I have been coming to classy beauty girlSupply for years. All the workers here are friendly and helpful. I usually get my hair done in the back with Nissi, she is very knowledgeable and takes her time to do her hair. And also the other workers here are always helpful. The managers are great.

Nice selection but their prices are a bit much. I went to another hair store on the way home and paid $7.99 for a specific kind of braiding hair and went here because it was closer and the weather. I checked here and the same exact hair was $2 more than the other store. If you don’t mind high prices then they will fit for you.

While I’m reaching for the door the guy locks it; I’m guessing he decided to close early.. Very rude and disrespectful when I’m a customer & its 9:50. He ignores me like I wasn’t speaking to him when he came out & repeated myself saying that I don’t understand why you guys closed as if I wasn’t trying to enter.He finally says “a well it’s 10 9:50 9:55 10 same thing”. I even called the other day & asked the lady who works there & she told me 10. So I drive all this way to be treated as such when I knew what I needed and he didn’t have a care in the world to ask. I’ll make sure that none of my friends & family come here. Thanks for such terrible customer service !

Visit was a little better this time but having visit most beauty stores in my surrounding area, likely just order wigs online. Its either dont have my color or styles or not so good customer service and/or prices, i tried 🤷🏽‍♀️ Last review of this store i was coming here the most. And saying my last time cause this time the customer service and NOT the ladies working there.( they was awesome) I care not to get into details.

What happened to the TALL guy? Ever since he left and many others, the store went downhill at least 30% out of 100. The girls in there don’t even ask customers if they need help trying on wigs. I always see the light skin Jamaican(she’s always too into herself) getting her hair done by her coworker(which I understand the coworker IS the stylist, no problem there) and the other short light skin girl just stands behind the register looking LOST. She used to be very helpful. If it isn’t any customers ready to check out she need to be on the floor. The men help most of the time but I’ll like a women’s opinion at some point. I just believe the workers have gotten too comfortable/relaxed w/ their workplace. I’ve been shopping here for many years because the prices are reasonable and it’s close to home. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars ⭐️.

Wow Im not sure if there are enough words to explain my satisfaction here. Ive never ever had to complain about anything coming ever. Store is clean and the staff here are well mannered! Anytime you need help they are right there with no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! So glad I came across this gem while shopping the other day. I visited several beauty supply stores here in Broward County in search for silcone hair bands and no one including Sallys carried them. I tried my luck with Classy Girl Beauty Supply in Margate, FL and bingo!! Found them! So happy I did! I also came across other natural hair products that I purchased. Although this store is small it carries a wide selection and variety of hair products/supplies and accessories! I will be back! :)

The entire time I was checking out the manager was on the phone. The entire time. I returned later on after realising I wouldnt have enough hair for my style, I was told there were no refunds even though there is no signage that states so. I was told it was on my receipt...after I paid my money. Asked if he could help me at all (by the way the young lady that helped me said Hes the manager, youll have to see what he says told me it might just be on a per case bases, whom ever they feel like they can get over on, they will) he said no...I understand my loss of business wont put anyone under but word of mouth in broward county when there are plenty of options to supply our beauty needs, could be dangerous. The ladies that helped me were really helpful tho, one was super sweet and the other while you could tell she wasnt a people person, she did her job very well. Just a bad way to lose any kind of money. Wont be sending anyone I know of they know.
