This place is horrible they move my car from the disabled spot I have a disabled card then going to have the nerve to curse at my friend when he ask them to show us the car they charge me $187 dollars to get back my car he was screaming at us let us wait for my car for and hr.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the slogan of their business #1 in, private property impounds. They take advantage of people and by impounding their cars, and holding them for ransom. Cash only, so they can rack up more time with your car in the lot and charge you more while you spend time trying to get cash. I was visiting a friend at his apartment complex. It requires a visitors pass to put on your windshield. I parked, went upstairs, used the bathroom, and when I came back down to put the pass in my car, it was already towed... Not even 10 minutes had passed... You may ask, how are they able to sleep at night? Well the answer is easy. They sleep so well because theyre beds are softened with the piles of cash they swindle out of innocent people. If youre looking for help, dont use this business.

The worst most disrespectful men. Not even men BOYS. They threatened my boyfriend when we tried to pick up our car. They have all this mouth knowing we cant do anything to them. We called the cops and even the cops said they are always getting called out there! CONTINUE TO FILE POLICE REPORTS SO WE CAN GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I can only imagine how they talk/treat their mother, wife, sister or daughter.

Be careful using this company. They tow in private lots without being summoned by owner or management and end up causing problems for your organization. They charge drop fees that are above state permitted amount - they make managing the property harder than having no company.

Driver literally asked me for cash to stop him from PICKING up my vehicle, I didnt even argue and told him I needed to go to an ATM he starts screaming at me. This company basically mugs you its ridiculous

They took my car unlawfully and they refused to give me the paperwork so I could retrieve my plate saying that they might have not towed it after all so I had file a police report because by law they have to notify them, these people are predators!!!

Spoke to the manager Robert this evening at 5:30PM EST and the guy told me they were closed and couldn’t get our car back until tomorrow. Now we have to pay an extra but it clearly says on the website here they close at 6. Basically this business will lie in order to make it to where you pay more. We lived 10 minutes away. If I could give 0 stars I would because people like this shouldn’t be in business.

I suggest others consider any legal action available to them against this company for the blatant crimes they are committing under the facade of a legitimate towing company. Complain if asked to pay more. Keep paperwork and records. Take pictures. Call a lawyer, file police reports, complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and/or call local officials.*****Definitely***** call the Environmental and Consumer Protection Division of Broward as others have suggested. They know this company well and are surprisingly helpful.Any. legal. action.They will lie, so you have to beat them fair and square. For example, I called “All County Towing” and let them know they are lying to everyone here saying they were to blame for car tows. And when I saw the fake reviews they recently added - notice all bots reviews around February 8th with the same places reviewed and few overall reviews - I reported them to google. It’s easy, fun and rewarding!Gotta be tough to be a tow truck driver. These guys give the industry a bad name. Sad.

I request to look at my vehicle prior to paying to getting it back, the guy tells me I am not allowed in the lot as I am not an authorized personnel and it’s company policy. Fine. I pay the charges. He checked me out and handed my documents back and says “go ahead and back your car out”. Are you serious? You just told me I’m not allowed in there because of company policy, yet you want me to drive the vehicle out for you? If anything that’s more dangerous because if I damaged any vehicle in the lot or hurt my self in the process they are the ones taking the liability. How stupid can this guy be? I asked him to earn his keep and tow my vehicle out of there. When the car came out, there was a large black scuff mark from the quarter panel down to the bumper. I said “thanks for the damage” he says you’re welcome. I left because I know these guys will not help me and never man up and take responsibility for damages done to others’ vehicles. Luckily I can buff out that mark.Avoid these people at all costs. Nothing but highway robbery at this location.

With the exception of 2 guys the staff isnt friendly at all their customer service is pathetic you wait outside rain or sun honestly Im very surprised that theyre still in business

The charge over the phone was $179 but when we got there he said $239. When I question him, the guy yelled at me and said “what is this, 50 questions!” I was shocked at how rude the guy was. Terrible customer service! Also, they do not take credit cards, cash only and you better have the exact amount.

Emergency towing damaged my car while they was towing it. My vehicle was suppose to you use a flat bed instead they used a regular tow truck. Emergency towing Ruined my car and don’t want to take accountability. They most crooked tow yard I seen so far.

Simply put a bunch of crooks and very rude they will give you the run around after towing your car... this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

This Guys really don’t care for the business or customer, they are very rude !They take advantage that you are in desperate need of your vehicle to do as they please with the costumer.They will answer when ever the feel like answering and most likely you’ll get a get it online when it is right there to provide.Before receiving your vehicle you must sign all documents including the one that said that you are receiving your vehicle in good condition without a visual inspection. Well nobody likes to have the car towed away I guess its just a service provided all in all I cant complain there was no damage to my vehicle and the prices are governed by the city

Horrible and poor service. I will NOT recommend using them for towing Services.They over charge and nasty, they towed my car and I payed 163 to get it back. Worst service ever they need to go find another profession.If it’s up to me they would be out of business!!!! They literally have you stand at a window to assist you. Prices that quoted over the phone is much lower than when at the place. Cash Only or extreme credit card charge. Avoid going here by all means until you like spending large amount of cash!

They will tow anything. Please make any contract very clear and limited to what they can do or they will tow everything possible and use every excuse.

After AAA not able to assist in a dead battery, nor find a wheel lift and dowley tow truck, we called around and found Emegency Towing on Dec 14. They were very polite and accomodating. What started out as a nightmare with AAA turned into a pleasant situation for the circumstances. I would definitley use them again!!

