I will never go anywhere else. They service mine and my son’s car. When my hubs picks up his truck next week, it too will go here. Bruce is AWESOME! What I love most is that he’s honest. Jobs are done quick. He doesn’t overcharge and he’s just a nice guy. It was so cute when I walked in and saw his dog just snoozing on the floor. When my son’s car was ready, he joked with me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I said, “that’s great”!! He joked and said that it wasn’t because he had nothin to sell me. THAT is how you keep customers coming back!!!! Rest assured that every vehicle in this family will go to Bruce and Bruce alone!!!!

I went to Midas for an oil change & tire rotation.From my seat in the waiting room I was able to observe the mechanic at work.I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the mechanic was while working on my car.He checked the headlights,taillights, windshield wipers and brakes plus the whole underside of the vehicle while it was on the lift besides doing the oil & filter change. He even sprayed the hood latch with lubricant.The front office was friendly & seemed to really listen to customers that came in while I was there. l would say they aim to please.There is a very well behaved puppy on the premises that enjoys having his head & ears rubbed.....big bonus!I will definitely be returning when my car needs service.Don TMargate

Service was great! On my way to work I realized I had an almost flat tire from a screw. Stopped in and called 4 other places that told me they couldn’t even look at my car until later in the evening or the next day. Finally I reached out to Midas. They were very understanding and got me in right away. Fixed my tire and had me on my way to work ASAP for a great price. I would have been stranded without them.

Bruce, the owner of this shop, was very professional, helpful, with a NO BS attitude; But most importantly, honest. He warned me the exact time I was going to wait (told me to go elsewhere) since he was understaffed. I waited.While waiting, I witnessed him tell another customer that she did not need to the replace the breaks, even tho he had an opportunity to make easy $$. This was when my TRUST in his establishment was established. Which is so very hard to do in the mechanic industry.I don’t know about other shops, but this shop is different and if YOU live in the area, this is the place to go. Bruce has definitely won over my business and loyalty. I am grateful that I found this place.Also, it’s pet friendly :)

First and Foremost, Midas and it’s employees were very professional. I was surprised at just how fast and efficient this Location conducted business . Upon arrival, my car was being serviced within minutes, and when their technicians found a problem, they walked me over to my vehicle discussing same . No sales pitch just an honest refreshing approach to dealing with my vehicle . I thanked everyone, especially Bruce, for being upfront and honest . This will be my new vehicular service center from now on .

Nice guys. Bruce and Brian. ASE certified so Im sure theyre very knowledgeable. Honest. Didnt try to sell me a bunch of parts or services I didnt need. My AC wasnt working. They ran diagnostics, found the leak right away and replaced the valve that was leaking. They also recharged it. All that ran about $150 which I thought was pretty reasonable. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because their synthetic oil change was over $100. I usually do my own but I had to bring it in for the AC and it was due for oil change. Overall, Id highly recommend them. Ive used them 3 or 4 times now and will continue to take my cars there. FYI, one of my favorite things about them is they dont mind replacing tires you bought online. I get a discount on tires and a lot of shops wont replace them unless you bought them from there.

My daughter was about to borrow my car for a trip to Tampa so we had her take it in for an oil change first. Bruce called me to say my brakes were in bad shape and I needed two tires. I have a mechanic that I’ve known and trusted for a long time so I said I would take it there. Bruce asked me to give him a chance. Since I knew it would be difficult to get my car in immediately at my mechanic’s I said okay. The car was ready quickly and so far so good. It’s running great! I’m happy to now have two great mechanics!

I went to get a vehicle inspection and found out I needed new tires and a wheel alignment. Bruce and Brian were very nice and honest and even offered me lunch while I was waiting. I’m very satisfied with their service and would go again.

