The car was making a noise that I asked them to check, but they never did or they didn’t mention anything to me. It turned out that something was badly broken, & that’s a big safety issue.Joe called me this morning, about 12 hours after the review to apologize that they missed something. He offered to tow the car back from Palm Beach Gardens area to their shop in Margate to try to make it right. I could have called them yesterday when I got the bad news on the car, but I was very upset at that time. So I am sorry too that I didn’t give them a chance to look into the problem.

Ive been to 3 different so called Mercedes Specialist repair shops and my car was in worse shape after each trip, and I was getting ripped off as well. FINALLY, I stumbled on to Star Garage and Joe from a recommendation. All I can say is Joe figured out what was wrong with my car in no time and fixed it in an hour. IVE BEEN SUFFERING WITH AN OVERHEATED TRANSMISSION AND LOST TURBO POWER FOR MONTHS AND JOE FIXED WHAT NO ONE ELSE COULD IN AN HOUR! Best service i have received at any garage. The star garage Team did a fantastic job on my car. I had been rear ended and the damage wasnt horrible from the outside looking in but the frame was pretty bad. The car was returned to me 3 weeks after i dropped it off and it looks better than it did when i bought it. All parts were replaced correctly and securely. Definitely would recommend this garage for any body repairs that you or someone you know may need done. Awesome Job!!!

Appeared honest service, inexpensive compared to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale & Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek. Staff was friendly and professional. Place was nice & clean, and the bill was affordable. They had my car ready right away, and they even washed the car afterwards. Very happy with everything, and I will come back.

I was referred to Star Garage by a couple friends ( whom don’t know one another) in the past, but finally had issues warranting help and decided to give them a try. Glad I did.Beyond grateful for the referral, as they are true professionals, honest, and truly customer service oriented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and I highly recommend them. A friend suggested a certified shop over the dealership. I found Star Garage and have been taking my car for service every since. I recently had an issue with my car and showed up without an appointment. Joe saw the panic on my face, agreed to take a look, figured out it was my battery and had me in and out within an hour! I was super reluctant to bring my Mercedes Benz C250 anywhere except the dealership however, the dealership pricing is quite outrageous!! I then, found star garage online and I can see why they have such great reviews. I brought my C250 in last week thinking it was my starter when naturally it was a number of things. Joe (owner) took care of me as if I was family to him and reassured me he would take care of everything and not to worry. I was really nervous about bringing my car anywhere else except the dealer when immediately Joe won me over with his professionalism and knowledge. Hes very patient and knows exactly what hes doing and thats why I gave him the nickname Mr. Mercedes the true expert when it comes to these cars. Just amazingly, honest- dependable -knowledgeable and reasonable priced Garage ! Joe and Mike are the owners and they are very hands on. Very respectable Mercedes mechanics . They are a fraction of the cost of the Dealer and 10 times better.Another Mercedes garage kept one of my cars for 3 months and couldnt find/fix the problem. After a friends recommendation I got the car towed to these guys and they fixed the car in less then a one week. Now thats a wow.I have owned these cars for many years and its really hard to find a Mercedes Garage that is reasonable in pricing and excellent in mechanical work. In my 25 years of owning the Mercedes class, this is the only garage that really gets the Star !The Star Garage name is the perfect fit.Its always a pleasure to give them the work because I know its going to fixed right the first time. Since they just added a paint shop its nice have one shop that can handle everything. Normal body shops never put things back together right, these guys get a 10 star.

A friend recommended this place to me for my Mercedes because lets face it the dealership will charge you a heart and kidney to fix the smallest thing.Upon walking in Joe was extremely polite and told me everything i needed to know and how long I would have to wait. After getting my car serviced when I came back to pay, he gave me a full breakdown of everything I would need to get done, when my next service was due etc.He even told me that the service I just did that day wasnt even needed but he found out only after it was done that I didnt need it. I just got my car He provided me quotes with everything so I could anticipate how much I will be paying when i come in to get those things done.Lastly after my service they washed my car. I wasnt expecting that and even after they offered I thought that they would just do an exterior wash. To my surprise they did everything, vacuuming and cleaning the entire car.My one hour drive to this place was well worth it. will definitely be returning and will definitely recommend all my friends to come here.

Down from TN to visit family in my 2011 E63.The car was acting weird when I got to FL.I have the M156 which is known for head components failing due to premature wear.My intake cams and valve buckets had severe scaring.They managed to get me sorted quickly and they were very communicative.Very knowledgable staff and friendly too.If you have a MB and in the south florida area, This is the place to go.

L learned a bout Star Garage and Joe a few months ago. My first experience having my ML350 Bluetec service was fantastic. A full service at about 60% the price of the dealer done by techs that I trust. Today, I took my wifes CLS in for a Schedule B service and it was the same story. Done ahead of schedule for a fair price. This crew has great competence and lots of common sense. It makes owning an out of warranty Mercedes a good experience.

When ever my Crossfire (powered by Mercedes) needs something I bring it to Mike, he and his mechanics are the best. Fast and honest repairs. They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up. (I did a double take when I walked up to it in the lot..... thought maybe I was at the wrong car, but it was the only Crossfire there... lol). Thanks again guys!

Went in for an airmatic strut leaking and left fine. Same day the same problem started happening again with the car leaning. Looked under my hood to my astonishment!! Two of the 3 screws had broken off so basically I was driving with just one screw holding the strut on....TALKED TO THEM ABOUT IT AND YOU COULD SEE THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY HAD DID. THESE PEOPLE TRY TO MAKE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY ON MORE SERIOUS STUFF. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I would not trust my Benz with anyone else but Joe and his team. My wife and I both have older model CLK convertibles - and Joe and his team keep them running in great condition. When ever I bring the cars in Joe is always insightful and knows exactly what the issue is - they have worked on so many Mercedes, that what ever problem u are having they have seen before and know exactly how to address it, and get it fixed right the first time - at a fair price. Invariably while they are working on my car, Joe will fix one of the many other small issues with a 10 year car for me, and not charge me. These guys are great. also when u take ur car in book Joe to have it detailed, and if u you have an older model car with oxidized lights, has the light guy fix that for you.

Took my 2003 E500 to Star for a non-starting issue. Turned out to be the fuel pump and Joe informed me that Mercedes had a recall on the entire fuel tank assembly (including the fuel pump) on these cars. He had his guys install a working pump so it could be driven to the Dealer, which is the only way theyll take care of the repair under the recall. Joe called me a few days later and said the new fuel tank was in and that my car also had a disintegrating drive pulley which needed replacing - most shops probably wouldnt have noticed that issue. Youve got to love preventative maintenance and catching things before they break and leave you stranded. Vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up the same day, sitting right up front and had just received a fresh wash and looked beautiful. Many thanks to Joe and Star Garage for awesome service on my Merc. Ill be back.
