This is one of the best place ever. I’ve been going here for close to 10 years and 3 cars. I’ve never had anything major wrong with my cars. They always give me the best price. I drive an hour to come here and I never regret it. They have the best customer service and as long as they are here I will come here.

Oil change service with discount coupons are what brought us to this local spot for the first time. Service = So far, so good 😉 Quick in & out access but the drive way comes up quickly after the intersection & CVS entry. Tricky parking out front, but manageable ☑️

Nice business.

Never had any issues with getting the regular service (oil change, tires, small things) on my cars till I took one of them up there after they said they could do some work on it. I had to pay almost $200 to tow my car up there after they told me they could work on it for it to only sit up there for almost a week only to find out they cant do the work on it.

I took my car in due to a nail in the tire and they tried to sell me 4 new tires, when another company was able to fix my tire. When they put my spare on the car, they screwed it on wrong and the next company I took my car to had to break the lugnuts to get the spare off. I do not recommend this store.

You need some mechanic work done go here I know the store manager her name is Amber Ive known her five years I take my car their for an oil change. And a flat repair I had them put in an alternator in my car about 5 months ago and did a really good job the service is excellent there

Although the front desk experience will leave you confident at drop-off, the shop may not perform as one expects and your post repair conversation(s) will not be what you expected. For example, I had 4 tires mounted and when I got home, a 2.5 mile drive, I discovered one wheel was short two of five bolts! Upon my prompt return, all was made right but what a close call, phew! I wonder what might have happened to my wife if I hadnt double checked the tire pressures.My next experience, a couple of years later, was getting an alternator replaced because the car quit running about 400 yards from their building. Almost immediately after pickup, the Check Engine light illuminated. The error code was P0171 (running lean) which is usually a vacuum line leak or excess air entering the throttle body at some point after the MAF. Indeed, the resonator box surrounding the throttle body had been broken during removal/re-mounting to access the alternator repair. The immediate response from the shop was they hadnt done it. Then, after a recalcitrant conversation & acceptance of fault, I was given the explanation that the car was no longer in production so their parts source could not supply a replacement housing. Rather than suggest or even try an in-house resolution, I was advised to search the internet, find the part, complete the repair, and send them the bill. Luckily, I am a sufficiently skilled shade tree mechanic at making retention clips & using adhesive to perform the repair in less than 30 minutes; an effort- their mechanic should have been capable of performing with only slightly more work experience than classroom training alone.It is not a baseball game with three strikes before you are out. Play at your own risk.

This company definitely pursues profit, and in my many visits they always try to insist on additional services or repairs beyond the reason for my initial visit. HOWEVER- they are honest, and will tell me if those additional services are really needed or are low-priority. The work they do is always excellent, the staff friendly, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable.

They were slow at the time so service was quick. Very informative with my wheel/tire issue and did not try to sell me.

Once again had excellent service. Called in a panic late in the afternoon with a screw in my tire.They were happy to help late in the day, and it turned out the screw was in the tread only and hadnt punctured the tire! Thank you Brian and Damian!

From the time I walked in to the time I left, it was such a pleasant experience. I set an appointment for tires and a wheel alignment for 8am. I walked in at 7:50a and the lady at the desk knew who I was (huge plus). I asked questions about the alignment and presented her the quote I received online. She honored that quote and broke down the price and everything included. By about 8:05a, my car was in the back and being worked on. I was in and out of there by about 8:55a (another plus!). She thoroughly explained everything they did and provided me with a quote on brakes. Ryan and Nakeyah (sorry, I think thats her name) provided exceptional service and care and Ill definitely be taking my car back! Thank you!

Went there to change tires, brought my new tires. All I needed was changing tires and balancing. My bill was suppose to be $70 including life time balancing. Left my car and told them to call me once its ready to be picked up. Received a call offering extra services on my vehicle, I said please do whatever we initially agreed on. When I got to the shop to collect my vehicle my bill was $185... when I asked why my bill was high they told me that they did alignment as well. I got upset but whatever, if it was needed who cares... when I got home and washed my car I noticed that my wheels were damaged. Some dents and scratches from alignment... I would never go back....

I dropped my car off for an oil change. The staff are friendly and even though they were super busy, the front desk manager was on top of everything! She worked fast, was professional, and attentive to everyone waiting.

Great service but prices are on the high side. We had breaking issues in the rear of our Toyota Camry. They ended up replacing the rotators, disc brake assembly & pads on both rear tires which cost around $600. Trustworthy staff and service.

