Always great prices. Clean & easy to maneuver the aisles.

Its got all stars but the employees are great at keeping store clean and stocked but if u had a question its not getting answered ...

Adding more self checkouts. Only one actually cashier working. I will grocery shop elsewhere. Frys and Safeway still have cashiers and baggers so they will get my business.

Very courteous and helpful staff I find myself using more and more of the Walmart brand products

There is plenty of parking outside. Some of the parking has shade parking, (Im not from Arizona I know what you call it.) Its further away from the store, but well worth it! Inside the store there is plenty of space to walk around. Was looking for avocados in the first bin & they didnt have any. Then noticed further back they had two different choices tiny ones and bigger ones. Whomever stock the avocados put the new ones on top of the older ones. Which means customer if that wasnt to eat a ripe avocado this week needs to dig to the bottom. Other than that its a normal Walmart.

There was a rude worker named Tyson he is a young man about 16 or 17, He had blonde hair. I asked him to come help me find an item and as a disabled woman it is very hard to find stuff on my own. He was very rude and did not even bother to acknowledge me. This was a bad Walmart experience.

This Walmart has the worst grocery pickup imaginable. I live 30 miles out of town so my times are significant when scheduled. Not once, but two times I’ve been left waiting over an hour past my pickup time. This last visit? The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jessica, a manager in pickup (I hope you see this!!) can’t even handle a dissatisfied customer. She passed the phone off to regular employees versus dealing with me personally. I called and was told 20 minutes, then called again and was told another 20 minutes because they were short staffed. She’s a liar. The manager I spoke to in customer service said NO they aren’t short staffed and radioed them to get my order done after I showed her my calls to them with times attached. They offered a $10 gift card for an hour of my life wasted, which seemed petty since my bill was well over $300 and we only have a limited lifetime here. I called corporate, which was “Want the gm to call?”…and he never did. I’m officially done with Walmart. While one customer may seem insignificant to a billion dollar industry, it makes a huge difference for my family and our time spent together…not sitting around waiting on these jokes. I think a trash can is more productive. At least it does SOMETHING right.

I will not be going back. There was a Code Adam and some Walmart associates were just gathered together standing around. Another associate passed them by and called them out on it. And they still didnt look for the child. Luckily, the boy was located, safe and sound.

I love going here! The prices are decent and the majority of the staff have great customer service skills. If you dont want to get out of your vehicle then order what you want on the app and have it brought out to you on the grocery side of the app. There are regular items you can get too. There is also the option to have your prescription brought out curbside as well

I found this store to be clean, well stocked, with readily available employees if I had a question. Pharmacy staff were courteous and helpful and promptly responded to my request.

Pretty much like any other Wal Mart, we pick up our groceries regularly from this particular store. Often an item is marked as unavailable, I go in, and am able to find it without issue. We also more often than not wait 10-15+ minutes for grocery pickup. Customer service is spotty. The prices are good, as with any Wal Mart, though.

One stop shop. With the pandemic Im worlds fastest shopper. Groceries, cheap clothes, automotive, housewares etc. Pretty good about masking. I do mask. Thats my choice.

The store is going to be cluttered with boxes that they want to store on the shelves during regular hours for people to shop. Its not good for me because Im in a wheelchair hard for me to get around.

Ive shopped at this store several times a week for over a decade. Due to health reasons, I often over-spend, or purchase things I dont really need, and Ive found myself returning, or exchanging things from time to time. However, for the past year, my experience has been terrible (only when dealing with customer service). Each time I wish to exchange or return a purchase, Im scrutinized, and treated like a criminal whenever I attempt to return, or exchange anything, even though I usually have receipts, and comply with their posted policies. On number of occasions, they would not allow me to return an item, but a few minutes later, my wife, whos mixed and looks Caucasian, has walked back inside and returned the same item, without incident.

This is a good Walmart and at a convenient location right by the interstate. Ive never seen it super messy like some other Walmart stores. Its kept clean and theres usually staff everywhere. That said, for grocery items, other stores in the area usually have better deals. Just know what youre shopping for and dont assume its automatically cheaper to get at Walmart.

Im sure theres worse Walmarts out there but as a whole this company, like the world, does not care about you they just want your money and for you to go away... spend $330 on a TV never received never got my money back. Sorry theres nothing I can do about it sir....., I dont know what you expect me to do about it sir.... I WANT YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT!...I am done with this company. BOYCOTT WALMART.

In Arizona visiting family. This store was short on handicap carts and the one my sister was using quit on her in the back of the store. It was a struggle for her to make it out of the store. While leaving I saw at least 9 handicap carts lined up awaiting repair. This can spell diaster in a town of retirees.

Typically walmart is a easy store to navigate most follow a layout that makes it easier to find what you need to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately this one is a little special and was a little difficult to navigate the pharmacy doesnt have a drive-thru... because its in the middle of the store.

