Terrible customer service and will completely leave you in the dark about whats going on with your car being serviced.Dropped my car off for a diagnostic that typically takes no more than two hours, on Monday (8/16) it is now Wednesday (8/18) and the diagnostic still has not been performed. I had to call/come in to ask about the status of my car, they (Ricardo) never bothered calling to let me know that the diagnostic guy (Jason) still had not come in to work. Maybe if I had come in with a man they would take me seriously - dont bother with this unprofessional place.
Best customer care in Atlanta. This is hands down the best place for tires, oil changes and help determining that annoying noise your car is making. Theyre honest and fast.

Went to the location Less than 2 months ago with a a coolant leak and car running hot issue. Spent upwards $700 and the car ran hot again less than 2 months later…Was told after the 1st repair that now the fix would be $335 when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that bill was over $400 because they forgot to quote me the inspection fee when calling me to provide pricing for the repair. I will never do business again with this shop and the mechanic was flat out rude with a don’t Care attitude and Refused to contact his manager upon my request. Save yourself the hassle and take your elsewhere.
Staff is super friendly, however they always find little ways to try to take your money for no reason.Came in for a normal oil change which is usually about $35, they ended up doing a synthetic oil change which was about $80. They insisted my Nissan required that kind of oil which is not true since I’ve gotten plenty of normal oil changes in the past.They also ruined my BF’s Volvo in the past because they didn’t screw the cap on completely and leaked oil, seized the engine and ruined his car completely.I always appreciate the kindness of the staff but I’m tired of being ripped off for no good reason.
I would not recommend this Fire Stone, they have individuals 🤡🤡🤡 working on your car that don’t have the experience or a clue, Bent my rim and did not put the cap on correctly (45 ALEXIS) He is the technician that worked on my carThe service person played it off like it was nothing. Avoid this Fire Stone.

Customer service was great!!! Dave was the best. They were very understanding!! However, I wrote out a detailed not of the sound that was occurring for the technician. I even pointed out that I have gotten different information as to what the issue is. I pointed out that I put in $2300 in this car in the last 5 months. Parts that were bad but not related to the noise that was getting on my nerves. I pointed out that I wanted the noise found and repaired. I did not care what needed to be done to the car I just wanted the noise gone. I informed them that the shop I wanted to do my work could not get the part for the dealership. They mentioned a cracked bushing and that an arm may needed to replaced because the bushing would do no good separately. I get a call that they wanted to replace the shocks. My dealer mentioned that but this shop down the street said it was not the shocks but could not get the pair. He reassured me that it would be taken care of. I get to firestone and pay. I literally move the car two feet and what do you know? The noise is still there. I am over these places. They look at a part that needs to be replaced and automatically assume that is what needs to be done. They do not troubleshoot or replicate what you need fixed. There is no way I wrote detailed notes stating the sound shows up at 0-10 miles and you tell me the sound is gone when I get in my car for three seconds and replicated the issue. I had him get in my car and i drove around the parking lot and he heard it clearly. So how could it have been missed. Nobody is doing anything now a days other than seeing what parts need to be replaced. After putting $2300 in the car I wanted the next annoying thing gone. And yet again I have to leave my car. So after $2600 I am hoping since they don’t have any other part to blame it on, we can actually see what is causing it.
Went to get air and was told the air truck did not show up and they could not help me. REALLY so no one will be able to get tires today.
Took great care of my car and everything it needed. Got me approved for credit even when i didnt think i would be. Was greatly needed on my teacher salary so i could take care of my needs. They also dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. Would definitely use again!!
[Tires]Theyre expensive. Theyre a need-to-do car expense regardless of electric or gas engines. Theyre not a commodity. So it is with a happy heart I can finally recommend a good tire place/business.Im price motivated for tires; but again, these are more than a commodity so more goes into that. These folks price match, they carry consumer reports top brands, and they are very transparent. They stop haggling when asked.Four new tires (215/55/17s), 94v, 70k warranty, and full alignment for competitive price, but it was the kindness, customer service, and transparent process that added on to the good receipt.The current oil change deal that went into the mix resulting in a free oil change was nice too.