HORRIBLE experience with this place. DO NOT go here if you have the chance to go somewhere else. BEWARE!! I went to this place off a recommendation of a family member and I am going to tell them to beware as well... try not to come here anymore. They charged me SEVENTY-SIX DOLLARS for an oil change.The first time I called them they hung up on me. The second time I called them the lady answering was extremely rude, so I was already a bit wary. They also did not give me a quote during the call before simply hanging up on me. Since my family member had recommended them I decided to go in store anyway.I went in the next day and the lady there was nice - kudos to her for being a sweetheart. Talking to her was the only nice experience out of this whole ordeal. When I asked why it was so much they said that they were also doing a free car inspection. I was like okay. I dont mind having my car inspected, it can add a few dollars to the total price. Then I asked how long it would take. They said around 45 minutes because I had made an appointment.ONE HOUR AND A HALF goes by, where I am waiting inside the building since I dont have another car, now mind you that is DOUBLE the time they had told me, and I finally went up to the guy in the front and asked if they are done with my car?? And he was like oh yeah. I didnt work on your car. If I hadnt gone up they probably would have let me sit there for hours and hours!!! Didnt even apologize for the extra 45 minute wait. And what happened to the free car inspection? I got absolutely NO paperwork or ANY mention of it!! Then he had the audacity to ask me to tip them?? Disgusting.I will absolutely NEVER come back here again and I will tell my family members not to come here either. Need to find a new place to go. You can get an oil change for much much cheaper if you look around a little bit and you will find MUCH better customer service too.

Ive been going here for 2-3 years now for all my tires and other minor mechanical repair. Tammy (mgr) has taken excellent care of me and my family and is extremely trustworthy. She and her staff do great work and if there is a problem she will bend over backwards to make it right!

BEWARE!! Employees here are trained to deceive you and sell you on repairs/services you dont actually need. I came here a few weeks ago because I had a nail in my tire and I needed a simple patch. The employee working lied to me and told me I needed a brand new tire. I drove down the street to Chevron and they fixed the nail for $20. This is not an honest business.

I had a very good experience here, a large repair and they unfortunately broke a piece when doing the work. So why five stars?? Because things happen in every business and it is how the take care of you when a problem occurs that shows a truly good company. They admitted and took care of everything right away. I recommend this shop.

I have been a regular customer here for years, after my THIRD bad experience, I decided to write this review to warn others of their unprofessionalism. They completely butchered my alignment TWICE, even the second time when I went in to get the first alignment fixed. The employee told me it was because they didnt have experienced technicians at that time, but now they do and they can fix my alignment. The second alignment was even worse than the first. On top of the poor quality work, their customer service is terrible. The store manager was rude to me after I was upset that they couldnt balance my tires after they said they could and I already waited hours for the job to be done. Im never taking any of my cars to a tires plus again and I recommend everyone stay away.

This location used to be great when David was the manager. My experience with it over the last year is that they recommend unnecessary work and are overpriced. A recent repair estimate from them was done elsewhere for almost half the cost and only half of the recommendations turned out to be necessary.

