Stay away! The franchisee of this location is very unprofessional and full of attitude. He was the only person working eating his lunch and talking with his mouth full at the counter. I understand people need to eat and I was totally fine with that, but after asking for a ETA he turned ugly. I was done with the attitude so I left and went somewhere else.

Awful service, the feeling that the workers are changing the oil for the first time, as it took them half an hour or maybe a little more while valvoline does it in 15 minutes. They could not remove the oil filter and they filled in new oil and started the engine and the remaining oil from the filter got into the new oil. After my comment, they changed the filter. And the engine oil level went high and the computer let me know that the level needs to be lowered. If I had not seen that they had not replaced the filter, most likely I would have left and did not know it. Now I have to spend money on new oil and its replacement. Do not recommend

Hello i was instructed to contact your team about my experience at the Marietta location on Cobb Pkwy SE. The people were really nice. I went to this location to have my air checked and if needed be to refill it. I just bout the truck in January and never had to use the cold air until last week and realized it was hot. Well even tho i looked online and google showed yall price it at $119 I was told i had to pay $154. 10 minutes after I left I got a call that the tech forgot to put the darn cover on my engine. Had to go back and now 2 days later my air is blowing hot. This is crzy!😠

Quick and fast service, everyone was nice and chill. I think it took maybe 30- 40 mins to complete and on a Saturday early afternoon.

I had to stop for an oil change. They completed the oil change quickly and even vacuumed my car for no charge! James, the Store Manager, was kind and uplifting, because we. chatted about some hard times Ive been dealing with. I will definitely go back. Great folks.

Delk Rd- Worse location to go to. I used a Groupon which comes with tire rotation, oil and filter change, vacuum, fluid top off and windshield rainx protection. They didnt rotate my tires initially, they didnt clean the windows because they were out of paper towels according to Nia H. They half vacuumed the front of the car and didnt touch the back. Wont be back here

I got an oil change and tire rotation and they never tightened my rear wheel up..could have been a disaster but I noticed and walked back for them to bring something to tighten up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It took an hour for them to not complete the package I paid for. I even reminded the woman that my package came with cleaning and she still didn’t do it. Very quick and professional service.I went first to another couple of places that declined to do the oil change because it was close to closing time. Finally I got here and they took care of everything.

Service was fast and curious. I got an oil change and tire rotation. However, they didnt check the air pressure in my tires when they finished. I had to top off the tire that needed some air myself. It wasnt a problem though.

They were very professional and took great care of my vehicle. I also loved that they cleaned it out as well!

My vehicle has 90000 miles, the check engine light has never been on. I drove about 50 miles to get the emission test done. Well it failed but the thing is the check engine light was now on. The check engine was not on when I brought it in. If it was why would bring it in when I would know it would fail. When I asked why the check engine light was now on when it wasnt on when I drove up. They said it was on and I was wrong. I say not a chance I would know if the check engine light was on after driving 50 miles staring at the dash.

HORRIBLE service. Dont do it yourself. Extremely bad costumer service and the work is lacking. You anywhere else but Jiffy Lube especially the one on Delk Rd.

Awful experience. I hate being forced to give the one star.Went in for an oil change, which is was denied, and left with my muffler and related components having been so damaged as to be held up by clothes hanger wire.Not sure why the oil change was denied as a different Jiffy Lube has serviced ny car with no problem.Walmart serviced my car the very next day with no problem.The black female manager, Antionette, was not particularly helpful and quite accusatory.The white male employee, Tim, was nice enough, but not very helpful, he was also behind the wheel when my car was damaged.On top of that the black bearded male employee hurled homophobic slurs at me and threatened me with physical violence. Threats that he then attempted to carry out then and there.Jiffy Lube, do you really tolerate this kind of discrimination in your places of business?Make it right.

They broke my car. Emission. My car was working fine. My mechanic informed me that they are not supposed to rev your engine unless its an older model car. No one checked on me no one was concerned no one cared and me and my child was stuck there in the rain

I just left Jiffy Lube because they stated it will be 40 minutes we are draining the oil tank. I said why on the weekend when everyone is off they said because its full? I guess no meter on the tank odd even cars have a way to measure oil.

