I honestly love this store, it’s my favorite one to walk into. An employee, her name is Tricia, is always so sweet and helpful whenever I need help! She always gives me the best customer service and goes above and beyond. Will 100% suggest this store to my friends :)

I go to this location and never had issues and never had to wear a mask. This past weekend I went in to mail a package and was refused service if I didn’t wear a mask. I went to another ups location nearby and no issues. Service was bad and my rights were violated in the process.

Don’t go here. What a terrible place. I don’t think they even know what customers service is. I walked in I asked the gentlemen for help and he was bothered to help me. I had never been here and didn’t know how to use anything and I got so frustrated I left. If I could give them zero stars I would. I should have read the reviews.

I am incredibly happy with the service I received today at UPS. Ms. Moree was exceptional. She was so nice and courteous, and explained everything to me very patiently. I had to overnight a document, and she showed me how to do it, and how to track it. I felt very appreciated as a customer and happy that she took the time to show me what to do. All businesses should have employees as dedicated as Ms. Moree, she makes the experience of shopping a happy one.

Dont trust this place. They charged me for 2.5 lbs for shipping when it was actually less than a pound. Its much better to go UPS main center. I got charged more and it wasnt even shipped the same day.

My experience is always good. I own a box there and I get notify when things are delivered. It can be hectic at times because there is lots of deliveries and returns. It is a small store so they only have 2 staff. If youre in a rush I can see you getting impatient.

This place isnt bad the employee (old man) has been there a long time and the whole process is in and out in less than a few minutes and everything is self explanatory, some of you people and you know who you are should be slapped and are entitled as hell. You dont need to be told hi every walk in or have your ego stroked when someone keeps it simple drop your package off and go home.

The old guy is rude. Didnt even look at me or say hello when I greet them. Just pointed to the balance and gave me the receipt. Awful. So many people wanting to have a job and this guy seems do not care at all.

The worst customer service ever they make me feel like wth you doing here, they tried to get me to rent their computer so I can print a label instead of just printing it for me, I dont mind paying for the printing but why charge to rent a computer just to print a label. I’ve been to other UPS stores where some wont even charge you to print the label others charge $1.00.

It was my first time returning an item and I was given directions by amazon what to do and instead of understanding he was like oh well you should of known what to do smh never again. 5 stars to write home about!! Amazing staff. I had to send documents to China over night and the staff worked with my very well. When I called back for a confirmation email with tracking info, he sent it to me right away with no problem. Highly recommend this The UPS Store to anyone!! NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN OR CHANGE STAFF!JUST HORRIBLE! Paid to send a package next day along with packaging and it arrived literally 1 week later!!! No one knew anything and no one ever apologized!!!Was there again today and the lack of customer service is ridiculous!!!!They are rude, unpleasant and unprofessional!!!Save yourself a headache and go to UPS on Coral Ridge Dr they are sooo nice and helpful!!!They even help me get the packages out of my car.

Worst ever. Make sure youre keeping track ALWAYS of your own package(s) because this facility is not reliable to leave notice of delivery, receipt of package, etc...apparently the skill set of this facility is holding onto a package (unbeknownst to the recipient) until it has reached its maximum hold time and then quickly having it returned to the shipper. So 1 star (0 not available) for service, communication, and lack of common sense/decency toward customer and 5 stars for generating headaches in those waiting for packages.

Horrible staff, no customer service etiquette. Charging for services that are supposed to be free, stop trying to take peoples money for something that you agree to do for free, stop being rude to your customers and probably your business will move to the next level, I will never come back to your store as long as you have the same staff.

I didnt trust having a package left outside my daughters house while she was at work due to all the theft going on so I called this UPS store about having it delivered there for pick-up. My daughter doesnt have an account with them but they were very helpful and handled it for a small reasonable fee. They even followed up with an email when they got it.

I don’t know why Ups change my local store to this store but was the worst choice, first I got a package and my wife went to pickup and the person who “assisted” her told he cannot give the package cause was on my name but totally rude and unfriendly, went again for a package, and the first thing is your package is not here (without checking anything). None customers service, if you have a job and don’t like it change it but the people you serve don’t need your bad attitude if you don’t like the job find a new one or if you’re the owner learn how to deal with people. I hope UPS change my local store to the old one is closer and better

I go here all the time. While the customer service is not the best I’ve never had an issue and the 2 elderly people up front seem very indifferent to me which I don’t mind as long as my packages get shipped ( for example today I dropped something off and the whole time the gentleman was talking to another client didn’t say hello or goodbye or acknowledge me) but again the place gets stuff done.

The two people working in the front are VERY VERY RUDE, they have no manners l really don’t know why they work there, they must own the place because every time l go there l see them being rude to every single customer, for a moment l thought it was only me but after a few visits to this location l realized that they are plain RUDE and always have an attitude, after being treated like l was bothering them when l was actually bringing them business l’ve decided to drive another 7 minutes and go to the UPS Store on university dr, if you can go to another location and save yourself the unpleasant treatment, clearly they don’t want or need the business since they treat everyone like s***, take your business elsewhere, 1 star rating speaks for itself, l wish l could rate 0 star!!I hope this helps

I should have written this last week but after posting a recent review and reading..Jared Taibls own experience, I thought this needed to be said. Last week I had to return a package for reshipping due to the senders mistake. I thought that maybe I had to pay for taping the package to be resent, which i was kind of expecting. After turning in the package for reshipping, the associate which was an older Caucasian women, said that will be 2 dollars for taping the package. Mind you, there is a BIG sign next to the register to all customers stating 1$ for tapping. I said, because I was standing right next to the sign, isnt taping a $1. She said no, because she had to tape the package with 3 small pieces of tape. I said the sign says $1.. When I said i think that i have to talk to the manager because of false advertisement, she changed her tune REAL quick. This place is HORRIBLE and have employees who are scammers...Question for Google..... when will there be a negative star section, because some places like THIS, need the rating.

I went their 30 minutes before closing and that was a non starter for the clerk. He was pissed because he said he was tired and wanted to go home. He said he had already began shutting down and now he would have to reopen the register. He was cursing under his breath but clearly wanted me to hear. He is an older gentleman. This place was terrible with the worst service youll ever get. Do not waste your time!

This is really a horrible place, the service is by horrible. This guy Granville I believe the name is just literally throws the insert on the counter at me for me to fix the labels on the package. I go to other UPS store te staff is friendly and helpful. UPS needs to retrain those business owners cause this is unacceptable.

Apparently, management is really cheap. They charged me to put tape on a return package. I inquired as to how much the tape cost, they replied its not so much the cost of the tape its the service where charging for. Ive never had a UPS Store do this, this one sucks
