Called twice to speak to a pharmacist. Neither time did anyone answer the phone.
Covid shots are available until 7pm, i didnt know this cause they didnt have any indication of the fact. when i went in at 7, they told me to come in tomorrow. i explained i had just got off work and rushed over but they refused to help me. terrible customer service too, tried to get me to leave as quickly as possible.
Fast, friendly, willing to go out of their way to provide good customer service.
There ok staff a lil stand offish
Far better than Target CVS but...On a recent order they were out of a particular medication. And their other stores did not have it either. Apparently the mfg was having an issue meeting their retailers needs - so its not just Cub, but I do think when the pharmacy receives a prescription for one of these meds - they should immediately call the person it is for to let them know whats going on with it. Note: In some cases if a person is dispensed a lesser quaintly of their prescribed medication - the Dr. will have to resubmit the prescription and the persons insurance may not cover it so soon after they just paid on it.
Horrible, I’ll never use this pharmacy again. For the past 2 months we’ve been required to request refills through the pharmacy who sends the request to the doctors office.2 months in a row, I have called my 2 prescriptions in on time, prescriptions that are supposed to be taken together to work effectively as prescribed by the doctor. When it was time to pick them up only one was there, and I was told the first time that they only sent over the request for one and not the other, and sent the second at a later date when they realized they only sent one at the time of pickup. The pharmacist was apologetic and I let it go.The second time I called and made sure to specify numerous times that the requests need to be sent together and they assured me that they sent both. Only to find out later at pickup that only 1 was ready. I asked Jill to check and see if they had sent both of the requests at the same time and she told me yes.I called my doctors office to find out what was going on and was told that they only received the request for 1. And received the request for the second 4 days later, the day I picked up only 1 of the 2 I needed. So JILL at the cub pharmacy on white bear avenue lied to me and I am furious. Not only was she extremely rude when I called and stopped by multiple times, she never admitted to sending the request wrong to me for the second time, lied when I asked to be sure both were sent, but my medication was no longer available to me to take on a regular basis as prescribed.
Teller became confused and agitated when they were running my insurance. After making calls to verify that I was currently covered by just a single source, the teller took on a hostile attitude and walked away. They then refused to acknowledge my existence, forcing me to drive 15 miles to Allina in Cottage Grove. No such issue was observed at the clinic.Cub Pharmacy Staff deemed to be unfriendly and incompetent.
Eric is a total chick magnet, but of the same polarity because he repels them aaah haha, hahahaaa...
Horrible. Slow slow slow. Understaffed. I used their drive -thru tonight for the last time. what a great idea for picking up orders, but it doesnt work if staff ignore it. Anyway, Ive been burned before and always leave mad, but there was only one car waiting so I pulled in. once youre in youre stuck, cant get out. I rolled the dice and half an hour I waited!!! I timed it, no kidding. so effing rude. no more. see ya cub. me and my 5 lifetime rxs are done waiting in your line.