I will never take my car here again. I took my car in because my car was shaking when I drove past 40 mph. They called me and told me I needed a diagnostic test to be sure what the problem is. I had no problem with that and told them I would pay the $100 for it. They told me it was my catalytic converters and that all four needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost $2,700. I had to take some time to think if it is worth it because I am a recent college graduate trying to get on their feet through COVID19. No one wants to waste $2,700, but if it was going to fix the problem long-term, I was willing to spend it. I called and permitted them to go ahead with the job. I come to pick it up, and the car is still doing the same thing. I left my car, and after three times of me driving there and leaving the car because it was still shaking, they finally tell me that it is my transmission and that I need to take my car to a transmission shop and there is nothing left they can do. I was livid because I spent $2,700 on something that did not fix my vehicle. My mom and I were in contact with Dave, and the only thing he could offer me was $975, which was the cost of labor. I felt as though that was a slap in the face considering I spent all this money to have the same problem. He wound up refunding me $1,040. I still did not feel as though that was fair, but still, they were not willing to offer any more help or offering anything else because the job was already done, however, my car was still having the same problem plus other problems that I did not have when I brought the car in such as a rattle noise that I did not have before.So I took my car into Firestone in Hiram (I have been here before I just went to the one in Marietta because its closer and I thought it would be in good hands) to get a second opinion because I did not believe that it was the transmission. The firestone in Hiram looked at my car and told me the people who put my catalytic converters back on sealed it with cement. They also did not seal my valve correctly, which caused a severe oil leak on my spark plugs and starter. In turn, I had to get my catalytic converters taken out and put on the right way, spark plugs replaced, valve replaced, and starter. They also checked my car for the main reason it was brought in in the first place, and it turns out it was not the transmission. It was my driver shaft that was causing the shaking. The firestone in Hiram fixed my car up, and it drives brand new, and I have no problems now; however, it was not free, but they did fix the issues for way less than the Firestone in Marietta.The Firestone in Marietta is a rip-off. They say anything is wrong with your car for the money. Also, the quality of their work is trash. I am still upset that I have wasted so much money with the Marietta location. I still do not feel as though they have made the situation right, nor do I feel as though they did all that they could to help me. $1,040 refund is a rip off considering I spent $2,700 for the problem not even to be fixed. If the Firestone in Marietta wants to contact me, that is fine; however, I will be contacting corporate and will voice my concern with them. Dave, Jeremy, and everyone, there are rip-offs, and I will not be bringing my car to them ever again, and neither should you.
So about two years ago one of the techs left a wheel with three lug nuts loose. Whatever, I went home and discovered it right away so I torqued it. Then I purchased a newer vehicle and put tires on it and had it aligned here. 2 times the wheel was so far off center and it pulled hard to the right. The third time it was better and was advices of a discrepancy in the tire. Whatever. I purchased a new set of tires recently and wanted to have the alignment verified. The tech left grease all over the door jam, scratched the door and the truck drives straight but the wheel is off center. I will not take my business to these guys anymore. Very nice, never a negative experience in customer service but the quality and workmanship in my honest opionion is poor. I’m currently at another location in hopes that they correct it. After this, I will never use a Firestone again.

From start to finish, an amazing experience! As a woman, its easy to feel out of place having your car repaired. This team was very respectful of me and my time. I made my appointment online the night before and they began working on my car as soon as checked in. I had my battery tested, the terminals cleaned, my electrical system checked, battery replaced--even had my tire pressure checked, topped off and they turned off that pesky low pressure light. All in LESS than 45 minutes! BOOM! This was my 2nd time here and my first time was equally as amazing. Ill definitely be back!!!

Im beginning to wonder if we are all reviewing the same Firestone! I have been using this establishment for at least 5 or 6 years and have never had a problem, nor felt I was ripped off in any way whatsoever. In fact, being a widow, I have asked them to check on things for me on the car, only to be told that everything was fine, when in fact, they could have told me otherwise and had me pay for something I didnt need. I have had brakes done, new tires, always go there for my oil changes, a belt in my car was wearing out, etc. Have been most satisfied with both their work and their prices. I think a lot depends on who owns the particular Firestone, the manager, and the service men they hire. Like anything else, some places are just going to be a lot better than others.
I want to give Jessica a big shout out on customer service and her friendliness at my visit this weekend. She really helped me out a lot I didn’t even know I needed my brake fluid flush so she decided to give me a huge discount . Not also I take my personal car to this firestone I take my company fleet vehicle as well and will continue to do so ! 🙏 thanks Jessica !!! See you soon!!

So I have to so I was very pleased with this location. I normally do all the work on my vehicle but this time I just didnt have the time. So I had a lot of things going on with my vehicle and I where able to look over very thing and did what I asked of them and did what they said they were going to do. So when I got my vehicle back from them they took care of some things that we didnt even talk about and didnt even charge me for it. Now it wasnt anything big but I noticed it right off the bat. Id like to say thank you to Matt for all his help
The best firestone location I’ve even been to. The employees are very kind and helpful. Went in for an alignment and brake check but ended up losing a hub cap somewhere (probably loose after tires were removed to check brakes). Didn’t realize it until later that day and went to ask if they had it (which they didn’t) and they just ordered 1 online to replace mine for no cost. They just work out of their way to help you. Pretty fast at what they do as well. 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Went for a battery clean up, quick service, $14.99 reasonable + comes with lifetime warranty ..they said warranty is valid on all Firestone across US, Will post again if another Firestone actually honors the warranty next time.
I brought my car into be looked at as I was hearing a noise from underneath. They told me it was a rear end problem and their mechanic didnt have the knowledge to troubleshoot it. Arent they mechanics?? The following is what made my head spin. Over the phone I was told I had a nail in my tire, so I went ahead and told them to fix it. When I got there, the guy said the charge is $42 to plug the tire. I told him there was no way I was going to pay that much to plug a tire. After a few minutes he came back and dropped the price to $28.. DONT take your car to these people. Anything beyond an oil change and they will do their best to rip you off. CROOKS!!

