Needs better selection for natural, ethnic hair. Friendly staff, store is clean, bright, and well organized.

The associate Jason was so helpful and informative when it came to selecting the right products and getting the best deal. It was great having someone help find the right items for my new haircut and give recommendations on styling; all while working in that buy 1 get half off deal today. Anna the assistant store manager literally saved my hair yesterday. I came in the day after spending too much at a hair salon that turned my hair orange and then dying over it myself to try and fix it with semi permanent hair color and was about to cry when Anna offered me guidance on how to fix it without bleach and harsh chemical processing. I followed her instructions and my hair is now a gorgeous medium mocha brown. Anna is the BEST and I’m so grateful for her kindness and patience and guidance.

Manager is awesome and so helpful. I Will go back to this location even tho there is a Sallys closer to me. Its all about the customer service and feeling like a valued cumtomer. Thank you Anna

Train your employees to actually know the products you sell. Asked your front counter person if the Gigi wax that comes in the canister is the same as the one in the bags and she said yes. Turns out, its not. So thank you for wasting my time and my money.

This is by far one of the best sally beauty supplies in the area. All the staff is very knowledge especially about what developers to use with hair dyes and what tones and shades to get. They have great products at awesome prices! If you join their beauty club you get everything at a discounted price. highly recommend

Very racists staff. I’m African American and i went in for a specific item. One employee directed me to the right spot and i was comparing prices and another employee stood over me and watched me until she finally spoke and asked if i needed help, i responded no and she continued to stand over me until i put the items down and walked out of the store.

Always fun like a beauticians toy store. Yes they do have styling products and this store is like a CANDY STORE OF HAIR PRODUCTS. I L♡VE IT!

If I could give place zero I would .They come in on Sunday after 11 am when they open at 11am and act like its are fault they hate there jobs.Then there only one person trying help people but forgot about people trying check out.And then tall lady Spanish comes out help short lady to do return and goes back into room in the back without helping anyone.WOW !! I hope Sally owner reads this because they have set of lazy coworkers working there now they just lost customer because of them.Now worried why people stop going to Sally s.

I went to this place only once. It works if you already know what you are going to look for, because the staff that I had to attend to, was not well informed about prices and promotions and made mistakes. The one I knew didnt bother to help and left her alone while I kept waiting for her to correct the mistakes. But I must admit that other branches have treated me wonderfully!
