I will never go back to xpress Auto Glass because they did a very bad job I had a small dent in my glass smaller than a dime they did not tell me before they worked on it that my glass still would crack I have several vehicles and I have had that fix without cracking for years hat they will told me that I never would have let them work on my glass now I have to put all new glass in my van that is not about any business

After driving in some of Hurricane Ida storm bands during a trip to see family, it looked like the car had leak somewhere around the front windshield. Contacted Xpress and was advised up front of pricing to diagnose issue and then if needed to replace window. I wasnt there very long and they could not find anything with the actual window seal or other but did flush drains around sunroof. And didnt even charge original fee.I was so happy and extremely appreciative to hear that. I went in thinking might be hot with a +500 bill to replace window when it was a very simple issue and it cost me nothing. I did offer to pay original fee as I thought it was fair but they declined and I went about my day know really good people are still in business.

Xpress Auto Glass replaced the rear window on our Land Rover back in October of 2019. The installer, Berry, was very kind, thorough and quick! Berry was adamant about removing all of the broken glass from inside the door frame and cleaning up the surrounding areas. The new OEM glass functions perfectly and looks just like the original glass. Detailed work and great costumer service are greatly appreciated! Please keep up the good work!

Great experience with Xpress Auto Glass from start to finish. They had me on the schedule quickly and were willing to talk through all the options and services. Tech called ahead, wore a mask, explained all his work before starting, and did a great job. Fixed two cracks, including one that was close to the edge that we didnt think was fixable. Garrett did an awesome job replacing my windshield. I researched to do it myself but decided to get the pros to do it. He did awesome and did it in 14 degree weather today! I needed a back passenger side window on my Wifes VW Golf. I looked around online at the larger companies and everything was at least a week out. I called Xpress Auto Glass and they were able to come out the same day to my location and replace the glass. The tech Robbie was very professional and nice. He was easy to talk to, quick, and clean. Robbie vacuumed out as much of the original glass as he could and noticed that I had dogs. He made sure to let me know that a professional detail would be a good idea so my dogs did not end up with any glass in their paws. I will use this company exclusively and recommend them to anyone that needs quick, professional service at a great price.

My technician was Garrett and he was very professional, nice, and cool. He did a great job in repair the windshield on my 2007 Mercedes E350. You can hardly see the crack. Garrett paid great attention to detail and fixed the matter within 15 minutes. I would definitely use his services again. This was my first time using Xpress Auto Glass and I’m very satisfied with the service.

I had my drivers door window fall out of place, took to Pep Boys out of convenience and they wanted to charge an absurd amount and couldnt even complete all the work. Found Xpress Auto Glass just through a Google review and called based on reviews and proximity to my work... definitely the right choice! The woman answering the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she was also very flexible when I had to reschedule. Berry was my technician, he was easy to communicate with, timely, and efficient and even came to my work to complete the repair! Express was very easy to deal with from the first phone call to the arrival of the installer. Insurance was integrated within the process so that was another strong point for express.My installer was Berry . Barry is a craftsman who is fastidious and quick in how he goes about his work. There are no wasted motions and he is happy to talk to you about what he is doing all the while showing no appreciable slowing of pace . No one wants to replace a windshield, but if you have to these are your guys. Berry did a great job. The company is clearly well organized. Berry came out on the day I booked (they come to you for no extra charge). Was over $150 cheaper than Safelite and other national chains. 100% recommended

Great prices, easy to work with, and quality product. While I hope I wont need their services again in the future, these guys have my business from here on out. If youre stressed out about your car and are shopping around for the fix, save yourself some time and money and give them a ring. I took my car there around 4:45 in the afternoon and they crash wrapped it (both driver and passenger windows were shattered) to protect it overnight and then had it ready for me by 9:30 in the morning or so the next day. Really nice people too.

