Convenient location and sales representatives were very helpful. Although they didnt have what I needed, I would go back if I needed something else. Counter inventory is very scarce, and the store part is very limited. If you need gas cans, or other auto generic parts, I would go to a bigger store, but this store does carry lookup parts for most cars.

I went to this store to get a AC compressor exchanged because it was defective and I had just purchased it 2 weeks ago . I went to another advance auto part in Marietta where I was told they could not exchange it because it was not in stock . They sent me to this location because it was in stock . A employee by the name of Floyd was very rude and accusing me of fraud . He looked at the compressor and said it was more than 2 weeks used . I told him I have the receipt and original box it came in and was approved by the other associate at the other Marietta location for exchange . He kept insisting that it was not the original compressor I purchased 2 weeks ago . I asked to speak to a manager / supervisor and he said he was the manager and would not approve my exchange or return . I spent almost $800 in parts at advance and will never shop at their stores ever again . I have never been accused of fraud or treated in a rude manner at any other auto stores ever until now . Because of this store I will not shop at any Advance store in the future. I would give a zero rating if possible.

As can be expected from any auto parts. If you know the make, model & year of the vehicle, they can get you what you need. If your looking to make a non standard adjustment, then good luck. They probably need the make model & Age of car the part you want is supposed to go with! Plug & play computer system works most of the time.

Bought parts from there; tried to get them warrantied because they failed do to as advertised, broke my trust, kicked my dog, raised my credit limit without asking, slept with my wife, summoned Cthulu, and made me a duchess of Swedish royalty.The last one is not so bad but its a lot of responsibility and I dont work well in a corset.

While diagnosing an issue with my wifes car I miss attributed it to the alternator. After finding my mistake the people here were willing to work with me and get me fixed up. Great people, with great customer service. Thank you again.

Great for ordering auto parts and has a tool loan program where you can put down the purchase price as a deposit on certain tools and return within 90 days to get the full amount back

The employees as well as the manager, Dustin, were very helpful from the diagnostic to referring me to where to get my SUV fixed.

This location is great because its huge and had just about everything in stock. I Ordered a part here last weekend and when it turned out to be the wrong part the man at the counter swapped it out with minimal headaches.

Unable install my battery because I bought it online and picked it up in the store. Sorry ass excuse! If feasible go to auto zone instead

Went in, got what I needed and went to the register.. my friend and I were the only customers inside the store with 3 staff at the register. Took them a while to finally ask if I was ready and then the lady took my item and sat it on the counter and her and the staff continued their conversation. I made eye contact with someone who seemed like the manager only to be ignored so I just walked out and went elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Meredith the manager was very rude and would not honor a return. I purchased a part in Kennesaw that I no longer needed approximately 12 hours ago and she demands that I go back to the original store 15 miles away to get my refund. I will never visit the store again and this is why I only shop at AutoZone! I will be reporting this to corporate.

Drove all the way to this location to exchange a lifetime guarantee on 2 month old alternator. Nancy refused to do the exchange using the excuse that no manager was on duty. A manager at another store later informed me that a manager is ALWAYS on duty and that she had no business refusing my transaction. Visit this store frequently if you happen to be a glutton for pumishment, endless frustration and deep disappointment.
