I never begrudge a business for prioritizing it’s bottom line over everything, after all the purpose of being in business is to make money. That being said, it’s so beautiful when you come across a business like Dekalb Tires that puts the safety of their customers over profits. They made my car safe within the price range I could afford instead of sending me off in a faulty car. I will 100% be loyal to this place from here on out! Thanks for the amazing customer service!

I went to Dekalb tire and received excellent service. First of all Israel I believe his name was came out right away and fixed my problems right away. My co-worker recommended this place and I tell you, you wont go wrong going here.

Overall great experience! The staff was extremely nice and well professional and very knowledgeable. They had all my service requests done in a timely manner and were sure to leave me satisfied enough to have me return again in the future for all my tire needs!

Here is how a negative turns positive, I secluded an appointment with Mavis tires just for a simple tire rotation for 4:00, on 8/20 so l get there 10 minutes early and when the mechanic asked how can he help me so I proceeded to tell him I have an appointment for 4 today and he tells me that itll be an hour and a half before I can get in because he and other mechanic had to change tires on a van so I asked why do I have to wait that long since I made the appointment, so I decided to leave because of bad customer service and went to dekalb tire and had the best service for what should have been simple task and as I explained to Rafael who just said hey Ill help in any way I can and he got me in on the fly and got my tires rotated and done in less than 20 minutes so if youre looking for great customer service and service than Rafael is the guy. Thanks and I really appreciate you and your service.

Ralph and crew were fabulous. 20 minutes in/out to plug a tire. Now bought by Mavis, other location up the street (previous Ga Tire) told us they couldn’t accommodate us. Not the same service at all. Came here the other day RALPH was super helpful with understanding what I needed. And was able to Explain to me everything before purchasing my products. He was very thorough what he recommended even though I wanted to get something else I did go with his recommendations I couldn’t be happier it was a little pricier than what I wanted but I know in the long run it will be worth it. When you go here ask for Ralph nobody else!!!!

I typically do not write reviews. However, Ralph and Israel at the DeKalb Tire Store at 1105 Johnson Ferry Rd did such a wonderful job I felt I needed to leave a review to thank them. I had a a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. They explained they would do their best to patch the tire but told me that I may need to have the tire replaced. They were not only able to repair the tire but also checked the other tires to make sure I didnt have any other issues. They did find another nail in another tire and also repaired that tire. I was prepared to buy a new tire but they told me it wasnt necessary. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. When the time comes to replace my tires theyll definitely get my business. Thanks Ralph and Israel for providing such great service.

I called after going to Discount Tire to have a flat repaired. They told me it would be four hours before they could get to the car and determine if it could be repaired. I called here - they immediately fit me in and looked at my car right away! It was fixed quickly and everyone was very friendly! I’ll be coming here first from now on!

I had a flat tire and no hope of anyone being able to fix it anywhere in the area. Everywhere else there were long waits and horrible prices.This is my new tire place from now on. They immediately came outside when I pulled up opened the door for me and my tire was fixed within 15 minutes. Why would you go anywhere else these are truly the most honest and trustworthy team to care for your car.

These folks are awesome! It’s great service, very affordable and the staff is super friendly! They don’t push hard sales tactics on you like some shops do, they’re respectful. They have a large business center so I always work while I wait even though I don’t end up waiting long, I highly recommend them!

Dekalb tire is professional and has great customer service. I had an appointment this morning for an alignment at Mavis Tire on Johnson Ferry Rd. When I arrived it wasn’t open and no techs were there at 8:00am. I waited about 10 minutes and drove down to DeKalb Tire less than a mile away and was greeted by a professional team of technicians that got my alignment done in a short amount of time. Even though they are now the same company, Mavis could learn a lot about Customer Service from the team at Dekalb Tire.

Bought 4 tires here last year. Consistent good service. Easy to get rotation or pressure check. This is the location the family uses for all cars.

Pulled in today because there was a rattling noise coming from the rear of my car. Reece and Mike came out and took a look. Mike said that my brakes needed to be changed. I told him that I dont have a lot, figuring brakes will be expensive. He got me in and out for around $100. Best and quickest Ive ever had my car taken care of. If youre looking for reliable and friendly service you need to come see these guys.

These people try to SCAM you out of more money. I’ve paid $2500 to get my car fixed. They always come back and say something else is wrong with the car. I just bought all new tires at their shop and 2 days later they say I need a brand new tire when the tire was sent off for repair in perfect condition. DO NOT get your car fixed here.

Best tire shop in town! Took my car in for a tire and break issue and the team here was top notch! The office manager was very professional and walked me through each issue with my car. These guys not only fixed my tire issues, but found a dangerous situation in one of my rear tires. They kept my car overnight to make sure they could give it a thorough fix, and one of the techs even gave me a ride home since it was close to closing time. I dont know if theyll give YOU a ride home, but the point is that they care about their customers and they make the extra effort. Definitely come here for your car needs.

I had an issue with my vehicle Town & Country 2005. I was Asking every mechanic shop about the my issue All of them tried to charge me over charge without really give me the solution. Brought our car in for 2 new tires and inquired about having the brakes done. We were told our rotors could not be turned and we needed new front rotors. We declined the service, bought a brake kit with rotors and went to another shop for an oil change and brake service. We left the rotors in the trunk and asked them to replace the pads and turn the rotors. They completed the service and the brand new rotors were not needed and are still in the trunk of our car. I now have a set of rotors I do not need until our next brake service because of Dekalb Tires.

Literally everyone here is incredible! James, the GM, took excellent care of me. They went out of their way to do my tires. I was looking for a new place to get my car worked on in the area I live. Now I found it! I will be going back for all my car needs as long as the service is still as excellent as it was!!
