Ive only been to the Marrietta location. I go a few times a year for my house projects and Ive had really good experiences until today. Usually theres a nice lady staffs the counter. But today she was on the phone and there was a rude guy employee at the counter. The interaction was short but he was extremely cold. Well, what do you want?. I asked him what kind of compost they had in stock. Then kept cutting me off after asking me a question. Id get one or two words out and then hed just cut me off. It was a pretty strange experience. If hes there next time, Ill wait for someone else to help me. If hes the only one then Ill go to Atlanta Landscape Materials. They are a little farther away for me but worth avoiding that guy.

The best place to buy landscaping material in Atlanta. Always the best prices with quality and their delivery crew is amazing. Can’t recommend them enough.

They mixed up a great veggie soil for us and loaded it promptly. I hope to see them again before next Earth Day. Excellent service and prices.

I renovated my flowerbed and needed about 9 yards of brown mulch. After doing some research into a few local companies, Green Brothers was between $3 and $5 cheaper per yard than the other guys. They also had the lowest local delivery fee.I placed my order over the phone in just a couple minutes. The mulch was delivered on time, by a friendly driver, and the quality of the product was excellent. It was notably better than the bagged mulch you get at hardware stores. They do charge a 3% fee for credit card, so I paid with a check to avoid this fee.Overall a great experience at a great price. Highly recommended.

Highly frustrated and dissatisfied with the landscape ‘mix’ we ordered from the Marietta location.. More like a landscape cluster$&@*^%. A week earlier we ordered the same landscape mix from the Norcross location and it was great. We needed more landscape mix and since the Norcross location was out we ordered from the Marietta location, even though we paid an additional $30 delivery fee. The ‘mix’ arrived but was NOT mixed at all. HUGE chunks of compost, clay and sand. What a joke. We have 1500 in sod coming and needed this dirt to lay beneath the sod. Now we have to sort through the pile and mix it up ourselves as we attempt to use it. Not to mention I tried to call the Marietta location thirty times this morning (no joke) and no one was answering the phone even though supposedly were open. They obviously don’t care about customer service or the quality of their product. They did do great at taking my money -more then $400 total for this mess. Silver lining is driver who delivered came on time as promised and was very nice. Unfortunately doesn’t fix the situation we now find ourselves in. Hours of extra work on our part and probably a rental from Home Depot to better mix everything. Learned my lesson- will NEVER order from this location in Marietta again.

Very helpful staff and great choices for dirt, mulch and stone. Have used them many times to get our dirt and mulch. Very simple to pick up if you have a truck or trailer.

Spoke to Jason, very professional and good advice. Ordered, went atm on way home and upon arriving at home, two minutes later truck shows u with 4 ton of stone. Excellent

I Usually don’t leave reviews. Very rude!! I been to the other locations always on top with service. I have a landscape company and spend a lot of money at landscape supply places like this. Hate to say it not coming to this location anymore!. This the Marietta location just so we’re clean.

Rude and unprofessional. Got mad when I stepped inside and 6’ away from customer already there. Sign on door said maintain 6’, not one at a time inside. Then left to “check on his people”. Then ignored someone who pulled up and asked a a question. Not sure why.Finally gave me a price, I gave him a credit card and amount charged 3% higher. Told me it was the 3% service fee and if I had been there before, I would have known that.Maybe having a bad day, but definitely came across as my business not welcome.

Rude customer service when ordering on the phone, unclear about delivery, and failed to mention $45 delivery fee

Found some scrap rocks we could use to act as pavers for our project. I went inside to ask if we could buy them and was told someone would be out shortly. After about 15 minutes someone came and grabbed the pallet we created, weighed it and gave us a purchase price. Prices are good but the service/responsiveness was lacking. Id go to Danilos first before coming here, but wouldnt talk you out of coming.

Great place for bulk landscaping materials. Way cheaper than the big stores for mulch and compost. Just drive up with a truck or trailer, tell em what you want and theyll load you up.

I was trying to get a 1/2 ton of river rock at 4:45pm on a Monday. Several nearby locations I called said they had already closed down loaders even though they closed at 5pm. I drove to Green Brothers and arrived at 4:55 and even though the guys were closing up they went ahead and took care of me. Really appreciated it as it was raining the rest of the week and I needed to get the rock laid that day.

These folks wake me (and dozens of other people) up super early in the morning on a daily basis. I understand that there job is to move stuff around and that creates a lot of noise, but there is absolutely no reason to be waking people up before 5am regularly.I woke up yesterday before 5am to one of their trucks just sitting in reverse and beeping loudly for several consecutive minutes--it was not going anywhere or moving, just idling and beeping and waking people up. This is the case on weekends too, as I am never able to sleep in on the weekends at all due to this company.Basically this company is sacrificing the wellbeing of everyone who lives around them so that they can start obnoxiously early in the morning and make more profits.Not cool 👎🏻😤😴

We had a great experience with Green Brothers! They were right on time and delivered 20 cubic yards of mulch with only one days notice!

You know what? They answer their phone! Plain and simple if you want to run a business answer your phone. They are not the cheapest nor the highest priced. But they answered the phone so I could get a quote! They will now get all my business when I need their service.

How is it legal for small kids people who have respiratory conditions forced to inhale dirt on a daily basis.This is a residential area we may have to get the I team investigation to help the community. Cars are covered with dirt pets are inhaling dirt asthmatic people are suffering. Enough is enough profit some place else your time is up Green BrothersOr get rid of the dirt.
