Loved this store! Not only did they have great service the prices were amazing! Plus I was actually able to find a cross back in my size, usually only able to find small or extra smalls. I was so happy!

Everything in the store was 40% off today (7 Dec) but clearly they marked up some products and tried to cover the original prices. When I questioned this, the sales associate stated the discount applied to the sticker price (higher price)...in this case they marked it up $25 and then apply 40% off. Shady business tactics.

Awful customer service. Completely rude. The front attendant had an attitude when we walked in and Id rather not spenr money at a place like that.

Fitting rooms not open... If Old Navy can manage that, why cant Under Armour? Some decent deals for an outlet store but less selection than comparable Nike outlet and pricing not as competitive. Staff hovered more than necessary.

To make a long story short, they do not honor their sale prices as advertised and marked. The clearance area was clearly marked with a sign that said additional 40% off. The shirts were tagged for just under $9, great deal right? Wrong! Apparently the guy with the price gun was marking stuff at the discounted price which included the 40% so the shirts were supposed to be marked at $15. I get it, it was a mistake but In my experience in retail and sales, you are to honor the price as marked whether it was a mistake or not. Service the customer, and deal with it later. A happy customer tells one, a mad customer tells all!! Then the manager tells me he cant sell me a $4 shirt as if this million or billion dollar company is gonna go bankrupt because of it...... really? So instead of your store losing $20 on five shirts, you lost a total sale of over $50 and my future business. Money well spent under amour.

Protect this house! Not only is it their slogan but its our philosophy on life. Love the options of clothing, from workout gear to casual wear. They also offer a military/first responder discount and their return policy is very easy to navigate. The staff is very helpful with recommendations and are knowledgeable on product options.

Good deal on shoes

We went back to school shoppimg here and it was a mad house. People had just put things everywhere. The prices were much higher than we expected and drove all the way out there for. The Nike shop there and the Under Armour were both the same, not a big selection and higher prices than youd expect for an outlet. In fact there wasnt much clothing at all at the Under Armour store.

This is the first time I have ever given a one star and it may be mis-directed frustration, but I have waited three weeks to get a pair of pants I ordered in the store. Customer service doesnt know what happened, I have been told the pants have been shipped a week ago and again today I called and was told the same thing, the pants were shipped. I will never order anything from UnderArmour.