Firestone is great for routine auto services, skip them for fixes or troubleshooting. Ive had a number of routine services done here. The work is fine, the prices are so-so. Troubleshooting is an area where they struggle. I was having problems with my parking brakes seizing and these guys charged me a bunch of money to replace every part except for the one causing the problem. Had to replace it myself the week after their service. Obvious miss.
Consider other options before going to ANY Firestone.My daughters car broke down less than a mile from this Firestone. Because they were one of the few shops open on the weekend, we had the car towed there. All signs pointed to an alternator, due to the car stalling while she was driving and having no power trying to restart. They checked it and said it was only the battery. I questioned that since it had problems while driving when the alternator should have kept it running, but they ASSURED me it was only the battery. Charged $25 for the electrical check - which auto parts stores and most other repair shoips do for free. After leaving the car overnight and picking it up on Sunday, the car quit after a short time driving, leaving my daughter stranded. With nobody open on July 4, I am now forced to get an alternator and drive a few hours to fix it myself. Firestone should have let the car run and done another check to insure the battery was not losing charge, but its obvious they did not. Not really sure if the battery was bad or not, but the failure to replace the alternator put us in a worse situation than before. This reinforces the bad reputation that follows almost all Firestone locations and leaves me feeling dissatisfied and ripped off.I do not plan to use any Firestone locations based on this and previous bad experiences.
Takes advantage of people, that they feel dont know anything about cars. My wife went in, to get an inspection on a used vehicle I purchased. Tried to sell her parts for the vehicle when it didnt need them. I took the same vehicle back for inspection before going to 2 other places. The quote and prices they gave me, were completely different from the one my wife received. Would not recommend, Not to mention the things they said that were wrong to my wife, were In excellent condition when I showed up 🤔
I went to this location because my car was running hot after a trip out of town. They ran diagnostics to try to find out the culprit. At first they thought it was the thermostat, so they installed a thermostat. However, my car continued to run hot after the repair.My service rep Luis is the BEST!!!!!!He refunded me the cost for the thermostat and did his best to fit me in to get my Lexus repaired with the right part (water pump)He also eased my mind when he informed me that if I had a warranty, the part would most definitely be covered and it WAS!!!! Came in for an emissions test. Managers and staff were very friendly, waited on me quickly, and clearly communicated what to expect. The waiting area was very comfortable. They had complementary coffee, water, and WiFi. They also had a large assortment of phone chargers. I will be back!

Good service, they used premium parts without consulting me on the matter. They may have just been replacing what they found but I wouldve liked them to ask me since they took the time to call about the work anyway.
Two weeks ago I sent an email in regards to my car. And I have yet to be contacted by a member of Management! I went to the 2nd location on Roswell Rd. I took my car there for 2 reasons, my drivers tire was showing wire and the brakes were squeaking, scrubbing and not really stopping. They kept my car all day, called at 4:35pm & asked to keep it till close of business the next day. I stated no!!! I drive for a living and can’t be without a car. They stated they had no tires, which in fact they had 17 in inventory. And the Rep with the Gold teeth in his mouth was Rude & Condescending. I left there “Furious”, set a Rental Car reservation, then was called back & told that no cars were available.“I missed a day of work, cost me $225.00”.Today, I took my car to Dave at the 1st location. After having my car all day since 9am. He calls & states that there is nothing wrong. They didn’t hear anything wrong nor looking at the previous notes about the hardware being on wrong, did they find anything wrong. He called about 6:05pm after the store was closed. Told me my tires were in “Bad Condition”, when I asked how much to replace them, he stated he had no Technician and they were closed on Sunday and if I could bring it back Monday for them to re-look at my brakes.Ummm,What’s the problem here?Do you not understand I drive nightly & being able to stop is “Important”!!!I stated that I feel unsafe in my Car.I guess Safety isn’t a Priority with “Firestone” or it’s employees.This is unacceptable!

They can usually fit you in without an appointment and if you do have an appointment and need to change it, they are very accommodating. Their prices are fair, the people are nice and I havent had to wait too long for the work to be done. They have free wifi too.
I too am surprised a few people have given low reviews to this place, and/or to Firestone service centers in general.Ive been very happy with Firestone. I bought a lifetime alignment (thank God; and too bad I didnt do it a few years prior) for my Mercedes. I take it there, they do it and seem to do it well. Very professional, clean place.

