Quit doing business with Ferguson 3 years ago due to horrible service. Recently placed a couple of orders to see if customer service had improved. I can definitely say it has NOT improved, in fact its gotten worse. When placing the 1st order they refused to take the order because we had a $300 credit, they said I had to resolve it with their finance department. I could understand if we owed them money, but they wouldnt take the order because they owe us money. Took almost 3 days for the finance department to resolve the issue. Orders were totally screwed up, wrong items picked from warehouse, damaged goods, no communication. I could keep going but the rating of 1 star was earned.

Expert staff helped me find my needed shower valve and they had it in stock great selection for all plumbing needs.

Needed a part for installation - work crew at house - part was ordered for next say delivery. Problem is product sent via UPS so delivery is by end of day - effectively losing a whole day of labor - wish Ferguson sales rep better understood our needs. Disappointing first time experience.

First time here, I walked in with a shopping list, and Mickey from behind the counter helped me get every item I needed, and even pointed out a few I didnt need to save some money. Excellence in action. Well done. Very glad I got the recommendation to come here. And oh yeah, the hot water heater was a full $100 cheaper than Lowes for the same thing.

Paul Campbell saw me looking lost and came and asked me what I was looking for. He found my whole list and wrote up a quote for me. During this process he opened the door for a guy with his hands full and greeted several customers. Quite pleased!

Ordered a State Apollo water heater through these guys. Lead time they gave was 2-3 weeks. Called 2-3 weeks later and took 3 days for David to get an answer from C.J. that it will be an additional 2-3 weeks. Obviously they forgot to order the heater. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. If you forget to order something, just say so. Instead, these guys lied their way into a larger hole. I can see now why thousands of Ferguson employees are losing there jobs.

Great place! Short wait and the staff was very knowledgeable and got me the part I needed quickly!

The employee that I spoke to was a jerk and didn’t even attempt to help me find a replacement part for my faucet valve, which was unknown brand. It was his approach and arrogance to the topic that made him a jerk. I do not recommend buying from this place solely on the fact of how I was treated.

These guys really hate their jobs. Might treat contractors ok, but I was there as a retail customer. I was waited on by the counter supervisor who was discourteous in answering my question and acted like he couldnt be bothered. Watched as another customer was waited on by another customer service guy who was rude to the customer and red-faced. I would avoid at all cost. Not used to this level of rudeness in the South.

Very helpful and friendly. Had difficulty finding the adapter Ineeded and wasnt sure if its name but they not only knew what I needed they had it in stock.

Very geared towards the pros - but that is a good thing if you know what you are doing!

I came to Ferguson plumbing they gave me the wrong part so when I came back to get the right part I had to paid again for the other part because they said the person that due exchange wasnt there and told me to come back later to return the wrong one when I returned I got charged 25% restocking fee this is crazy I ask them where does it said that when you purchase the product and got told no where we just do is part of doing business

Here there are have somethings, no everything, this place is more commercial.