The staff is friendly but the techs seem to use the process of elimination to fix issues and they can miss important things. Within the last month, I’ve been at this location a few times because when they did something, it caused another problem! I had them do my brakes because my car would feel like it was rattling when I stopped. They did the calipers, rotors and pads on the back. When I drove away, everything seemed fine but that same night, my brakes were making a screeching noise (never ever had that problem in the 4 years I’ve had my car).When I went back the next day, I was told that when you do something to one set of brakes, it can affect the others which didn’t make sense AT ALL. It shouldn’t cause a sudden screeching noise! They then proceed to tell me that I’ll need to get my front brakes done too and that that’s where the noise was coming from - funny, they didn’t mention that when I first got the backs done and they did a complete inspection. They sanded down the rotors (I believe) and I drove off.Again, everything seemed fine but less than 3 days later, I was having the same issue but before that new problem came back, my check engine light came on the night I had came back for the second time so I had to again take my car back and they thought it was the camshaft solenoid (I’d already had that done less than 2 years ago) but then they saw that my oil was black and low. Mind you, I had come here for my previous oil change in which the sticker on my window didn’t say when I’d be due for my next one; only what the mileage was at the time and the date I’d came. I don’t know exactly how many miles you’re supposed to go between an oil change but I’ve never been late on one because I always have a sticker that specifies the date and mileage for my next one. Due to them not being thorough and checking that the previous two times I’d been in, I could’ve blown my engine! They ended up doing my oil change and the light didn’t come back on. Great!Now back to my brakes...I ended up having the same new screeching noise not even three days later after they did my oil change. I wasn’t taking it back to them again for them to tell me some bs when they messed up.I ended up taking my car to Firestone not far from this location, where they showed me everything and they also recommended getting my front brakes done - rotors and pads. Again, I drove off and I heard the noise before I could even get all the way down the street! I immediately called back and was told all the mechanics had left for the day (two hours before close). I ended up coming back the next day and they figured out that the noise was coming from the back brakes!!! They ended up doing the work all over, free of charge since it was under warranty. Tires Plus and Firestone are under the Bridgestone Corp.After that, the noise went away but I completely blew my budget for the month. I spent $400-something on the backs and $320-something on the fronts. On top of that, it almost sounds like there’s a rubbing noise now. Something that again was not there before! I honestly think they use cheap parts. I’ve had my brakes done by a hood mechanic less than 2 years before all this happened and didn’t have ANY problems afterwards.Bridgestone Corp should really be ashamed.UPDATE (5/30/19):My check engine light ended up coming back on about 2-3 weeks ago, changing my oil was only a temporary fix. I ended up spending $340-something to replace both of my camshaft solenoid sensors but I went to the location on Holcomb Bridge Rd to have the work done. I ended up reaching out to corporate because the issue was caused by negligence. It took a couple of months but last week, they finally got back to me about it and credited me for the money I spent - check came in the mail the Tuesday after Memorial Day. I appreciate them taking responsibility but I will never come back here.

Had my alignment done here and they left off a screw so within a few months my steering wheel needed to be turned all the way to the left in order to drive forward. Not only is this extremely dangerous but it wore down my brand new tires to bald within 6 months.

Tammy the manager freaked out on me when I questioned her about the one hour tire guarantee. I special ordered tires the other day and then had an appointment today and the one hour guarantee is only if you have an appointment and when I questioned her on the one hour guarantee after it had been more than an hour and a half for my tires, she freaked out and just told me to take my car and get the heck out of there luckily by that time the new tires had been put on, but they did not do an alignment check for me as she freaked out and told me to leave.

I am a veteran. I am an Uber driver. I have had financial struggles and a flat tire was not a welcome to my morning. After dealing with other business being driven by my sister today, I got home and searched for a place to get a reasonably priced single tire replacement. After calling around, talking to a few potential shops, disregarding Walmart tire and lube after barely understanding the man on the phone, I spoke with Brandon at this shop. I explained my situation, an non repairable pinhole leak on my tires shoulder, as well as my Uber discount and need for the cheapest option I was given a prompt quote. I arrived 45 minutes before close. I was greeted by Tru, explained my needs to him as well and my concern about time to get the replacement. Tru assured me there was plenty of time and quoted me the same as Brandon. After about 20 minutes, my tire was on and I was road ready. But what made me take my time for this review was the pleasant conversation with Tru, and great advice from him as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will highly recommend this shop to anyone I can. Thank you Tru, Brandon, and Tires Plus yall saved my day.

I went to Tires plus needing a tire patched, i was told that it was not fixable and that id be needing new tires. A friend referenced another shop, Gran Turismo East and they had it patched and done cheaper and faster than Tires plus would have done it for.thanks for trying to steal my money.

When i picked-up my car. Tire pressure sensors di not read on the dash, greasy crud all over my wheels, two of my my original stem caps were replaced with cheap plastic caps, and my lug nut socket that comes with my car was not returned to me. I returned and they returned my lug mut socket, my valve caps were replaced with caps that looked somewhat like my old ones, but plastic instead of metal. They were unable to get my tire pressure sensors working and now I have to make an appointment with Lexus to get my car back to normal. The worst part I didnt even mention to them because I cant prove it: there are new chips and scratches in the paint of my wheels. Not the type that you get from a curb, but the type where heavy tools bump and scratched the wheel. I epected to get my car back in the same condition as I left them with. So disappointed with the whole experience. I will say that the ladies that work there were trying to take care of me after the fact, but obviously the technicians dont care.

Called and made an appointment for an alignment four days in advancd. Showed up on time and they tell me it may be hours before they can get to it. I didnt make an appointment to have to wait hours. Drove to the BP shop down the street and they hooked me up the minute I showed up.