Before the service was very good.The officer wanted to solve your problem. Printed a report of things that you need, and let you think about it.Now the official is concerned to use techniques to sell everything you do not need. The current service is intended to receive money and not solving the problem.If you changed the oil, make sure the mechanic did not spill oil.Sometimes it does not use funnel.
Managers there give personal attention and arent afraid to get their hands dirty. Everyone friendly and know what their doing!

First visit to this location. They were wonderful. Everything was well explained.
My experience here was horrible. Went here for a change of tires and waited 2.5 hours, only to be told hours later that the wait would be another approximate 45 minutes because they did not have tires in stock, and had to send someone to get them elsewhere. Unfortunately, I could not get a ride home, and so had no choice but to wait the additional time. I ended up spending a total of four hours simply waiting to get my tires changed. What a freaking waste. The guy that serviced me did even not appear to be genuinely apologetic. I will definitely not be coming back to this Firestone location again.

They will fix your car at the absolute lowest effort possible. Went in with a broken corroded battery terminal, and while they did fix that issue, they left the leftover corrosion ON my battery and in the battery bay, as well as shards of shattered plastic from the previous connection they removed.I asked them about what to do about the corrosion and they tried to sell me a 13 dollar cleaning service for the battery. 13 dollars isnt much but I figured if that was the effort they put into their work I might as well teach myself how to clean the battery.Oh they also left an oil print on my driver side door.I live within walking distance of this location and I will not be taking my car there to be serviced again.
This is just for this location only, I went in to inquire about a vibration issue with my car. These were new tires on aftermarket wheels. The manager lady flat out told me that she cant do anything about it since its aftermarket wheels. Wow, really!? The wheels are only 17 and its for an 08 Nissan Altima. I told them that I got the tires from their sister location off Buford highway. Oh well, Ill just drive to the East Cobb or other locations for better service.
By far the best and fastest firestone I’ve visited. I’ve been to locations in Texas and locations in Alabama. Came in for a oil change and for a new set of tires and was out in 40mins.

Terrible. My review keeps being deleted. My experience was awful. They let another person on my account authorize services that I asked them to call me about before charging me. They knew I wanted a call and they chose to call my mother. I have had firestore for over 4 years. My number is under my car which is the Mazda 3 in read. I already left a review and the company continues to delete my review. Why not fix the issue? I called and set an appointment and everything and you still call the incorrect number on the account. You all should have called me! The owner of the vehicle. Not anyone else. I pay for the car and I bought the car. I will not be giving my money to firestone anymore. And my mom the credit card user wont be using you all either because I pay off her card. Keep deleting my reviews. I will keep posting them. Thank you.

Service seems inconsistent. One of the officials there seemed eager to help. However, at one point during my oil change they had to ask a question, and the other official took my sheet, started to process it, then when a vendor came up, just walked away. When he got done with the vendor, he got onto the desk in the garage and picked up the phone. My car sat there for 30 minutes because he didnt tell anyone he had grabbed it and he couldnt be bothered. Between service like that and the fact it seems like they dont have enough staff to cover demand, do not go here if you value your time.
I have never had extensive work done on my car here, so I cant speak to that, but the service I have gotten has been outstanding. Whenever I need minor service done I come here and am never disappointed.
Dont know what the other reviews are talking about because Ive been here for numerous oil changes and never felt I was sold something I didnt need. I declined certain things I didnt want and they have always been kind to me. After the experience I have here I refuse to go elsewhere and Ive been able to get full synthetic oil changes at more than fair prices at each visit.
I have lived in the area for years and have tried them many times. EVERY time I got something repaired, the next week or two something else went wrong. Usually tires that would start going bad. Once I started using other repair places the tire problem stopped. Coincidence, not according to my work colleagues. STAY AWAY from Firestone.

This place really seems to care about their customers. I first came here to replace a battery that Sears refused to replace under warranty. This place treated me right, and charged me a very small amount compared to competitors for the highest quality battery my car could take. Within a couple months I needed an alternator. They were going to get me in same day, but I broke down on the way to the shop. They still got the car into the shop and started looking at it and quoted me what it would cost in the last 10 minutes before they closed, and had it fully resolved within a few hours the next morning for fractions of the cost of what Acura charged a few years ago when I needed one.I did have to bring it back as my RPMs would dip down causing the car to nearly die, but after taking it back, they seemed to clear everything up (all well so far).The big thing for me is they always try to get you in and out as quickly as possible while charging much less than the competition. Great job and great customer service.
Went 4 times since june to try and get my air conditioning fixed stayed all day with a 10 month old and 5 year old 4 times...and $1700 later my air still doesnt work ..called corporate Monday to get my money back to take it somewhere to actually get it fixed right. I still havent got a call back.
