This is my second time renting a can from this place and they are really helpful and kind but sometimes they are short staff

Went to this location since you literally can’t pass it if your on 441, Reasonable price for a smaller van, reliable from Deerfield Beach to MargateThe lady that rented me the van was very nice and profesional did not get her name to reference her but none the less, was worth 5 stars in a day where I had no choice but to go here. Thank you Uhual ✌️Also they give you the option to return their vans in a different location which is on Banks road. 💯 just a little feature Uhaul has idk about the others.

So many courteous members of ⚕️ Its literally hard to keep pace. Unbelievable group of very understanding persons who go the distance to attend to your needs asap, and that you are treated well.

Went in for a hitch to be installed on my new suv. The manager was great she was friendly and helpful. The install went right on schedule and even finished earlier then expected. So, at this point you are wondering why a bad review. Well like all good things they come to an end when I inspected the hitch and my vehicle I notified multiple areas of scratches and even underneath bumper a large scratch. So if you decide to use U-Haul my experience is video tape and take pics of your car before it is taken in. Unfortunately, I was denied coverage from the insurance company the represents U-Haul and now I have scratches on my new car.

Worlds worst storage facility. Pitch black at night because the security lights are never on. The security gate has been broken forever. And lately the driveway is so packed with uhaul trucks that entering the storage area is an issue. Some days you can’t get through early in the morning

We booked a rental online. There was no truck. They promised $50 if they dont have the truck. They said it was a credit and helped book at a different location for the next day with a note about the credit. Got to the other location and they had no notes, and said it should have been credit card refund on the spot. The Powerline location made things right, but these guys didnt care.

This location is not great. We had an appointment scheduled to get a hitch installed on our car, they even called us to confirm that we get there and they tell us that we dont have an appointment. This place isnt down the street, its a 45 min drive and we took the day off to make this appointment. Customer service wasnt great and helpful. They told us they can only reschedule on a different day.I am definitely not recommending this location and if their manager truly cant do anything when she calls us back I might not recommend this company at all.

Angel Ramos very poot trained to fix what it was U-haul mistake, makes me waste 35 minutes to address their mistakes, he even makes the wait longer trying to makes me give to my money. I didnt, this place its a joke, they send an email with the wrong vehicle information and wrong bill. Finally after 10 minutes showing then papers, he tooks for ever to fix the problem. Ill dont recommend this place

They are counting the registers early and not helping in time. Was there at 6:30 and needed help but I was not a priority. Won’t be back.

Trucks are unacceptably NASTY on the inside. There is visible animal hair on the seats. Dirty cup holders. Old truck and mirrors dont work. Would never use them again. Just HORRIbLE!!!!!

The general manager (Angel) at this place is a complete joke. Knows absolutely nothing about trailers and is extremely rude. He gave me the oldest busted up auto transport on their lot which is also smaller than their newer ones. My vehicle did not fit properly and the trailer had mechanical issues as it vibrated the whole 16 hour drive. He refused to believe anything was wrong with the trailer and basically called me ignorant as his computer said my vehicle would fit and it clearly did not as the tires were rubbing the side rails on both sides. I rent from Uhaul a handful of times a year and am considering never using any Uhaul again.

Specifically asked the sales rep for a 24 hour rental of a truck and was told that was possible for a said price and we agreed to go through with the transaction. 20 minutes later they send a confirmation for a 6 hour rental and when I call to ask about where my 24 hours went, they told me they could extend the contract to the initially discussed time period for almost double the price of the initially discussed arrangement. They proceeded to basically tell me in a professional manner to “deal with it”. watch out for this companies skullduggery.

I had an awesome experience the General manger was fabulous she was fast friendly efficient and knowledgeable.. I was in awe when I was greeted with a bright welcome .. her assistant that day dropped the ball his service started off good but overall I give them a 9.5 /10

Good experience.The staff was a bit preoccupied but otherwise very helpful at the initial rental. The truck was in great shape and clean, but it turns out that during the previous inspection the hood was not properly closed. Luckily it didnt snap open!Overall, the process was very smooth, quick and efficient. Take it slow and make sure your paperwork and the truck are in order, and youll have a pleasant rental.

I have done business with this location numerous times and they have been rock solid everytime.

Can’t get anyone on the phone after they messed up my order.. short me on my supplies.

I recently went to this location to rent a truck. Ive come here many times over the yrs and never had a issue. Recently I went there and rented a truck. Got my receipt stating how much would be held on my card. When I returned truck they tried to say I owed 3x more then what i was told. They told me they corrected it and handed me a receipt for the final correct amount. When i looked at my account they charge not only the wrong amount but the correct amount on top of it as well as 4 other random charges in all almost $400 when it was supposed to be 70 as on receipt for total with miles on it. When I called to get it corrected I was just transferred over and over again. Lied to multiple times. In end I got in touch with location general manager they told that I was wrong and that it must be my bank. I called bank and they told me not only were charges from uhaul but right after I got off phone with manager that the location processed my card again . I called the manager back and they basically called me a liar when I offer to bring bank state to show them so they can fix it they told it was my problem and they dont have time to deal my issue and I should go to different place to rent next time. This location should be ashamed.

