Auto glass leaders was a great place to get my windshield replaced. When we ran into an issue from me not knowing the specs of my car, they quickly worked with me defined a resolution and get me on my way with a new windshield the same day. I really appreciated there professionalism and can-do attitude, along with the very reasonable price.

It was great. After having trouble locating the glass window, the tech searched until he found the right one. He came to.my house on Sunday and completed all the work in an hour or less including vaccumimg inside my car. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly. The charge was less than all other vendors....almost half as much.

One of the worst experiences. I came to the shop a day prior to get my door glass fixed received a call from the lady saying that the tech wouldn’t make it to me due to other clients she was nice professional so i said okay that’s fine I’ll reschedule. Reschedule for the next day he said to come at 10 i came at 10, lady came to my car check damages and this other young guy came moved the car for me they were so nice and had be laughing. I didn’t leave till 2:45 spent my whole day there with my 1 year old, HORRIBLE. The man picked up wrong part and still had me waiting all day to get another one To only give me 25 off. I told the lady they need to work on time management and do better even though it wasn’t her fault at all because she did everything she was supposed to do. Overall disappointed but my glass is in and looks fine so 2 stars.

Excellent service, best price. Anthony was able to get me in for a windshield replacement on the same day I called. The mobile service was so convenient, I was able to go workout at the gym while he replaced the windshield in the parking lot. Theres no way anyone could have possibly provided a better service!

These guys are *AWESOME* -- I was up against a really tight timeline and these guys were the ONLY ones in Atlanta that were willing to help, or seemed to care.They are nice guys, do quality work -- and most importantly its obvious they care about their customers, which is rare these days. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Leaders. I called several companies to get an estimate and they were the best on so many levels, not to mention the best rates in town! I thought theyd be more expensive due to the overhead of having a brick and mortar, since so many glass repair companies are strictly mobile, but that was not the case. The strictly mobile companies ended up being more expensive. I never once had to call Auto Glass Leaders back to follow-up. They always called me ASAP and stayed on top of things - unlike other companies I reached out to. Shout out to Anthony, Nicole and the rest of the crew who assisted with my repair. I recently got a windshield replacement from this location and it was one of the worst experiences ever. It took them forever to put the windshield in and then the moulding will not lay flat. The moulding was supposed to have been new but it doesn’t look like they have me a new strip. In the inside glue is coming from the windshield into the car. The install tech said that he is a human and everything can’t be perfect. I highly recommend going anywhere other than this place. They also left all the dirt on my dash board and didn’t even clean the window. The guy came out to glue the moulding down and took a blade to push the glue coming into the inside which didn’t work. When I asked to speak with the owner he advised me to call the 1-800 number I will be contacting the BBB or Attorney General to get my issue resolved but I recommend staying away from this shop.

They went above and beyond for me. Waited out the rain fixed my windshield. They also jumped my car off and allowed the battery to charge overnight. Will definitely call again!

I was in need of the rear window of my son’s car to be repaired so that no one would have to miss work or run extra late for the next few days. I called Miracle Glass and Anthony with no hesitation got me a price a repair person and located the glass immediately “like” microwave timing. Tony was so focused on the work, like a scientist... he wanted the window to be top notch in installation and I’m a particular person but when he finished it was like new. No 2nd hand appearance. I was extremely happy with the work. If ever I need this type work done again I know just who to call. It’s called getting established with quality. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Leaders. The owner was very responsive, flexible, and professional. I called him around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening. He was able to get in touch with the warehouse to make sure they had the correct windshield and call me back within 5 minutes. He scheduled to replace my windshield the next day at noon. I called the following morning to request he come to my house instead of meeting at his shop. Without hesitation, they obliged and came to my home to swap out my windshield. The entire process took about 30-45 minutes. The windshield looks great, and they were about half the price of some of the big name shops. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Leaders to anyone needing to replace a window or windshield.

Sorry late on posting not sure where to start but I do know where it ended two hang ups. Called for a quote got scream at and eventually hung up on. Then got a call back with no different resolution not sure why the vendor would feel such entitlement but her professional is below par. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If zero was an option that would be the rating.

Received excuses for subpar work instead of making sure the tint job was done right. Warranty on the work done was not honored. I was left a tint job with bubbles and creases throughout the whole vehicle. I requested the job to be redone or a refund and have the tint removed was refused by owner and never received a callback.
