The young man that helped me and then checked me out was so courteous. I am new to your store and it was amazing how much he and another worker were polite and respectful, while smiling! It was such a change. As a woman I usually dread going to any type of automotive fix, but the service and the speed here will make me return. Thank you for having such great employees and service. I do have to say another gentlemen directed me out and again, very friendly and respectful.

I regularly go here for my oil change, but I learned that this is NOT the place to go to get an emissions test. One of the most expensive places to get. Most places charge between $15-$20. This place charges $25. I have learned my lesson. Please learn from my mistake. You need an emissions test? Look elsewhere

Speedy oil change. They do try to upsell items like wiper blades and cabin air filters, but only when needed.

Please dont be amazed by looking at reviews of other customers. Took my car to Castrol lube at 3471 Barrett Parkway, Marietta, GA location during the oil change guy came to me and recommended me to change cabin air filter having a nice car I agreed to keep up with car maintenance. When I came home I searched for YouTube videos to do DIY guess what I found out as soon as I opened my glove compartment all I see that cabin air filter was not changed. Although I called and spoke to Jeremy who was the regional manager he assured me to have this fixed. I would recommend customers to be there pay attention and check everything before they leave the location.

I came here because I did have an appointment to get my oil changed at Honda AutoNation, my appointment was at 10 and when I got there they said it would be a 3 hour wait! I said nope and I called my mom to see who she uses and suggested you guys. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Love it!

Very poor experience. Sat there for 15 or 20 minutes while waiting for an emissions check. One guy working on the car in front of me and stopped continuously to have a chat with two other employees who were standing around doing nothing. There was no sign they were going to help him and he wasn’t close to completed by the time that I left to get it done elsewhere.

The management is top-of-the-line he is very professional very fast and efficient I love my experience. They make sure that their customers are satisfied this is the one on Dallas highway in Hiram Georgia I recommend anyone to go there

Its rare i feel compelled to ever write a review, but its hard to ignore the 5 star service I received when I brought my vehicle in for States Emissions testing. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and personable... Above all else, accommodating, as I barely got in before they closed and they happily welcomed me and very quickly and efficiently completed the testing. I implode anyone looking to take their vehicle into services, STRONGLY consider the Castrol on Dallas Hwy in Marietta.

The fact that they find dirty filters or other replacement items is evidence that they are checking the vehicles that come in, and that the staff is well trained to help drive revenue for the store. Yes, you can get those items cheaper at the auto parts store. You pay a premium for the convenience of getting it done now. It is not dishonest to sell add on services that are legitimately needed - its good business. These guys are not the cheapest place in town, but I value honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service - thats worth every penny.

I needed a quick emissions test so I could get over to the tag office early this morning. I stopped by Havoline express lube first because they were closer to my house.They were still trying to open the shop 20 minutes after 8am - when they are supposed to be open - and had a line of waiting cars outside. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to go down the road to Castrol Premium Lube Express. Dusty immediately greeted me outside and took my car right back. My emissions test was done within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Glad to have a reliable quick lube place nearby. Even if i have to go an extra 2 miles down the road, I would have saved time and frustration in the end if I chose Castrol Premium Lube Express first. Thank you guys!

Choose to buy my air filter at the parts store to save a dollar.... come to find out your price was $2 cheaper than the cheapest they sale.. Lesson learned next time I’ll get my air filter from you.! Great people, they treat me like family...... David

I drive out of my way to go here. No matter who is working this place is fabulous. This most recent crew today helped me with two vehicles and I was in and out each time in less than 20 minutes despite needing emissions oil changes and tire rotations! And no I was not the only one there. Everyone had the same experience. Kudos to this crew!!!! No one standing around. Everyone working and smiling and friendly and kind! I’m a single mom (have been for 14 years) and they don’t try to BS me! So appreciated!!

Went to this location and was greeted by two young men ( Dusty and Lizandro). They asked me what I needed and I told them an emission for my vehicle. They took great care of me and it didnt take long. I will be back to see these two young men for future services. Awesome location

As a woman you always have the fear that a mechanic is going to try to get over on you............. Well not here. I always use them for all my cars. They are very informative and thoroughly answer all my questions. I feel very comfortable with any recommendations they give me for my cars.