Took my vehicle here and these guys are what you call true professionals! I had an awesome experience and my car drives like its brand new again. I had a lot going on with my car and I’m so glad I took it to Midas in Margate, FL!! The owners Bruce and Brian, along with their entire mechanic team are awesome! I needed exhaust work, tires, brakes and rotors, a wheel sensor and a wheel bearing (I know when it rains it pours). But they put my mind at ease and made sure all the work done to my car was done to perfection! Not to mention they are just kind people!! I definitely recommend going to this location! Bruce and Brian were absolutely amazing. I came in with break issues and they went above and beyond what I could have asked for. This is my second time coming to this Midas and the reason why I came back again was due to the professionalism at this establishment. They genuinely do care about their job. I was quoted extremely reasonable prices and wasn’t over charged like most places try to do. Brian is the one who always answers my phone calls and let’s me know everything that’s going on. He is extremely friendly and is the reason why I will continue to come back if my car decides to want to break down again and or for general repairs.

Did an amazing job diagnosing the issue and getting it all fixed. Didn’t feel like they were adding things on that weren’t necessary. Highly recommend.

I visited this Midas for 2 new tires & askedcto have my brakes checked. Manager and staff were very nice and willing to provide details of service as well as consequences if not taking care of my vehicles brakes in a timely manner.

I called asking if they do repairs with outside parts because lots of shops do and just don’t provide warranty for outside parts. The guy on the phone was so rude about it. “Outback doesn’t cook outside steaks.” I would never consider you guys for business or refer anyone here! Like what kind of customer service is that? You can simply say, sorry unfortunately we don’t do repairs with outside parts. Like there’s many other ways you could have said that rather than just have a rude tone and response. How you speak to people on the phone sets the tone for your business!!

I had a nail in my tire and they quickly and correctly fixed it.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and wheel alignment. Next day noticed my steering wheel was not quite straight, after a quick phone call, was able to immediately bring it back and get it fixed no questions asked! Thats service!

They did a good job but I had a 1 oclock appointment and didnt leave till 3:15. I think that is way to long when you have an appointment i can understand an hr maybe an hr and 15mins but anything longer than that defeats the purpose of having an appointment

A month ago bought new tires at Sams Club, but came to Midas in December as Sams doesnt do wheel alignments. That alignment made the car somewhat worse than before. Called today and found out theyre under new ownership/management. Told me to bring in the car and that theyll honor to fix it, no charge, which they then did.Glad to now have my car riding right again, and appreciate them taking a look and fixing the alignment (which was originally done under prior management) after I was unable to get back to it for about a month.

The guys who work there are very helpful and professional. Also their prices are affordable. Check them out

Kyle was awesome working on my car light. 3 mins it was installed.. Awesome service.

My car would not start, turn the key and everything lights up, but wouldnt turn over. Spoke to Brian and he said they would do a diagnostic test and find the problem. They did and in short order I was back on the road. This was my second time using this shop, it is my go to auto repair place.

We have used this shop before and we are quite satisfied with their service. Plus the service report they have is great. Very professional and informative

Great service on my car, but I didnt like the cashier. I googled oil change near me and saw the deal for Midas was competitive, but when I was ready to pay the cashier said he knew nothing about the internet prices, so I had to pull it up on my phone to show him. As an employee, he should know the prices already, instead of trying to pull a fast one on me. I recommend him simply asking the customer if he or she has any available discounts that can be applied before he prints out the work order. Perhaps even taking that a step further and providing a customer with his knowledge of any possible discounts available. When a customer feels that he or she has saved some money, they will be more inclined to come back.

Wasnt around for previous ownership but the guys seemed fair and honest. Got good deal on great tires.

Great attitudes from team members as well as prompt service despite it being the end of the work day. Would recommend anyone in the area to come through.

Only had a tire patch done so I cant comment on actually buying tires/installation. Everyone was super friendly and so far no issues. Their equipment seems pretty up to date as well.

I liked that they sent me computers diagnostics which I was able to understand and show it to my son since he is always making sure everything is done correctly. Also as soon as I drove the car the engine sounded quiet making me very happy . I ended up with them since AAA recommended them, and towed my suv to Mida on 441...

For many years I went this place and I had excellent services. Today Joe was horrible customer services, very rude. Never comeback this place again.
