Unethical. One of PMC/Randal Brothers trucks backed into my vehicle at a stoplight. The driver took his foot off the brake and rolled a considerable distance before hitting and damaging my vehicle. The driver ignored my horn blaring and all other drivers around blaring their horns. I called and talked to the general manager who was a real jerk and refused to take responsibility for the damages their truck and driver did to my vehicle. Their insurance company won’t return calls to me, my insurance company and their driver’s insurance company. They are trying to make the driver take the whole wrap. I don’t recommend doing business with such an unethical company that won’t take responsibility for damage done by their trucks. Don’t go to work for a company who makes their employees use their personal insurance for accidents that happen while driving their commercial trucks.

Might be a great place but who knows? they posted operation hours till 4pm but at 350 I cant get in the front door. Terrible way to do business.

They had a door in stock that everyone else had a 5-8 week wait for. Great quick service.

The front office staff appears to be doing well. The outside help is horrible. I usually wait an hour for hardly any material. There is no organization. Only 1 sign that seems like it’s a joke. They should invest in the outside crew cause it’s not working the way it is. No one should have to wait for 2 hours for 10 2x4s.

Front desk where some helpful people, the people out back when I went to pick up three doors took what seemed awhile to show me where to go, once I had gotten to the doors warehouse of the three helping there was this one guy with dreadlocks and a red sweat shirt who went all the way to his manager and grabbed a extra box for me and that was super cool, I appreciated that

We called for two straight days to find out the price for trex. Neither no one has answer our question nor called us back.

I’ve been purchasing materials from PMC for over 5 years. The service has always been exceptional. The prices have always been fair and the knowledge of the sales staff has always been beyond reproach. As a customer I feel secure that everyone in the company from the bottom to the top have my best interests at heart and would do whatever it takes to ensure that I am taken care of. They have my full endorsement.

Door ordered on 7/27. Clearly stated that door would be needed no later than 8/14 for installation on Monday 8/17. No problem, door should take 7-10 days. It is now 8/13 and we have called numerous times and have not even received a call back saying, Oh, the door is back-ordered and delivery will be x. Just radio silence....sick of chasing them to receive a product I have already paid for. Be very careful ordering from here, they seem much too busy or incompetent to take care of residential customers.I am revising my review to 4 stars because the manager did reach out to me and was able to locate the order and ensure that it arrived on 8/17. I am grateful that he took the time and effort to make things right, and I understand we are in strange times with Covid so we need to give each other some grace.

Kept calling David Bush trying to order a custom door. Never picked up, never returned messages. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I went to the average joe chain store for a stick of trim I needed, they didn’t keep it in stock and the gentleman in lumber told me about PMC building materials. When I came in to the store I was blown away. The salesman at the counter were very friendly and understanding that I had no clue what I was talking about. They showed me samples and matched up exactly what I needed. Got sent around to the guys in the yard to get my material and even though they were really really busy I was very impressed by the service. They were quick to find my trim I needed and even helped me load it. Fantastic place to get all the lumber, trim, and door materials you need to fancy up your home. Highly recommended to anyone over the big chain stores ! Thanks again Tom !

This location is an absolute joke. Constant mistakes on orders, either they have ordered the wrong item, or it takes longer than what they say to get the product. We have continued to use them for many years, due to the lack of builder supply to get the specific items we need. They let us down every single time, literally every single time. we have lost customers because of it, and they have cost us profits on jobs, due to the mistakes. We have spoken to management and numerous counter folks, nothing gets fixed. They have a severe lack of leadership at this location, and do not seem to care to get better. My company has multiple offices that use this location, and they have the same issues over and over again. If you are not a superior home building company with a big name, they will not give you the time of day, and you will stand at their counter for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. It is a poorly ran operation. I wish i could give negative stars.....

Ive been coming into PMC since 2005. Im always pleased with the willingness to help me find what I need. In the couple rare instances they didnt carry what I needed they directed me to somewhere in the area that did. Ive also sent many customers to them directly to have custom doors built. Never a complaint by any of them.

My first visit to PMC, and it was awesome. Zach was wonderful and very helpful!