They do my oil changes quickly. They always find something else to sell me while I am there. High prices but I am OK with it because they are honest. My oil changes on my BMW X5 run me about $120. The Americas Service Center behind them may do for cheaper but beware.... Just go here. Usually get some kind of freebie too (Fast and Furious movie tickets, workout shirt, etc).

Took my sons car in for oil changes... was pleasantly surprised as the assistance I received. you folks do a great job.

BEWARE! They DO NOt use proper tools when working on your vehicle! They cracked the neck of the oil cooler ( which holds the oil filter) by not using a torque wrench. The Jeep dealer asked me Who changes your oil? CPL West Cobb is the only place to change the on on this car and the car is a 2014 with 225,000 miles so I am in there often, Boys in the shop are very nice...upper management has a its not our problem attitude. Cost me $704.00!

Went to Castrol oil west cobb when I pulled up waited 1 minute and greeted by staff told them what I wanted. They took vehicle right inside and started to work on it. The staff were very polite and treated my vehicle like it was their own. I waited 30 mins and they were done and I was on my way. Great place to get your car serviced fast, and great people

What an awful experience I had this morning. I took my car to this place and asked for a conventional oil change, immediately the guy just told me that it’ll cost me $55. I decided to leave the place because I felt that I was taking advantage, 15 min later I went to another place on powder sorings rd told them my experience and the guys told me that definitely that guy was taking advantage. I’ll get the same conventional oil change for only $26 and i’m a new happy customer at Mr. Tire auto center service.

The guys at this location are always knowledgeable about the service my vehicles may need, they are fast and efficient. I want to personally thank the team for going above and beyond for me.

Arrived at 8:15AM on Saturday morning, 15 minutes after opening. Was seen very quickly & explained that they’d be booked until the afternoon for the lift bay (needed tires rotated). I expressed that it wasn’t an issue, and would opt simply for the oil change. My car was placed in the bay within minutes - I was personally impressed... at this point. However, after the oil change was completed, the service tech slammed the hood of my Wrangler 4 consecutive times, due to his confusion surrounding the two hood catches, which secure the hood when down... Unfortunately, after I arrived at home, I discovered that the hanger for the hood had actually been broken in the process, so will need to order the part. Also, there was pooled oil on the driver side fender, where the tech had spilled oil down the entire front section of the Jeep. The tech had also left the slick residue on my steering wheel and shift lever, which was actually a first for me. Upon checking the fill level of the dipstick, I recognized that the oil had been heavily overfilled. Considering the damage this might cause, I headed to autozone to buy 6 quarts of oil; changing the oil in my garage. For those unaware, overfilling oil can cause extreme damage to the engine, so I had no alternative than to leave the Jeep parked, and change it personally.Castrol needs to recognize that many customers have the skill set to change their own oil, but choose these centers perform this for the overall convenience. All in, my oil change was $79 with the filter; can purchase the same oil and filter at Autozone for less than $30. This implies that customers are willing to pay $50 explicitly for labor and convience. Unfortunately, this just wasn’t met. Considering the broken hood hanger and having to change my own oil directly afterwards, I essentially lost money by visiting this location. Will never make this mistake again. Simply dissapointed. I know it’s increasingly harder to hire folks in any industry that genuinely care, but in this case, Castrol has lost a first time customer. Will be extremely vocal about this to friends and coworkers.

UPDATE: Immediately upon my submission of this review, Robert from their corporate office reached out to correct the issue. I found out that he had already talked to the appropriate team members at this branch and was given the impression that the employees were treated fairly and given retraining on customer relations. Perhaps most important, Robert gave a sincere apology and proposed a fair resolution to the issue.I have to commend Robert and the team for swiftly addressing the issue, acting with empathy and sincerity to correct an embarrassing mistake. I was so satisfied with my interactions with Robert, I will be using them for work on my other vehicle.Original review:Took in our vehicle for an oil change. The technicians kept telling me that if they do not put in synthetic oil for $80 our cars warranty would be voided. After again requesting conventional oil, they stuck with the warranty will be voided nonsense. When told that Kia would not void my warranty the technician to me then have Kia change your oil.Buyer beware when you are working with these guys. They have less than scrupulous business practices.

These people are unbelievable. My daughter brought my car in there for an oil change and they charged her $110 after $27 in supposed discounts for an oil change! My mistake, I always go to Kauffman Tire across the street and theyve never charged close to that. The coupon isnt worth it, dont even try it!
