgusting also witnessed some theft so that was unfortunate.

We never got our huge coloring book that we were so excited about and paid for. The guy just set our stuff aside and we took the things in the bags but I never got my coloring book and they are trying to pretend that I took it with me. I dont care about a dollar; its the principle behind it!!! we were so excited about that and it was the last one. I will be going up there with the receipt to get my money back or the product. And this is the second time that we never got our huge coloring book. It happened on the Rice Street one like a year ago. Your employees need to make sure that people grab all their stuff. They cant just set a large thing aside and not in a bag and rush you out of there.

Customer service was very subpar. The two ladies in there were very rude to my sister who was trying to figure out what bloons to get for my mothers birthday. she audibly said to her coworker what she think she doing? gunna blow up her own bloons? making rude comments to other customers as well. will not be visiting this location again

They are poorly ran here, they close at 9pm yet they just lock the doors 10 plus mins before 9pm and ignore you standing at the door. Not sure how often this occurs.

I just love that store,you can buy gift bags that are so dang cute,for a buck Id never buy them from Walmart, Walgreens target ect and tissue paper for your present, cookie containers. Love the store

Found exactly what I was looking for and. The selection was great. There are a variety of St Patricks and Easter decorations out right now. I needed something on the top shelf and a sales associate was a great help, getting a ladder and getting me what I needed. The store was clean and properly staffed with friendly employees. I would recommend this location of Dollar Tree for sure.

Great bunch of employees who always give customers great services and always very kind. My top dollar tree store I visit for things like gift bags and gift cards. They have a good selection of other items too. Sometimes they even have things that seem more than a buck. Funny story, one day shopping at this location, someone came in and asked if everything is a dollar...the cashier says, Every thing heres a dollar. Person says, Really? Who comes into dollar tree and ask that!?!😂🤣😂

This Dollar Tree is slightly bigger than most. Shelves are always stocked and its usually pretty clean too. This location seems to offer a bigger variety of any given product, and it seems to offer more products as well. The staff is friendly and assertive - they actually do their job! (Ive been to many locations where this just isnt the case, and in such an instance, Ive stepped up to the register....the cashier doesnt say a word to me so I greet them, to which they still say nothing. And upon completion of the transaction they still say nothing. I again respond to the nothingness with the typical thanks and have a nice day and to no shock on my part, they still say nothing.) So this location is one of my favorites for sure. Clean surroundings, friendly staff, plenty of stocked shelves with more than enough options to choose from, and you rarely wait in line longer than a couple of minutes (meaning at most two people will be in front of you in line). I think you all know just how a discount store can be, so if youre going out with the dollar store on your list, its worth the extra drive time for sure.

Good place to get what you need and inexpensive

We called about balloons, and told them we would be there in 15mins and they had all the balloons filled and ready to go. By far the best customer service.

The tall dark haired old woman with the mole on her neck was checking in crates of supplies. I asked her to help me with the balloons after she was done.. she never came over to help... i saw her later doing other activities and she still refused to help... wouldnt even answer questions.

I like shopping here I find great quality products I get my moneys worth. I was disappointed on my last visit when the cashier and two other employees refused to except a hundred dollar bill from me for payment.They have no way to authenticate money no marker or light like other stores have.They said the money didnt feel real after all three felt it and made the same statement. I had just got this money from the unbank across from them so I know they had No idea of what they were talking about. Nevertheless I could not purchase the items with this money. I went to Walmart and they authenticated the bill and I made my purchase

I shop here regularly, one of the nicest Dollar Trees Ive shopped at (and Ive definitely seen my fair share of them) Good selections, great snack foods, friendly cashiers, and of course, great prices!

Lots of choices here in every category. They had car stuff, snacks, housewares, toys, stationary etc etc. Huge parking lots right across from Maplewood Mall and next to Burlington, Marshalls & there is a McDonalds near by as well.Staff is helpful and pretty much everything there is stocked up at all times.

Love this place, especially for cleaning products! They cost 1/4 of the price at Target for the same thing. The lines get a little out of hand, though.

They have everything you would expect at a dollar tree but I mostly go their for snacks but a lot of the times their sold out
