As you probably read in other comments, this shop is the best in Broward County area! I visited few different shops in the area and they are all good and offer different services, but, Advanced Firearms is the best atmosphere, they all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Moreover, they offer large number of firearms and other services. They offer the concealed weapon class every Friday @ 5pm. Every time I go to the shop I learn something new!!! Thank you guys!!!

This shop is the best shop in South Florida, all the guys here are great. Lee, Tony, Louie and Dave are all great guys, friendly and very knowledgeable . Been my main shop for years for a reason . Whatever I needed even class 3 they had me covered . I really like this place, ... hell I love it !!

Best little gun store in South Florida! The owner Lee and all his sales associates are very knowledgable. There prices are always competitive and they always quote you out the door prices (cost+tax+background check) My goto gun shop for everything. Even if they don’t have it in stock they will get it for you as fast as any other dealer. Plus if you need to ship or receive firearms you bought or sold online they are your go to crew to get it done right. Just return the favor and buy directly from them when you can. Also be patient when purchasing, fire arms require attention to detail so wait your turn and when it’s your time Lee and his team will make sure everything is handled professionally. They are also a pawn shop so it’s fun to visit there and check out any hidden jems that may have.

David was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, and he gave me very good advice. My purchase had to be ordered and he estimated it would take four weeks. It arrived in four days! I highly recommend Advanced Firearms, and if David is your salesperson you’ll be in good hands.

I ordered a Ar 15 for first time online and had it shipped to Lee at advance firearms and the process was Soo easy and stress free. I tried to first ship it to other ffl and they made it seem the process was difficult and wouldnt be worth it. Will definitely recommend Lee and advance firearms to my friends and family.

Man very smooth ffl transfer. First time gun owner and they made it very easy and answered all the questions I had. And they do the ccw class if anybody wondering.

Took my CCW course here with Mr. Mitchell as my instructor. He was very informative about laws in Florida and also other states, and allowed us to shoot a Ruger LCR (.22lr) & Glock 43 (9mm) at the range. The basics course was $50 and includes your certificate AND time at the range with Mr. Mitchell, plus education on laws and procedures with handling firearms. He also gave hands-on training at the range which was very helpful!In addition, I was given a good price on buying a Ruger LCR when I went back to the shop by an AF associate.I highly recommend you take your CCW here over any other place, and it would also be a great place to purchase your own firearm.

Staff was great and knowledgeable, helped me choose the right hand gun for me and my wife. I had a pleasant experience compared to going to other gun shops. I only wish they were open a little later so I could pick my gun up today... so excited to try it out. I hope they have all the accessories in stock to go along when I do pick it up. ;)

Im a first time gun buyer and even though the store was quite busy, Lee took the time to walk me through the different options for self defense that would work for my wife and me.There was no rush to just buy something right on the spot and Lee wanted to make sure that I was able to find the items I had in mind or at least a suitable subsitute, he contacted a few of his distributors and was extremely upfront with what he had and could find within the established timeframe.I could also see that the shop had a few regulars who clearly showed appreciation towards Lee and the rest of his staff.Thanks Lee for making this first time experience an easy one and for those who have read my review, I highly recommend this store because of Lees and his staffs great service and variety of items available.

I been there today with the firm attention to buy a gun ! first one guy was watching a movie in tv and he doesnt care about if i need something ! after 5 min he ask me how i can help you ! i tell him what i want he show me something but he still watching the movie ! i feel like i bother ! really ! shame because they have a lot of choice in used and new gun ! i understand why small gun store like that closed ! i will go somewhere else to buy my gun Monday and spend my 350 with careful people .. shame

I was with my 14 year old daughter and wanted to let her get the chance to become less afraid of guns. They treated both of us with great respect. i cant wait to take my CCW class there.

Hands down the best local local gun shop in south FL. Every employee is knowledgeable, welcoming and patient. I watched a shop sales person spend over an hour with a new gun owner to take the time to describe the differences between manufacturers, bullet calibers and models. I do not know the person who answers me but a small guy blondie. I want to buy some AR parts but it seems too complicated for him to help me, like an attitude, strange we are not in Texas. So I spent my money at Southern Guns and More Inc. These persons gave me satisfactions to complete my AR. I forget 3 guys in the store and 2 was working,the other. who knows was doing.

Finally a store with good customer service where you arent ignored; a world away from my recent experiences at gun stores. Owner is competitive on prices and has a very good selection of rifles. Even if I didnt live close by this place I would make the drive just to browse all they have.

Advanced Firearms is the first place I go to or call whenever Im looking for something firearms related. Not only do they consistently give me the best prices, but the customer service there is unparalleled. In this industry, if you (god forbid) dont know as much as the person behind the counter thinks they do…Or your not ex Military/LE, often times your treated like an idiot. This was most noticeable to me when I started getting into Class 3 weapons. Lee the owner, took his time and explained everything very clearly with complete patience. Also Ive experienced no price gouging here when the industry has been stressed with legislative nonsense. I highly recommend you try them out if you havent already. I felt prejudiced.... I took the class to carry at advanced .The instructor Mark is really knowledgeable and a complete gentleman . I went to pick up an order after a week or so and felt ignored the staff was rude. The attendant would not give me my order unless I gave him a tracking number, even though they had my ID, signed app, etc too many packages out there he said, while looking at his phone, when he grabbed my package which took him less than 10 seconds (he did not even had to check the tracking numbers).2 stars because of Mark the instructor .

Staff ignored me even after asking for help, attending to everyone else that came after me, when they did finally attend to me they mocked me for being sick and wearing medical mask. The kid who I was dealing with was very impatient and condescending, he actually snatched the pistol out of my hands multiple times. If I dont know what I want or need, arent they supposed to help me figure it out? I will never purchase anything from this store and I will make sure everyone I know will do the same. What they dont know is I had up to $2,000 to spend on the right firearm I guess they missed out.This is strictly for the owner my reviews are truthful if it is negative is negative for a reason maybe you should raise your standards.

I had been in the market for my first handgun 9mm for a while but never actually made a purchase mainly due to the lack of customer service I experienced at some of the big local gun stores. I found most gun store employees are not very helpful and quite arrogant if you are beginner.Then I met Lee from Advanced Firearms at the War Memorial Gun show in Fort Lauderdale a few weeks ago. I decided to purchase the 9mm from Advanced Firearms mainly because Lee was great, he made the buying experience enjoyable for me.Best part was, I had checked the prices of the XDM at most stores and online. The price I got from Lee was the best of them all. Same gun would have cost me from $50-$150 more at the other stores.Lee and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly which was important to me being a beginner with handgun. 7-27-15Im a Police Officer that works in Broward County and have been purchasing guns from Lees Pawn and Guns for almost 15 years. They used to be a small time operation but within the past few years Lee has expanded with Advance Firearms. Within the past 2 weeks Ive purchased a class III assault rifle along with a pistol from the store. Everyone from Tony to the owner Lee was extremely helpful and professional. They are always very friendly to everyone who comes in and will go out of their way to help you out. Not helpful. Over priced. Customers or friends of employees and employees were loud and disruptive. The conversation they were having was not appropriate for a store that sells firearms. I fear that the employees are not responsible enough to own, or carry a firearm especially while working as a firearm sales person.