Contact the Environmental and Consumer Protection Division in Broward County if you have any issues. They fought on our behalf to get our refund.This company charged us over $400 for having our vehicle for just a few hours. They also had us wait at the lot for hours before they got there. We were just refunded nearly $300 for what they overcharged us.In response to the owners inappropriate reply below. Our vehicle was registered and we showed proof of current registration when we collected the vehicle. That is protocol. Regardless of their reason for towing, it does not justify illegally overcharging a customer $300. Does not make us low class either. Lets talk about class, literally. A towing company is not entitled to any excess fees like charging us for Class B tow, they stated that our vehicle weighed over 10,000 lbs. Registration proved that incorrect. Most vehicles are Class A, weighing less than 10,000 lbs. What type of company calls people low class and scams people? No wonder they have over 20 one star reviews and an F rating on Better Business Bureau. I hope many others are able to get refunded like we did. You will not see us again but others should be aware that a tow should only be $120.

They towed my car from where I lived!!!!!! And I still had to pay the $167 my car is registered at my apartments!!! Claimed they didn’t have my car on file nor do they keep those files, I parked to unload my car and my kids I come back it’s gone! I called says office don’t opens until 6am! I call at 6 am, tells me I can’t get my car until 8am! Horrible service and person on the phone was rude!

After being in an accident and trying to get towed over 80miles home. This company was professional, and went out of their way to ensure I was in a safe place. I highly recommend them if youre ever in a spot that you need a tow!

Be careful !! This is the WORST tow company i have Come across . They towed my car because they said my tag was expired. I showed Them my registration and paid the $160 they charged me . I then Start getting angry text messages from the tow truck driver saying he was going to find my car and report it unless i país him 60$ !They refuse to provide me an itemized invoice, showed up to the yard at least 4-5 hours after o called them and will not even give me the name of the employees i have dealt with . The truck driver is extremely rude and hung up on me at least three times .If you go through something similar here, which going by the reviews seems highly likely, call the consumer complaints division right away !

Research what they legally can and cannot charge you (yes, there are laws governing this- state and county) Also, BY LAW they have to show up within one hour of you calling to get your car back NO MATTER WHAT TIME OR DAY IT IS- If they do not make it within the hour - CALL THE POLICE (seriously), theyll be given a citation in the area of $500. Do your research people! ! Know your rights! (And to the owner dont reply with wrong company again or I will contact Google and have your admin ability to respond to customers taken away (again people - this is something you can most certainly do- know your rights! ) I STILL HAVE ALL THE PAPER WORK WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME ON IT

24 hour emergency towing are liars. Money hungry. They said my car would be out within a few minutes then switched up and said in a hour. They don’t care about how they do they job. They deserve NEGATIVE STARS. They are such a scam. They have hung up on me multiple times after just trying to get information on why my car was towed FROM MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE. They charge everyone a different amount when getting their carS out. They even towed my roommates rental car after we shared emails and phone calls with the association into ensure that the rental DOES not get towed. She had to miss work to handle the situation and TOM was absolutely RUDE when she called to see why this happened. Then they told her that enterprise will charge her $300 for the key if she does not bring it to the towing company WHICH IS A LIE. Super sketchy. She had a parking sticker on the car and was in our assigned space when she was towed. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!Oh yea, AND my car had a flat tire from them. SMH

Terrible people! Towed my car on a Saturday night even though they’re supposedly closed! Were incredibly rude to me when I told them I had all the correct paperwork and they shouldnt have towed my car! The man I spoke to hung up on me saying “come get your car or dont. I dont care.” Then wouldnt answer any of the 15+ times I called to try and say I’d pay. Worst people ever. And before they try to come on here and say “your car was towed because you had a parking violation” I know my associations rules on parking and how I didnt break them, you’re just bad people.

These folks were decent people. Despite the fact that security towed my car in the middle of the night, these guys charged me a small amount. They even offered to tow the security guys car the next time I called for a nominal kickback.

Car got removed from a condo building in springs because of being backed in to parking spot.... then could not find out who tow company was. Had to call cspd to see. When I contacted them very rude. Hung up on me three times then was told if I was nicer which idk who would be nice bc there car got towed for no reason I would have had my car back 4 hours sooner. Then when trying to leave tow truck driver tried fighting me bc I wanted to drive my car which I paid for tow to be taken off the lot. He scratched up my car so much why would I want him to pull it from the lot. Terrible company please stay away at all costs. Scammers/ liars

This company towed our vehicle from public property, forced us to pay to get it back. When we provided property line information from the county, they still would not reimburse us. We now have to hire an attorney to be compensated for their greed.

Not truly 24 hours. They only answer the phone if they feel like it. Cant get an answer at 1am and I have some strangers car in my driveway. Not worth the 1 star rating even.

I unlike most violators own up to my mistake. I park in the wrong spot and had my vehicle towed. I called the tow company and they gave me the address. They had prices posted and were very professional. A couple other people were there and got towed for the same reason but were mad at them for doing there jobs. If we obey the rules we will never meet them.

Using this company for all of my properties from now on. good work guys!

I need help so I called that 50.00 towing company they said there on the way im still waiting so I called 24 hr emergency towing they were there in 15 mins you pay for what you get use emergency towing im glad I did.

They just steal your money, even laughing at your face. In the website says they open from 6:30 - 6:00 pm, In the fence they have a note that they open at 8:00 am. But the reality is that they open late at 9:00 am with the purpose to get extra money. But they work 24 hours towing away!

I wish i could give negative stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The guy Bob is absolutely rude and money hungry! Stay away from this company.
