I went in today to get dryer drum roller kit to fix my dryer myself. This was the only store that I could find local to me that actually sells the parts I needed to pickup same day. James was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He has knowledge of the appliance repair business, repair tips, and contacts for good repair companies. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending anyone I know to his shop!

I have used APW for almost two decades to fix appliances, etc at my house or a rental home, and these guys are the best! They are always patient and courteous with me. Almost always they have the item in stock. Which would prove that they know the most important parts that are needed. And usually if a part is ordered doesnt take long to receive it. This is from my experience with them.

The WORST customer service! My dryer went out and I found this location online. My first trip was fine until I got home and installed the part only to find out it did not fix the problem. On my second trip I brought in the starter switch to my dryer. After testing it (it was good) I was told Its good. It can be a number of things and the employee shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Trip three with the fuse and he shrugged and walked away AGAIN. My fault for giving them a third chance. Interesting how nice and patient he was to the man in line in front on me. Order your parts online. Skip these experts and save yourself some gas and headaches.

Great experience our dryer quit working I watched a video and found out our timer switch was bad called they had part time in stock.james was very nice and great customer service.reading some of the reviews you can’t just expect to call or show up at a place and ask what part is bad on your dryer you have to diagnose what is wrong yourself.

Sooo I found this place because my washing machine was not functioning properly. After doing some research on you tube university, I thought I found the problem. I went to appliance parts warehouse where an associate kindly greeted me and I showed him the part I thought needed replacing. The gentleman tested the part in front of me and we found out the part was working just fine. I explained to the gentleman the symptons my washing machine was having and he showed me a part that it could be. He even told me where the part would be located on my machine, how to remove the part, and check for damages. I left the store without any parts except the one I brought with me. When I returned home, I followed the gentlemans instructions to the T and ended up fixing my machine. I am very grateful to appliance parts warehouse and if I have any appliances that need parts I will be bringing my business straight to them. Thank you.

Never seen a parts guy more rude or anyone less interested in helping me. Best he would do is tell me to look my parts up on the internet. If I wanted to order my parts on the internet I would have driven this far. I will NEVER deal with them again...

I am thoroughly impressed with the great customer service, James is the absolute best. This evening he went the extra mile to help me get my AC unit up and running to cool down the top floor of my home.

Visited with my dad who needed a part. Store employee was very rude to my dad who was politely asking him questions. My dad asked him if he has any similar part and he told him that if he knows of any such store he should go there. I dont know if this guys problem is that hes racist or just lacks basic manners. Either way, I do not recommend this place.

I have a lot of reasons to be loyal to Appliance Parts Warehouse! First, James and everyone up there have been great to me and my father for years now. I have a childcare center in Kennesaw and have five HVAC units there. For years now, we have used a local HVAC repair service to come diagnose the problems and then my father and/or I do the work. We always go to Appliance Parts Warehouse for the parts and advice that we need. They are knowledgeable and their prices are fair.My second reason for liking these guys so much right now is because they helped me save over $1,000 recently. The heat at my house went out during the recent freeze and I took my wife and kids to a hotel for the night because the house got down to the low 40s inside. I could not get on anyones schedule that night, and the earliest appointment I could get was with a big outfit whos name rhymes with Fool Jay.The service guy came out to my house, went and looked at my air handler and declared that the blower motor was bad. He wrote up a quote and tried to get me to sign up to finance a completely new unit instead of doing the repair. Then he handed me the quote. He quoted $1,221.83 just for the blower motor and told me that it would take at least a weak for the part to get to him and then he would schedule the service call to come do the work. I told him no thanks, I know a place that I can get the parts from and called James. They had the motor I needed for less than $150 after taxes. I went ahead and got the capacitor as well.Just for the heck of it James bench tested the blower motor, and it came right to life and started spinning just like it was supposed to. Then he tested the capacitor, it read open. So the tech from Fool Jay wanted to charge me $1,221.83 for a job that would not have even fixed the problem. I went ahead and got the motor and capacitor and James set the wires up for me right there at the counter. This was after they closed for the day. I went home and put it all in and had the heat on in less than two hours. The day that it was 19 degrees outside, my house was 70 degrees inside.These are a few of the reasons that I will continue to go to Appliance Parts Warehouse when I need to fix my heat and air.

Moron behind the counter refused to even try to help because I didnt have a model number but I did have the part and the manufacturer. All it was was a knob for a range.

Will always buy local if possible but at $30 for a part I got on Amazon for $11.99 with 2d Sunday delivery its almost impossible to stay local. The younger gentleman behind the counter was gruff and unhelpful and the older gentleman seemed in over his head.