Great shop!

Had a nightmare trying to find a place that could hold my diesel gas truck in their bay doors...this place was perfect and even though they never did an oil change on my type of vehicle they stuck with it and we were able to get it done. Very pleased with the whole staff, manager on duty was awesome. Tremendous asset to that location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this place NO STARS I would. I have been here a couple of times because I was trying to give it a chance but after this last oil change I am done. I came in and was offered a special on tire rotation with my oil change and I accepted and I asked if they could check the RR tire because the pressure light was on, however after two hours I was informed that they could no longer provide the rotation (after I paid $113.96 for all of their services and I thought they were done?) And could we send you down the street? I said sure but I cant do that today because it has taken so long so they called the other location and said they couldnt get through so they handed me a $20 bill and said that was the refund, no receipt, nothing. I paid with a card? I am so confused at this point and am running out of time to pick up my kids so I leave and get in the car only to find that the same RR air pressure light is STILL on and they changed ALL of my preset radio stations? This is not the first time I have had a weird/BAD experience but was trying to give it a chance. I will never be back. This Jiffy Lube is an utter disgrace.The only plus side was that I got to watch the entirety of Back To The Future. HA

After an extremely frustrating day fighting with my battery, I rolled into this location an hour before closing hoping for the best. The manager, Antoinette, was extremely friendly and helpful, and her team kept me posted during the 40 or so minutes that it took to replace the battery. Highly recommended, I know Ill be back for all of my oil changes, emissions tests, etc.

This place was the worst experience ever. Poor management, Karissa Washington was very disrespectful, uncle tom, very dishonest. You can get much better service at the dealership.

Horrible location!!! I’ve been going to a different location for years. Yesterday I tried this location since it was close to work. The guy asked me what kind of oil I wanted and I answered “ same as I always get.” That was a mistake. When they finished I was given a bill for almost $100. I was informed they couldn’t find me in the system and they put what my car requires. Really??? So either they felt like giving me the most expensive oil change I could get or the other location has been putting the wrong oil in my car for years. They did give me a 20% discount to try to make up for it. Also, isn’t cleaning the windows and vacuuming my car part of the service? It said on my receipt I declined it, but no one asked. I won’t be back. It’s cheaper to goto my dealership and at least I’ll know I’m getting quality service.

Arrived and asked for oil change and tire rotation. They finished quickly and I asked if they forgot to do the tire rotation. Yes... they forgot and then proceeded to tell me they ran out of tire weights. If that was the case they should have told me that initially.The tech who brought out my car had oil all over his shoe bottoms which was now all over the driver side carpet. When I brought it to their attention, they did a horrible job cleaning up the carpet.I needed to get out of there and while driving away needed to clean my windshield. Low and behold, the low windshield washer fluid warning light comes on.... they didnt fill the reservoir and also marked the invoice that I declined to have them fill it... not true as I was was never asked.I do not recommend this location and will never go back.

This is a good Jiffy Lube. I usually get a tire rotation with my oil change and they are fast. Generally spend less than 30 minutes anytime I go here. The staff is friendly too. Ill take pictures of everything next time I go. They have a unisex restroom, vending machine, and coffee in waiting room. There are some magazines and TV to watch while you wait.

Dont go to this jiffy lube expecting to get your vehicle serviced with care. I wouldnt have a lawnmower serviced here.

I called this Jiffy Lube ahead of time to ask how much they charged for a standard oil change for a hatchback and they told me $46 dollars. It’s a little pricy but they told me they also cleaned the windows, vacuumed the floors, topped off all the fluids, and replaced the filter with that price. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and quick to get my car in. One of the employees brought up my options for the oil I wanted and the only options she showed me were the ones that will take my car for 8000 an 5000 miles. When I asked about standard fuel she still showed me upgrade options until I said I only wanted the standard oil that comes with the price of the oil change. A few minutes later a different employee brought in my two air filters from my engine and the cabin. The cabin filter was a little wrinkled but otherwise very clean (which makes sense since I got it changed last time I got my oil changed). The employee told me I should probably change it and it would be $69 dollars. I happen to know that that filter costs $8 and all you have to do is slide it out and slide the new one in. Right there I decided I wasn’t listening to anything they told me and I was just going to wait for them to finish and leave. When they were ready for me to pay I gave them a coupon I had for $10 off and they told me the price was still $45 because I was charged the “special filter price” because I have a unique filter. I have not heard this from any other place I have gotten my oil change with this car. When I got to my car, my windows had not been cleaned, only the carpet in the front seats had been vacuumed (and not well despite them sitting up there vacuuming it for 15 minutes), and they had pulled multiple items out from my glove compartments and left them on the seat. I don’t mind paying a higher price but if I am I expect more that average work and dishonesty. They gave me a coupon book for the future but I will not be returning. I will drive farther to the shop by my old house where I know I can trust the staff.