Im highly impressed with the work performed on my Audi A6! They included the special tint around the outside edges and review mirror. They were quick and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

My windshield on my Corvette had countless small imperfections from rocks & other debris hitting it & one small crack in the corner of the windshield. I spent a lot of time researching which auto glass place to use to replace my windshield. I was worried about the quality of the work & the care of my car & it being done right but finally decided on Xpress Auto Glass due to the outstanding 5 star online reviews. So I called & made an appointment & was told due to the complexity of doing the Corvette windshield it would need to be done at their location so I went & dropped the car off at the Marietta location. I met Jay there & he explained everything in detail and assured me that they would take good care of my car. The car was finished exactly when Jay said it would be done & the workmanship is beyond reproach! I dont believe it left the factory in this good of a condition! These guys had the best price that I could find in my local area. They did a great job in explaining all my options for a window replacement. When it came to installation Berry was my technician together we figured out how the window broke, he explained what he was going to do and then he set off to get it done. It was cool to see how fast he could work and still hold a conversation with me. He explained some dos and do not with the replacement. He explained the warranty. Berry also gave me a recommendation to get the tent redone it was all very helpful. I am going to be calling them here again soon to get more glass on my other car. I dont need quotes from other places since I found xpress.

Had a rock hit my windshield and crack it. Xpress Auto glass came out to my place of work in Rome and MIchael the installer was fantastic. Professional and thorough. He explained the process and then showed me everything he did. Took his time and did not rush. He left my vehicle very clean and even told me that he had saved my decals from the windshield (parking permit and oil change) leaving them in the cup holder. Very impressed with him and the company. Highly recommend.

I chose Xpress Auto Glass because they offered a very quick installation appointment and had good reviews. Their pricing was OK as well (not the cheapest or most expensive). From there things went bad. The install time frame was 10am-2pm. At 2:40pm there was no call or show so I called to find out what was going on. I was told they would be there by 3:40pm. That time came and went. Got a call at 5pm that they would be there at 6pm. So, they showed up 4 hours late on a 4 hour appointment and only called after missing their time by 3 hours. Thats a whole day spent waiting for them. I understand that unforeseen issues happened with appointments before mine, but that doesnt stop their phone from working.The windshield got installed that night then we came out to it in the morning to find it cracked. They said this happens some times. OK, its out of their control but then I was told we have to wait 2 weeks for the new window. After several discussions with the manager (who has a full voicemail box so you cant leave a message), she committed to get someone out the next morning to fix it. They did. So, this was several days of phone calls and about 11 hours of waiting. You would think they would offer me some type of discount, but no, I got to pay full price. Consider yourself warned if you choose to do business with them.

The people at Xpress Auto Glass replaced my windshield through my car insurance in 2014. At the time, they came to the school where I worked and replaced the windshield while I was teaching. Easy and convenient. This past week, over five years later, I called with what I suspected could be a leak. They got me in for an appointment right away, tested the windshield, found the source of the leak (my sunroof, not the windshield), and cleared out the clogged ducts that had caused the water to back up from my sunroof. If it had been the windshield, they would have replaced it and covered any damage caused by the leak. The entire team was friendly, professional, and prompt. Our technician, Berry, was courteous and knowledgeable, and he took the time to show me how to see where the leak was coming from. The team did not charge me for checking this, and invited me to come every six months or so to clear out the sun roof ducts. Alternatively, they explained how to do it myself. Thank you to Berry and all whom I encountered at Xpress Auto Glass for making this so easy. I highly recommend them.

My car was broken into and I called all around town to get my drivers side window replaced. Nobody seemed to be able to help, until I spoke to Mike at Xpress. My car had been broken into and Barry was actually there helping another persons broken window. After doing a superb job cleaning and replacing her window he took extra time to come over and help clean up and temporarily patch my window. Due to his unnecessary kindness and dedicated work ethic I promptly called Xpress to get a quote and it ended up being $50 cheaper than what Safelite quoted me! Barry saved my day!

Xpress replaced the windshield glass in our Lexus SUV. We noticed wind noise the following week. I called Xpress, they said no problem well take a look, two technicians came out, road tested the truck, and spent about an hour fixing the problem, which was a molding that was channeling air. What really impressed me was that they just took care of this, professionally, quickly, and without complaint. They were also less expensive than Safelite. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