Terrible customer service!!! Went to Walmart because I saw a Mr Coffee 12-cup coffee maker for $10. Great deal….. right? Except the store manager (#5031) will not honor the price. She told me I needed to contact 800-Walmart. I did and they said they would call the manager to straighten it out. 800-Walmart said due to ‘policy’, the manager has the option to honor the price because something went wrong. The manager would not honor the on line advertised price although said she would give me $2.00 off. She made a bad call. I declined and went to Target and they ‘price matched’ it for me (with a smile) and I got the Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker for $10. Target wins!!!!

Wallys World,, Walmart is and will always be top of the line, when I lived in NY it was either Sams Club or Walmart keep putting out Ill be there.

Since the Pandemic started, we have been making frequent use of the online ordering and vehicle pickup at Walmart. We normally get what we ordered although during the Pandemic, there were many out-of-stock items, the supply chain everywhere being impacted and causing the shortages. The pickup process and online ordering work flawlessly. I arrive and within minutes my order has been placed in my vehicle and Im on the way home. Associates bring my order to my vehicle are always courteous and friendly.

Always a place that is friendly and welcoming to both my puppy companion and myself. I was very pleased they had Screwball PeanutButter Wiskey. Everything is so easy to find that Starzki knew where to go to pick out his own doggy toy (which he carried it up to the cashier himself.)SHADED PARKING! Have to mention that there is shaded parking at this Walmart. In addition to the intentionally shaded spaces, there are many spaces that are shaded by trees also.

Its Walmart = joyless employees, decent prices, low to mid quality stuff, wide selection. This is one business that should have a minimum dress requirement (still cant get the picture out of my head of the 60+ lady wearing a very small Stars and Stripes bikini top.) I no more want to see that than I would subject anyone seeing me in a speedo 😂

In a word.... AWESOME! Im from a small town, so the Walmart Im used to is nothing on the scale of this one. Got lost a little but otherwise 👍

For a Walmart this one actually has open parking and is fairly clean staff is super nice here too

This store usually has everything I need. Im not sure if the hair salon is a Walmart owned section or privately owned and run. I was not greeted in the salon like I was welcome because they seemed more put out by my wanting to buy a product. Thats why I rated four stars.

Some employees are just point out rude, (not saying anything, but the lady in the electronics department, works harder and less smarter).. I mean that should be a given, work smarter not harder..And her little attitude can go out the window.. others are are helpful.. but if need something its hard to find an employee and when you page them to a certain department its like you are just bugging them and they take their time to finally get to you..(like over 20 minute wait)

The Tehachapi Walmart Superstore is very new. It has a beautiful full service grocery store. It is clean, well stocked and well air conditioned. I believe that the wrinkles of opening a new store and the general day to day operation will merge and work out any remaining issues; hiring practices, keeping new and current employees in the same mindset, and keeping the customers happy and returning. I like the store and its presentation very well. Ill definitely tell others and return there as well.

I had my beautiful wifes auto serviced there today and they did great work and were very accommodating

Yall need to hire MORE cashiers!!! 1 lane open with the other being 20 items or less does NOT work! Not everyone wants to or can go thru the DIY lane either. OPEN MORE CASHIER LANES FOR THE SAKE OF TUCSON!!!!😊

Walmart is a rip off and feeds off of low income people who are forced to shop there..I RARELY shop there and recommend shoping elsewhere if at all possible.

Its walmart so stars vary I put a 3 because thats kinda the average here some visits are 5 stars others not so much. For the most part the store is clean and the employees are friendly the score for me varies by parking, if they have product and the wait, I dont self check out I dont work there keep more lines open and itd be a solid 4 stars

Not as cramped as some of the other locations, but still gets crowded at times. Decent selection of items, usually in stock.

1 register open at 8:30pm because customers have decided using the self checkouts is acceptable for a billion dollar corporation. This doesn’t increase wages. It only increases profits for corporate greed.

When I want something to do I sometimes drive up here and shop. The people are so much different than in Amphi. I really like how clean it is and I find nearly everything I want from Walmart. Prices are great, I mostly buy Great Value and Equate brands and am always surprised at how little money I have to get out of my pocket. Jamie the cute Pharmacist gave me a flu shot and I barely noticed. Thanks Jamie!

Great crew in Automotive. We were just heading out of town and had a message to check the charging system. We pulled in, they checked it, battery needed replaced. Took care of it quickly and professionally. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Store smells bad in produce, almost every storage bin busted, and an employee that tripped me with a push broom twice in 5 minutes and didnt even consider an apology, Im about ready to take it up with head quarters if you store managers dont start handling your store you shouldnt be running it at all. An establishment is just as good as its management so you should probably fix the situation or reassess your hiring process. Especially for being in a very wealthy community Id rather go to 1st and wetmore

Just another trip to Walmart. Stopped by the pharmacy saw my homegirl with the goods and also picked up some miscellaneous impulse purchases which they let me check out with at the pharmacy which was convenient. thanks Walmart!