As soon as I pulled up it wasnt the usual great service that takes care of their customer. After being asked if if Id been there there before I said the manager knows me and always takes care of my multiple vehicles. They responded that the old management is gone because of taking care of the customer and tried charging me triple the amount. Ive had go around with a couple other ones about four years ago and one closed shortly after. If going to change the price for a 2006 Chevrolet cargo van from $35 to over $80 Id be afraid of much my late model Silverado 2500hd is. Ive been paying $80 and with the managers attitude Id probably be paying $265. This store needs looks at big time. I was skittish about coming back to jiffy Lube but been getting great service there for the past few years for my five vehicles. Driven in Atlanta over 2 million miles. Thats alot of oil changes.

Ive been coming here for years and the customer service is excellent. Just brought my car in for emissions and was told it was not needed for my 2017 car. The county says otherwise...but clearly they put service over making money.

They are very busy on Sundays. At first they were so busy they didnt even realized we were waiting but when they did, they immediately came to see what service we were there for. We were there for a standard oil change, of course they recommended upgrading the oil change but we stood our ground. Overall, good place to do with business with.

I went at almost closing time because I forgot I needed an emissions and the other Jiffy Lube couldnt do it. When I tell you they were polite from the minute they picked up the phone to the minute I showed up...when they were almost closed! The woman that works there was the best but they were all so great even mopping the floor with a smile. I would have never thought I would get this kind of service there but now that I know.. I will be back!!

This was the fastest I’ve ever got an oil change & tire rotation. It took about 15 to 20 minutes. All the employees were very nice. The manager Desiree was extremely nice and welcoming and I will be visiting this location again.

GIRL POWER!!!!! We pulled in yesterday in a borrowed car that needed oil and we couldnt get the oil cap off to add it. The staff, 2 women & one gentleman, managed to get the cap off, they helped up add the oil that we had brought and added a little extra to fill our borrowed vehicle. I will DEFINITELY recommend them highly and return again! Thank you!

I just went in today for an oil change and to get air put into my tires. Desiree was extremely helpful and made sure that I was well informed! They were unable to put air into my tires because the blue/green caps indicated that my tires are full of nitrogen, not just air. Desiree explained the situation to me and recommended a place that would be able to accommodate, as she did not want to void my warranty by putting air in the tires. She also took the time to look up the manufacturers recommendation for the oil change, which was done within 10-15 minutes. Very speedy and friendly staff!

On Sunday I went to change the oil in my car. After I went 2 miles a red light turned on in my monitor, and it said to reduce oil level. I checked the oil level, and saw that it was over what it was supposed to be. When I went back I could not explain to them that they had put extra oil in my car. They showed me a very bad reaction. After that when I went to another oil changing station, and they told me i was right and took out 1 quart of oil out of my car.They had bad quality service and a bad behavior. In the 25 years of driving I have never seen such a bad behavior in a service

I paid for a signature synthetic service on Groupon thinking I was getting a deal. This was supposed to include things such as a carpet vacuum and window wipe. My receipt said these things were completed including topping off my windshield wiper fluid. The only thing done was my oil. What a rip off.

This was a great place to get a quick oil change on my lunch break. After seeing the $75 price of oil for my Hyundai Sonata, I realized why it was so easy to get in here.

