Ive been bringing several vehicles to Alexs auto for the last 3 years. I was referred to him from a coworker shortly after I moved to the area. He is honesty does great work at a reasonable price and will let you know if the vehicles not worth fixing.

A friend recommended Alex Tire Shop. I called and was able to take my car in the next day to have the right wheel bearing replaced. Let me just say from the moment I arrived I was treated like a guest. I was greeted by Bobby, he was professional, courteous and polite. The mechanic that repaired my car was just as professional and polite. After he replaced the wheel bearings he showed me the old one so I could see the wear and tear. Looks like I found my new repair shop!!! I will be taking my car there again for repairs.

He advised me to get a new thermostat 6 months later came back to him because my car was overheating and he charged me again to take off the thermostat he charged me the first time last time I used to send lost of people bad experience rip off

Stay AwaySix month ago, I went to get new tire. His employee jacked up my car on the sub frame and bend it and tried to hide it. He raised my suspicion when he let down the car fast like something was wrong. I had to inspect it myself and report it to owner who proceed to straighten the bar on the sub frame.Today I went back to the shop because the tire was giving me a bad ride. The mechanic confirmed that the tired had low spots on it so I had him order me new tire at full price . After paying for the tires, I found the bill was incorrect charge on my credit card. I ask the owner about the discrepancy and he showed me a small sign that there was 4% charge on card use.I pay the same price here as any tire store, but there was convenient factor of not waiting ½ day to have your tire change. Next time I will just drop off the car before work at big store name and pick it up after work

Alex’s tires worst place “ever” so expensive! Customer service is the worst. Never go there by yourself if your a women. For an oil change they guy told me it was $275.

Alexs Auto LLC has some pretty amazing professionals working there. When I brought my car to them it was a total wreck. it was moving ok, but it looked like it`s been in a war. I really wanted them to just fix it a bit so that I can get ANY kind of money when I sell it. After I saw the results, I think I`ll keep it after all.

WARNING! Do not come here for your safely! He ruined my wheel bearings and my lug nuts and tried to take my money! I ask him was $50 ok for a tire and valve replacement. He said yes. Then he goes to work. Constantly he tried to upsale me on everything! When it came time to put the tire on, he ran the impact gun on all my lug nuts for 15 seconds saying they were loose and no good, saying I put the wrong lug nuts on knowing they were wrong. I told him they fit just fine, and were factory lug nuts. He fit them but I noticed he didn’t do a start pattern, he put them in and tightened them one by one in a circle. He broke one lug but from over tightening, he tried to sell me one but I had one in my trunk, then he proceeded to run that impact gun on it, ur supposed to stop when u hear it click 3 times. No he ran it forever to the point where I saw bits of metal falling out. He unscrew all the lug nuts again and started putting grease on them saying it will help them not stick, I never asked for that, he said “don’t come here with your problems and expect them to be fixed for free” but all it here for is a tire and a valve and we agreed on the price. After he finished, His employee came, knowing he over tightened them and ran the impact gun too long, and unscrewed his work and tightened them right up properly easily and quickly. After I gave him a $100 dollar bill that my mom gave me a said specifically “you get $50 and bring back the change”. He took the hundred and said he wanted $70, saying he worked too hard on the tire, saying “you just made me work for free” I said “I specifically asked you if $50 was ok”. He started walking away holding my money as if he did not want to give it back. He stopped and said “you know what? Take your money and don’t come back”. I left and on my way home, the steering wheel was shaking, and I was hearing squeaking noises. He ruined my wheel hub.. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY!

I purchased a tire here, about 4 days later, it became disconnected, my car was violently shaking and wobbling. Much worst than the tire I had replaced it with. I went back to alexautos to ask him what was wrong with the tire. They acknowledged the tire was NO GOOD, and TOO OLD. I complained that within such a short period of time they never should have sold me a bad tire. He then says it not his policy to replace/refund/ or fix it, Id have to buy another tire. I just left and went somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE< ALMOST KILLED ME, NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER TRUST THIS PLACE. filed a credit card dispute to get my money back from these jerks. should be illegal to put peoples lives in danger.