I had a reservation and after waiting an hour they told me that the van I had reserved was not available.

The manger should be replaced in this location. She is arrogant and rude. We tried to rent a trailer from this location but ended up leaving after the heavy set female manager REFUSED us a paper receipt, INSISTED we give her an email address, TWO telephone numbers, a credit card and our licenses. She did not care that we had rented from them before. Obviously, she did not care if we left without the trailer.We went to the Uhaul on Johnson Rd, Coral Springs and they were courteous and easy to deal with. Without us asking, they gave us a paper receipt.

This location and the workers are very nice and so helpful! They have shorter loading ramps than their competitors which makes it way easier to load. They got me into a new 26 so my drive from fort Lauderdale Florida to Oklahoma city will be comfortable and worry free. They cared about pricing, making sure I was satisfied, safe and happy with their services. I really appreciate their courtesy and helpfulness, Angel and his coworkers are the best and Ill always choose uhaul first from now on! Thank you guys soo much!!

No one answers the phone here. When you do get him on the phone and ask him a simple question like do you have any boxes They put you on hold to go check and dont come back. Thats real good customer service uhall way to go

I want to let everyone know that the customer service representatives are very rude! I called to get information. The person I spoke to didnt know what to say and almost hung up the phone. They should train their employees better. I wont give them any more business!

I am a first time RVer towing a trailer. I was told by the RV rental place that I needed a brake controller installed on my 2016 Lincoln Navigator and he suggested UHaul. I made an appointment by phone and they estimated the cost to be $180. When I got to the store the price suddenly shot up to over $500. I declined the service, went home and YouTubeed...went on Amazon, purchased the parts for $60 and plugged it in. They claimed that wiring needed to be done and estimated 3 hours of effort. Will never go back to this UHaul, have had success at others.

Best moving truck experience ever. I was in and out with a truck in 10min or less on a busy Saturday. The truck worked fine. The return took less than 5 min or less.

There was a wait but I was able to cut the time by completing most of the process online. Same thing with the return. Their online process makes it extremely practical to rent.

My first time renting a truck to move and I was apprehensive but the staff was extremely helpful, Jennifer and Justin were a big help. They explained how the pricing worked and explained all the features of the truck. Made moving day sooo much easier!

Came in a few minutes later to pick up reserved van but the system is down in ENTIRE COUNTRY & they havent been able to check me out in 20 min!!!

Before going i read the reviews but i didnt think it could be that bad. Well, it was. We got overcharged, it seems they always find a way to charge you for additional stuff they have not disclosed when you book the truck. Be aware!! I regret not going to the U-Haul on Wiles Rd. a little out of the way but totally worth it.

Very unprofessional staff. They Dont lift a finger to help. Truck was supposed to be ready, but wasnt even on site when we arrived for pickup. Delayed service cost us extra with the movers waiting for us. Overall very poor experience. I do not recommend their services.

I made a reservation online and at the time of pick up they told me that they didnt have the size truck I reserved..plus the truck they gave me had the wrong miles from the contract to the actual dashboard.. so I noticed it before I left the premises and went back in so the manager could fix the mistake..she said she cant but she was going to add a note to the contract with initials so I dont get overcharge..than next morning I receive the email with the receipt and I notice that I got overcharge for those miles..I contact customer service and now am supposed to wait 48 hrs for an answer..customer service sucks..and everything about that place..please try other options this location its useless...

The best U-Haul I have ever visited great customer service I was shocked how nice they were.

They had what I needed, they were open early, and were very friendly and helpful.

The manager is a total you know what. Donald. Don is his name. Avoid at all costs. I have never experienced worse customer service not just for a moving company but for any company at all. He should be fired immediately to save Uhaul further embarrassment.

Uhaul was totally unprofessional, didnt have the truck I reserved 1 week in advance, just got an email confirmation but no call or warning there was no truck. Looks like they just overbook and dont care about their customers, I was told the email with the guaranteed booking confirmation was only a place on a wait list and tried to convince me this is how things work. What a joke, this is not the first time Im renting a truck.Lost half my morning trying to find a truck (Pensky got me my 26 truck within 3 hours). NEVER, NEVER renting from Uhaul again.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called and ordered a trailer hitch. It was in on the day that they said it would be. They called me to see if i could come in earlier. I showed up today and I was helped as soon as I walked though the door. They installed everything in under the time they told me how long it would take.thanks Uhaul staff in margate

They hooked up my hitch wrong which damaged my car bumper waited and hr+ for roadside assistance they came fixed it then a day later the trailer lights went out so I had to wait for 2+ hrs at a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere for roadside assistance now its been over a week and half now Ive been trying to contact them and I cannot Im always getting a different number to call or the manager is always doing something and everytime i left my number and they wont call me back.

Customer service is horrible we had a reservation at 9am truck was not on site they couldnt figure out were it was so we had to drive 30miles north to get one from another facility and they seem to think this is proper customer service never will we be using uhaul again