Its ironic, there are customer service related signs all over the showroom, but very few of the counter sales people appear to understand what that means. Ive walked in there many times and they dont look up to recognize or welcome you, they are too busy at their keyboard or eating at the counter to be bothered by a customer. Then when I drive around to the yard to pickup a purchase, there are many guys running around looking busy, but again too busy to be helping customers.

PMC is and has been my go to supplier for years. This past week, we were on an extremely difficult job with a very tight deadline. A large order came to the job site that needed to be altered. PMC stepped up big time and was able to get us the new product very quickly. We finished our project just in time before our customers party. This made them extremely happy. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate PMC and their customer service.

I must tell you of an experience I had with this Company even though I wasnt even a customer! While delivering some building materials to my next door neighbor, the PMC driver accidentally pushed my mailbox with the delivery truck and partially split the wood post. I would not have known until later had he not come to my door, told me of the accident, and reported that his Company would replace the post free of charge. They did! By 9:30 the next morning a man arrived with the post and concrete and replaced the broken post. I didnt even have to call them. What an honest Company, true to its word! This single act speaks volumes about the managements philosophy and customer treatment. Many many thanks! Bravo!

10 minutes in show room. 10 minutes walking around the lumber yard. Not a single greeting by employees. Not a single price posted on any products.Most of lumber yard in disorder. Trash and discarded items.Lumber quality and selection did look better than 84, Lowe’s and the homedepot.Do you want to sell products?

Plenty of material in stock not as efficient at getting it loaded and distributed as they could be, but a tremendous establishment overall

I need some 12ft 5/4 boards I said. Okay said the sales guy, that will be $139.00. Great I said as he handed me the pick order, which you take around to the lumber yard. After waiting a good 20 minutes, The Picker informed me that the boards were back ordered said so right on the order. Why didnt the sales guy tell me when I paid for it? Why did I have to wait, and then go back and work something out with the Sales guy? You know, its not the money, its the time, its the lack of attention to detail. Its the lack of attention to customer service. My company might buy materials there in the future, but only when we absolutely have to.

Couldnt have been happier with the service provided, price was very competitive on top of they offer delivery which home depot doesnt. Wanted to start my project and was expecting a long delivery time but PMC delivered next day and allowed me to start my project early. Only a couple pieces were cracked and etc but thats expected and I ordered 10% extra just in case. Overall very happy with the quality of service and the wood, would recommend.

Went in to try to buy a front door. Instead of being sold a door, I was given a brochure by Jack and a strong helping of his condescending attitude. Don’t know if they cater to contractors more than the public, but they won’t be winning the public’s business anytime soon with that attitude.

Somehow it is possible to have everything I can think of needing, helpful staff, and a much better price than anywhere else. I recently put a new front door on my house. I had quotes ranging from $1200-$2800 for all the materials. I went to PMC and was shocked at the $590 quote I got from them. Their door and all the trim was also much higher quality than what I had previously seen. Thank you all for the help and I will always check with you first from now on.

Went to pick up a special order item, walked into main desk area. 6 employees at their seats, I’m the only customer in the store. It took 5 min before someone acknowledged me, a couple of more to ask what I needed. Turns out I had to run upstairs to pick up my order. Similar experience but this time I interrupted two employees who were carrying on their own conversation. Customer service shouldn’t be a catchphrase, it should be a mentality on how to treat the people who ultimately sign your paychecks!

Walked in this “business “ looking for a possible molding to match an existing cabinet. These lazy toxic whatever wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge a customer. I asked my question and was pointed down a hall to look on the wall to see if I could find something that might match Obviously he doesn’t know the inventory. Home Depot - Lowes you are safe These clowns don’t know how to deal with the public There clients are builders repeat orders- Rude would be a compliment

I went in to buy a small quantity of lumber, and was served well. I noticed a lot of store space devoted to displaying windows. I attempted to get someone to show, discuss, and impress me with their products. No one was very interested in coming out from behind the counter, and none of them had any special knowledge about the brands they sell. All they knew how to do was place an order. Theres a clear lack of salesmanship talent. I think theyre used to builders coming in and placing no-bother orders rather than dealing with diy noobs. So I left.

Two times trying to get a quote and they never get done, the seller crew bad have a bad actitud .
