Service is phenomenal here great prices on the items they sale and give high prices for your pawn. I live in Palm Beach County and take the drive with a smile anytime I need extra cash. I went to the GC pawn#4 on (3/30/21) early afternoon its located on (1799 N state road 7) sometime an hour ago... I dealt with Derrick, it was a wonderful experience. Honestly never had that experience with this company . Was thrilled To hear that they were opening a jewelry store right down the hallway and purchased a beautiful tag heuer for my wife. The folks at GC Pawn in Margate have been fair with me on more than one occasion. Warren used to work there, and he gave me great deals on tools many times. I cannot be happier with Derrick & Jason, both have understood my specific financial struggles & both have worked with me so I wouldnt lose my items that where on loan. I thought I lost my gold ring forever, and Jason & Derick both worked it out with me in order to extend my loan, and eventually pick up my ring. That, to me is integrity, and in my opinion these guys are an asset to Gold N Connection.

This was my first time pawning anything at this location and probably my last. The staff was not bad, however, the prices and policies are definitely for profit of the pawn shop as they do not work with their customer on fees. I was one day late on picking up an item and was still charged a full month extra which I paid because of the contract I signed. I lived in Hollywood prior to moving up this way. Ive pawned twice at Crown Pawn on State Rd 7 down that way and even with the same statewide policies on fees and contract signed as this pawn shop they were able to prorate charges instead of charging another full month of fees. Now we all know that pawning in exchange for cash can be quite pricey so if a shop is willing to work with their consumers on fees thats an amazing feature. Ive even compared prices quoted by this pawn shop to Crown Pawn and a few others for an item I was interested in selling and this shop quoted me at about $2000 less than some of the others. Maybe this place ranked high in reviews because most of the staff is pleasant but its definitely not because its lower in fees as compared to other locations. Please do your homework and ask about fees and if they prorate prior to pawning with them. If they agree make sure you get it in writing so you dont run into any issues when picking up your item. Dont let the need for money take you to the closest place because there are way better options around and places willing to work with you.

I have done business with GC Pawn for several years now. Rich and all the guys are just great. They worked with me several times when I was in the hospital and were both kind and compassionate. Very rare these days. I know my valued possessions are in good hands when I need a short term loan. When I first pawned some jewelry at this store for an unexpected car problem that I had, it was early evening and starting to get dark.One of the staff actually walked me to my car since I was carrying several hundred dollars, so I would be safe. During the last few years due to the economy, I have made MANY trips to GC Pawn. Sometimes Ive even gone there to PURCHASE something and was pleased to discover that their sale prices on a wide variety of items, are very reasonable. I have observed - while waiting my turn - how all your employees treat your customers - very respectfully. They are all very friendly. That is the way I have always been treated by them also. For the best and fairest offers and prices - NOBODY beats PC! I would never consider going anywhere else and recommend them very highly.

I just wanna say thank you to Jason and Derek for helping me out today tremendously I dont usually ever pawn or get loans from pawn shops only because Im never usually in a situation where its needed however I ran into a little bit of a hard times. However I did try to get a loan on something that they probably didnt even really have to be nice enough to give me, but for whatever reason they seen my desporation and became human instead of just businessmen. To find personable people and businesses ran like family owed businesses instead of not caring about anything but the dollar. Is almost ungeard of nowadays. People dont care about anybody situation its all about personal gain and for them to go out of their way to help me out and help my family out when they didnt have to means a great deal to me and I respect that more than anything in life. Most Pawn shops out there are seen as swindlers and scammers, however, at GC, the employees are not only honest but have such extensive knowledge on the products they are selling and/or taking in as a pawn sale/loan. I recently purchased a Nikon D90 from Gold N Connections Margate store and got more than I expected. Not only are the store and merchandise clean, but the staff shows that they truly care about the business by how well they work with customers to ensure fair and happy transactions. This camera kit was only $499 on their website (and in store) whereas the best price Id found on eBay for the body alone was $540. I didnt have to pay shipping either! Ive bookmarked about 8 other camera items on their site to buy in the coming weeks.

Staff was nice but scummy as all get out. Offered me .28 on dollar for silver said their margins are tight, then wanted to give me $10 for brand new speakers (kicker 6.5 300w) never opened when they were selling products you can tell were stolen from ppls cars for 75% of store value new. Completely shady business and I will never go there again. Im sure most of their clients are crack junkies and its easy for them to enough for the next fix an send them out happy customers.