This location is closest to my house, its a long wait in line most the time theres not enough registers open when im in there. Other then that i like it better then most in town.

I went to return a printer I purchased for my business at Walmart. It stopped working before 30 days I returned it and Theresa “Lead” extremely rude would NOT return it without the box who has EVER kept the box. You expect things to work BUT I had my receipt and still no help had to drive to ORO VALLEY WALMART for there assistanceNEVER GO TO WALMART AT PAVILION

This Walmart is well stocked, has good covered parking, and check out is usually quick.

Have great prices and friendly service. Why I don’t give it 4 stars is that the masking policy isn’t enforced in the store so I’m uncomfortable shopping. When I informed a customer service agent of someone not masked she said there’s nothing she could do.

Store and restroom was clean. Online shopping clerks blocked isles and not enough check out clerks available to expedite checking out. Some items were out of stock at the time but clerks were helpful trying to find items needed

Once again lines were terrible. No registers open well 2 and the check outs. Store was clean. Shelves were well stocked.

The tire team got me in when no one else could and did a fantastic job.

One stop shop. Went in there for folders, car oil, eggs and some mosquito repellent. The only thing i couldnt fine was mosquito repellent. I did wear my mask and there were no people making scene because if it. People had masks and ithers dont.

Very well kept store and had everything that I wanted in stock. This store has everything and not just food items. You can buy apparel, furniture, sporting goods and a while host if other things!! Nice store!!

Went today and wanted to see what happened if we didnt wear masks. Nothing happened. It was great. They had masks, and people could wear masks if they came in with them. I stayed away from everyone. I ended spending up way more. I also bought 8 bathing suit tops, since their fitting rooms are closed.

You won’t be able to get help in paint or hardware to save your life. Can’t even get a manager to respond to that area.

I waited 5 mins at customer service while the ladies their gossiped. After finally getting serviced, the manager spoke to us in third person through the employee when asking for help or assistance. She was very dismissive. One of the managers did try and the employee was trying her best. It’s just one certain employee that gave us the worst attitude. She wore a yellow vest, Hispanic looking with black curly hair.she even spoke over us at one point

DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON.We thought wed grab some new tires while we were shopping. The lady back there made it seem like they actually had time to put the tires on. We got their at 1 30pm. And didnt leave until 6:30pm I kid you not. They had one car in front of ours and they had 4 mechanics working.They have no hustle whatsoever!!!Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Cashiers do not greet you. They looked bored being there. I said, thank you and have a great evening. She turned around with no acknowledgement.

Slightly crowded but 💯 a cool place to go. Charging areas inside and out, toms of clearance items and sections, the employees are super nice. Wouldve given 5 stars but I believe stocking shouldve waited until they were closed not at 730.

Not only are these not Honeycrisp apples, one looks terrible. It would be nice if the shoppers for pick-up/delivery cared about the products they were selecting. On at least 3 occasions I have also received jalapeños rather than poblano peppers. I love the convenience but have had a problem with at least a 1/4 of my orders since January 2020. We will no longer use Wal-Mart as our go to for groceries.

Wanted to get my son some Easter stuff. They were sold out. Sold out of great value root beers last trip and this one. Sold out of 10 lb. Bag of chicken leg quarters too.

Good place to get everything you need. They literally have everything. They have the best team of workers there. Been going for.years and never had a problem. Good job guys and gals

Friday before Fathers day at 3PM and 3 registers open besides the self check lanes, which were backed up. The store looks great, just wish we could buy the product without waiting in line for an hour.

As far as Walmarts go, this is one of the cleanest in the area. I am there 1 - 2 times a week and the staff is always helpful even if I appear to interrupt them.

Larger of the super centers in town. I think maybe the largest. Was relatively organized and clean through out the store. Was a nice change from last time I went there.

Store service is sometimes pretty under par and with them reorganizing it so often its difficult to find products.

I will NEVER get an oil change or tires here EVER again. 3 hours and still waiting...

Grocery Curbside Pickup is the best thing I learned to do in 2020.

Went to the Pharmacy and had a very nice guy named Christopher. He was able to answer all my questions.

Found everything I needed easily. Just really busy as its a holiday weekend.

They directed me to a bay in the auto shop to assist me with a bad truck battery. After they assisted two other customers who come in after me and a 12 minute wait I left and got assistance at oreily auto parts.

This Walmart has very helpful staff, but the number of internet shoppers running around the store can make it difficult to get around the aisles sometimes.

Lots of goodies, lines were reasonable and self check out staff helpful and disinfected everything after every customer. Customer friendly.

Great aside from there greeters should be called profilers I swear I get check everytime I walk out of that place.

I could get lost for hours just browsing through all the aisles of different products. Its a relaxing place for me to spend a few hours of my day.
