Came in for a tire patch and i was out in seconds. it was a bit awkward coming in cuz i didnt wanna intrude on their work space in the back when they were working on a customers truck.

So I took my 04 Suburban here to get a wheel Alignment done..... mustve been there about 5 minutes and they told me it was done ... Bullst!t..... my steering was still out of control..... i got robbed for $70 ..... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!...

Christian was extremely professional, welcoming, and informed. The entire team was great, actually. They replaced all four tires and ten minutes before closing time it was discovered that the upper control arm needed to be replaced. They stayed open and fixed it!!

I showed up at noon with no appointment and they took me right in and they were already busy with a few other cars but were very nice about accomodating me and working me in within just a few minutes. I showed up with some very worn out front brakes that I let go a few miles too long and Christian checked me in and did the work. Some of it in the rain, and not one complaint and he did a great, clean job. Took about 45 minutes which was quicker than I expected. I have been driving by this location on my way to work for a few years now and as far as Im concerned Salgado #1 is my new go to shop when I need any car repairs in the future. I always find that when I visit a new auto shop I either drive away very happy and glad I went there, or very upset wondering what I was thinking and swearing I will never return. Salgado is definitely the first one. I left very happy with their work and i got what I paid for. Thanks again to Christian. I will see these guys again when I need new tires. Hopefully not sooner, but if something goes wrong with the tires or brakes on any of my 3 cars I now have a great place to bring it to.

Went to put my tires on my wheels in the morning, I paid to get them balanced as well so after lunch time I went to another shop to get them put on when k picked up my car,and the guy at the other shop noticed 2 werent balanced, and I told him that I had gone to Salgado Tires that morning, so he said well if the car shakes to take it back to salgado, after the installation I drove the car home and it was vibrating at the steering wheel, so I called salgado tires, not only was the guy that answered upset that I was accusing him that they didnt balance my other 2 tires they wanted to charge me again if I wanted to go back! So definitely not going back there anymore! And I went to the other shop and they did needed balancing!

On 2 occasions I went to align my truck ... and the tires were still wearing down on one side ... he told me pure things that when I went to the firestone ... when they aligned it they laughed at what the owner of salgado tires told me ... and having the complaint with the owner of salgado tires ... he answered me in bad taste ... I think that the correct thing as owner and consumer was to take care of me kindly ... and corroborate that his work was efficient. Personally reviewing the alignment so that the client was satisfied ... and he would clean his image ... what a disappointment ... I never go back to local places ...