Went in this morning for a conventional oil change and was warmly greeted by the manager, Desiree, outside, before I could walk in. Her positive attitude is obviously contagious, because her industrious staff got working on my car instantly while greeting and processing two customers that came behind me. Another staff member, Anand, was supremely helpful assessing the problems with my car and making suggestions with no pressure. Give them ALL a raise like NOW or im not coming back!!:)

Please don’t go here save your time, and money I brought my car in great shape and failed due to catalytic converter. Which I was unaware there was a problem. I had to go to the DVM and stand in the long line to get a temporary tag (everyone know how long the lines be) stressed about the converter i had to find a Muffler shop for them to look at the paperwork and tell me nothing is wrong with my car. I brought it back just for them to blame it on the machine. All they had to do is look at the paper work like the mechanic did. They cost $10 more then most emission check places, but can’t get the job done right.

THE BLACK GUY WITH THE LONG BEARD NEEDS TO STAY OFF HIS PHONE WHILE WORKING!!! I came here today for a oil change & he was on FaceTime the whole time during my oil change.He never checked my tire pressure, never reset my oil settings, he reset the trip on my car, I literally didn’t see him working on my car. Just sitting in the drivers seat FaceTiming. He needs to go work for himself so he can sit on the phone all day & not WORK.I’m sure he doesn’t get paid to sit on the phone! if so where can I sign up? I paid all this money to have to pull my car back in so another employee can do the things he checked off & claim he did whIle he sat on his phone!!This is ridiculous!!! I’m taking a 13 hour road trip & need to make sure my car is ready while this man enjoys a 45 minute FaceTime call....

This place is a complete ripoff. I was charged $45 for an air filter. I personally called two local auto parts stores and the filter was only $19. On top of that, this location charged me for a coupon book that I didnt ask for. In total, I paid $86 for an oil change and air filter. I didnt have the energy to fight....it had already been a long day. Never again will I give this location my business.

Was the only car in the bay before three others showed up. Don’t understand why it would take an hour just for a oil change. Four workers and one smoking a cigarette the whole time not doing any work. Also very careless, leaving oil on the steering wheel, passenger seat and center console which damaged the clothes o had on.

The customer service was great but the wait time is not so great even when they are not busy.

Very happy with this location! Great customer service and attention to detail. I had purchased a Groupon and brought it to the technician, she took a quick look at my car and noticed that I had purchased the wrong version (conventional vs synthetic). She told me how to quickly exchange my Groupon via their app and make the switch while I was waiting for my service. I have never experienced this level of customer service from any business accepting a Groupon, let alone tell me how to fix it to get what I needed. Props to you Delk Rd Jiffy Lube! Ill be back!

So usually Im not the type to write a review, and usually when people write a review like the ones below, a lot of them are usually because someone wants to come on here and complain about how they will never do business again. Well this on is going to be a little different because Antoinette and the guys over at this Jiffy lube are the bomb. I came in this morning with a overheated car. Turns out it was a busted radiator and Im thinking damn just what I needed today and instant sour mood type of thing. No way in the world you could be in a sour mood with this staff. My boy Moses sitting in there doing his training and being positive, Antoinette and the gang were out there cracking jokes and having fun with the customer, all while maintaining a professional atmosphere. if there is any place I can recommend taking your car, if you dont already have somewhere to go, that place is right here. 5* service and 5* team. If yall are reading this, thank yall again for everything that yall did today.-TJ

Need a oil change, this is a good place to bring your car

Went to Jiffy Lube at Delk Rd Marietta GA on 7/9/14. Before going to get the oil change I wrote on the oil filter to verify that it would be changed. When I returned home I discovered the oil filter had never been changed. I returned to the store and received a refund. I then took it to the dealership where it was to my surprise $10.00 cheaper. I wish I would have searched on google about Jiffy Lube scams.I also contacted the Georgia Manager Chuck from the corporate 800 number whom after explaining what happened at the location told me, What do you want me to do about it, you received a refund and you sound like you want something else. I guess I wanted to know something would have been done to investigate this area branch to make sure the technicians are doing their jobs.

I reccomend this place to everyone. I came here to get my oil changed and was so impressed that I came back a week ago to get my brake pads changed. The lady who I see in the front I think her name is Antoinette (she has dreads) made me feel super comfortable with the level of knowledge she has. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable .
