We were there on 10/23/2021 at 11am and I did not buy anything because the customer service was extremely bad. Perhaps this information will be helpful in putting people with strong customer service skills to the fore. Maybe so you can sell more.

I tried exchanging shoes that were still packaged from an online purchase but was denied due to policies the manager Haley quoted at me very snotty and rude. She was making fun of me as I was leaving. Do not shop there the manager was very unfriendly, unprofessional, and snotty. Definitely not a place to buy anything from or bring your kids to.

When I called this location to ask a simple question, Shelda rudely hung up the phone. Although I was very upset with her incivility, I still drove to the Rack Room Shoes, just to be met with an impudent Indera. Her responses to me were short and blunt and I was quite offended at how discourteous the workers were. Perhaps it was a bad day but either way, those two were very unprofessional.

Great prices so many shoes to pick from.. my feet are kid small and I needed walking shoes, who knew kids now have choices.Plus its buy one get a second pair 50% off.. the staff very friendly and helpful, store clean.. I came out with 2 new pairs of shoes, happy, happy dance okay walk

This is a very small store, and they didnt have anything in a size 7 for my kid. Disappointed would sum it up.

I had one of the worst shopping experience in this store. The manager was so unprofessional the way she spoke to me. Just plain disrespectful. I the called corporate office to tell them of my experience they never reached out. Clearly like the manager told me to my face that the company can do without my money. I guess she was right. I will never spend my hard earned money at any of your locations again.

Small selection. If you wear anything above a womens 10 u can hang it up. Disappointed on their selection. I did find one pair but couldnt find another one to get the BOGO

Never have size 10 nike slides!

It is a big store with a lot of shoes variety. If you have preferred shoe model, check online if they have your size in the location where you want to go.

This was the most awful experience ordering online I’ve ever had. My shipment was never delivered and I tried contacting customer service for 2 weeks. I waited on hold for 47 minutes before giving up. I emailed 3 times and chatted in and never received a response. I went to the local store where they “shipped” the shoes from and the employees were extremely rude and said there was nothing they could do to help me since they were not affiliated with any online orders, but yet the shoes were coming from their location in Margate, FL. I called the store in Margate and they said they could help me so I drove 30 minutes to the store, wasting more of my time just for the manager to say there’s nothing she could do, was not helpful and rude. Then I called again and the agent said she would call me back with a store pick up location and never called me back. I had to wait another 40 minutes on hold again to finally find out that they’re shipping again to my house now. 3 weeks of frustration just for Nikes. Next time I’ll dispute the charge and be done with it since I can’t even get a person to help me for more than 2 weeks.

Yesterday I bought my mother great, comfortable, stylish non-slip work shoes and a pair of Nike Lunarsolos for less than $74 ( I got an extra 20% off for Black Friday). I say thats a great deal and every single thing in there are name brand (Nike, Adidas, Puma, Sketchers, Clarks etc.).

Bought a pair of shoes without trying them on..didnt fit right so went to return them and because I didnt have receipt just bank showing purchase they refused to give money back and issued a store credit which I will never use. Lesson learned.
