I was impressed that an employee near the door welcomed me when I went in and as I was looking for an item, another employee asked me if I needed help & she showed me right where it was. My coupon want loading & she helped me with that too. When I got to the register there were 3 of us in line & they opened another one. My coupon wouldnt scan & the cashier solved that problem too. Great job ladies!

There was a terribly rude member of management. I asked if another version of an item was in stock and she said over the walkie talkie No thats the only one in if he isnt happy with even go somewhere else I was buying a $400 hair dryer for goodness sake, and only asked a simple polite question, I dont know what was going on with her but she almost lost a huge sale. I was highly tempted to walk out after hearing that and experiencing an additional brief rude experience when I came in from her.

Well organised but a bit pricy

Came to buy my favorite pillow and they advised me that due to political differences, they removed my favorite pillow from the shelves. I explained to them, that Im the consumer, I should be able to make those decisions. Will not shop here ever again as they rather sell me a pillow made in some other country.

BB&B is my favorite kitchen supply store. They always have a great selection for wannabe Chefs such as myself.

Bath selection actually seemed limited. It was hard to find the merchandise that was on display. However, excellent customer service! They helped find everything I needed and the cashiers are super friendly :)

Ordered items online and they were ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Only challenge was the line was a little long.

Went in to purchase shower curtain rings... a simple request.When I finally found the display of them, a vast majority of the styles were not priced. Finding an associate to assist me was an almost impossibility. When I did, the young lady acted as if I was imposing on her, and showed a very unhelpful attitude. When I inquired if I was missing the pricing, she replied, well, some of them are priced. I will not return, nor recommend this store to ANYONE. I walked out without purchasing anything.

Great store. They didnt have the air purifier filter I needed, but they quickly ordered the one I needed. They made sure there was a coupon I could use and got me free shipping.

It was like a typical bed bath and beyond except I walked around the entire store looking for a bathrobe I literally walked the entire store twice to confirm they didnt have one. But the reason why they got three stars is because as a paying customer I expect the employees to approach and ask if the customer needs anything..that is worth 4 or 5 star

Use their coupons to get a good deal on many items such as kitchen equipment, cleaning products, personal care products, sheets and towels, decorative items, and more. If they dont have your item in stock oh, they will order it for you to be shipped to your home with no shipping charge. You can still use your coupons. Return policies are not as good as they were in the past, but they are okay if you dont lose your receipt.

Not only do I enjoy BB&B for the fun selection and coupons that dont expire, I love their commitment to customer service. Recently I had to return an item and could not find the receipt. I tried all the cards I might have purchased it on (because they can look up your transaction with your card) but it turns out that I purchased with cash. I knew when I bought it and the manager was kind enough to go and find the transaction and print a copy of the receipt so I could return my item. They could have said, no receipt, no return and they wouldnt have been wrong, but the team went above and beyond for me as their customer, and Im really grateful for it!

If you need something for your bedroom, bathroom or kitchen... or perhaps you saw something on an infomercial at 4 am and couldnt possibly wait for UPS ground to deliver it... this is the place for you. Quality is solid. Pricing is just okay but they do hand out 20% coupons like candy. Good selection and variety and sometimes you come across solutions to problems you never realized were problems in the first place.

Although the associates on the floor were friendly and helpful, the cashier didnt say hello, goodbye, thank you or even looked me in the face.😣

Went to buy twin sheets for my grandson and came across a sale $9.99 for various kids sheet sets both twin and full sizes. The Mind Craft full set was tagged at $9.99 but the twin wasn’t. When I took both sets up to the register Andrea the sales clerk said that the twin set was $24.99. When I disputed it and showed her the same exact set in twin was missing the sale sticker she said that the price was $24.99 and didn’t apply to the twin set she had to go by what the register said. Rather than asking for a manager I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Awful staff... literally still in the store trying to buy a bed set, sheets, etc but they are out of reach. Asked for someone to help us with a ladder, twice - over 40 minutes just standing here. Guess Ill spend a couple hundred bucks elsewhere. Stores like this wonder why Amazon is destroying retail. This embarrassing store is a perfect example.

Rather pricey. But, they do have a great staff and quality selection of pretty much everything decor wise available for picking.

The store is crammed full of merchandise from floor to ceiling. Not my idea of a pleasant shopping experience. I suppose they have divided the store into sections (kitchen, bedding, etc) but it still feels disorganized. Idk, maybe that is BB&Bs vision for their stores? It makes me feel a little claustrophobic though and Im not one for phobias.

Needed help with bedding and kitchen items - was fun shopping with David and Desja. David spent a lot of time explaining the various types ofBedding fabrics, texture, durability, and at the same time listened to the types of items I was looking for to make my life easier! (Comfort, washing, and ironing- yes, I still iron my sheets and pillowcases).

I had a partial receipt for an expensive item I needed to exchange. Manager Dave sleuthed his way into the proper information I needed to make the exchange. Very helpful.

This is a smaller store, it wont have toiletries, just the standard things BBB sell. But location is clean and safe, and the store is well organized.

So as I walked in I was not greeted there was a old lady named Gretchen that I asked a question to I wanted to know if the had a remote holder she not only looked like she hated her job and not smiled but she told me that if they didnt have any that I would have to get creative I smiled and told her thank you. Than when I got up to the register she got an attitude because I wanted to use two different coupons on two different purchases she was very very rude and I will be speaking with the store manager. This was actually my first and my last going into that bed bath and beyond. Her name is Gretchen.
