I visited this store today to pick up a few parts. I wasnt exactly sure what I was doing but I have some limited knowledge. I told Canessa what my issue was with my a.c. unit and what someone suggested what part to replace. I wasnt sure if I was gonna waste my money or not but she definitely made me feel better based off of what I told her. I purchased the parts at a very reasonable price I must add. Much cheaper than calling the a.c. man. Well, after swapping the part out, my a.c. is blasting cold air and keeping me cool in these crazy Georgia july temps. Thx Canessa and the Fox team for not requiring a membership so diy people like myself can get the job done.👨🏽‍🔧...❄❄

I drove out to this place on Wednesday to purchase a timer for my dryer. I couldnt believe how courteous the gentleman was that helped me and Im so ashamed that I didnt ask his name. NEVER have I had such superior customer service. He told me I wouldnt get my part until Monday (after Christmas), but the part came on Thursday (the very next day). My dryer is up and running. A great place to shop for odds and ends as well.

Was able to check inventory on their website, placed my order and picked up right at the store. This allowed me to get my dishwasher up and running in 24hrs versus having to wait a week for a mail order part!

I’ve used Fox for appliance for parts in the past. I used to go to the Atlanta location until they moved. I am so happy to have found the Marietta location.Jim was a great help. The washing machine suddenly decided to stop draining and spinning. The part I thought I needed was out of stock but Jim found the part attheir Forest Park location.While I was deciding whether to make the drive, he found another possible cause. That part was relatively low in cost, so decided to replace that first to see if it was the problem before ordering the costly timing mechanism. The part he suggested was indeed the correct part!! Fox impressed me with thee speedy online response to a parts request and quote. I then traveled to the Marietta location where I was promptly greeted. I gave the CSR the part# and within minutes we conducted the sale and I was out the door. Ironically I received a phone call upon getting in my carto leave and the employees were closing the store. They waved good bye as I completed my call. Great experience and the price quoted was exactly as stated. I will be doing more business with Fox appliance parts.

Came here for a part for a non-working fridge. According to most online troubleshooters, it sounded like I needed a new run capacitor, a cheap and easy fix. When I went in to pick up the item, the counter rep asked if I had the old one with me. When I produced it, she tested it and determined it was still good. She then proceeded to help me find the next likely culprit, a starter relay. Went home and replaced it; fridge running good as new.Helpful service got me on track to buying the correct part.

Not as good as they used to be

Capacitor went out on my HVAC, they were able to get me the capacitor that i needed and my A/C was back-up and running. Very important, especially that i have a 20 month old running around the house. Nap time would have been impossible. Many Many thanks!

Walked in needing a part for my electric stove and before we could even say what we needed the woman behind the counter, upon seeing the part we brought in with us in a bag, said, Looks like you need a receptacle. and went to get it for us. She was back in a minute and it cost under $13. We may have been able to find a cheaper part online, but with shipping that is doubtful that we could have got the part for under $20. We are very happy, especially since this $12 purchase means we dont have to call apartment maintenance to come fix it and have them eventually show up after 2 months.

Ive use this place before and had good luck. In this instance it is a complete rip off. Having priced the parts online prior to driving 30 minutes to their location, they wanted $85 for a part that is on sale all over the Internet for between 20 and $40. This was my second trip in for the same dryer. The first trip in they sold me a part that was not what I needed. Then on the second trip they try to resell me the same part as a complete assembly of the heating element which on the first trip wasnt available according to them. I will never walk in this place again

These guys know their stuff and seem to have what you need. I am in the HVAC business; however, I needed parts for my broken dryer. They got me set up. You can get parts cheaper on-line (50% cheaper - I checked!) - but they will have it in stock and can be sure it is the correct part for your model number.

Had OEM part I needed for my dryer (which is older) and for a few bucks less than I could get it online (plus saved me shipping and waiting). Perfect.

Maybe its because my washer was broken, and they held the key to solving my dirty laundry piling up issue....or maybe its because I hate to shop online if I can help it-I like to see who Im dealing with.. or maybe it was the customer service of an era gone by...either way, I was so happy with my experience with Fox Appliance Parts. They know their stuff, and dont leave you guess-timating when your part might have arrived-- they call you when your parts ready for pickup, simple as that! Couldnt have asked for more.

Expensive. When I was told my part would cost $43, I decided to check online. I got the part for $13 with shipping and handling. Sure, Ill have to wait a week, but I could go to the laundrymat lots of times before I spend $30. The attendant told me the prices were so high because of the trade war with Donald Trump and China, that its tough now, and that it will all be worth it in the end. Its not for me tell you what I think, only to report on my experience.
