Been using these guys for years. Havent used there show room much but they are my go to place for supplies. Charlie really knows his products well. Its nice to be able to consult with an actual professional instead of just an order taker.

Looked like they had a halfway decent selection dispite the mess of a showroom ... but wouldnt know anything else since theire customer service consisted of them handing me card to ask questions later and then retreating to an office.

I love this business!! It is a local well worth supporting with your purchase. They have excellent, unique and on-trend options, in many shapes and colors, with very decent prices with wonderfully personable staff, even letting you check out samples to bring home and see how things will look in your space. I could not recommend this place highly enough

Came here with my contractor. Guy at the desk pretty much ignores us until my contractor shows interest in the 2k tile cutter. Come to find out later, guy at the desk is the owner. I buy some schluter trim and ask for a different style that they’re out of. Guy says he can have it overnighted, I say great ring me up. I get home and realize something seems off about the total. I call and talk to guy, he says yeah I charged you $70 for overnight shipping. Well guy it would’ve been nice if you had mentioned that would be the case at the store. Guy says I should’ve know and doesn’t offer anything to make it right. I tell guy to cancel everything, I’ll bring it all back. Guy says that I should go shop where they offer free shipping. And I did go and do that. Guy is a complete putz. Guy is also know as Charlie.

I bought tile from Tile House and had it shipped across the country at a great expense. It arrived so poorly packed that many of the tiles were broken. I ordered several square feet beyond what I needed and now I needed additional tile to finish my project. Cindy told me she would send replacement tiles, but had to find a box to fit them. Apparently they don’t make boxes that fit because she never sent the tile. I contacted her multiple time and each time she apologized and said she would get it done. Never happened. I finally just told her to forget it and refund my money for the broken tile and that I would go find more somewhere else. She apologized again and said she would look into a refund. Never happened......just really lame.

I can not say enough about Charlie and his local support and service to the local community of tile installers. He has the right products for the right price and can get you out and on your way. The selections of tile are comparable and you can find great deals on common selections.I will do whatever I can to support his business and send my clients to Tile House to shop for products.If you are looking for something just ask. very helpful and informative if he is not busy helping his clients.

What a great experience I had today- thanks to Cindy. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I walked in with tile pieces from a shower/tub project done years ago. Was just hoping to find the closest match possible to update into a frameless walk-in. Cindy immediately recognized the tile and even knew the name. Now I will have an exact match instead of just hoping to make the bathroom look presentable. Thanks House of Tile for hiring great people like Cindy!

Charlie helped me figure out the proper way to install tile on a huge deck. Not as simple as you think if you want it to last. His patience through my multiple phone calls was much appreciated. He knows his products and stocks many brands for all your needs. Im a contractor of 25 years and have used many tile supply houses. Charlie will find what product fits your need instead of pushing any certain brand or line. Thanks to him and James for their help. I recommend any pro installer or first time dyi homeowner to visit their shop. They are awesome!

I had a wonderful experience at The Tile House Of Marietta. The selection and pricing was the best I saw (I did a lot of shopping before making my purchase). The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to use her expertise to help me select the perfect tiles to accomplish the look I was going for. When I found out this is a family owned and operated business I was even happier with my decision to buy my tile here and will be back for my next project.

I love Tile House of Marietta! I ordered tiles from them for my bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Will definitely order from them again. They have a nice selection from the most basic to the most elaborate. Their pricing is good, service is excellent. Cindy and her team are always very helpful and is very good at finding the style I needed. She even go out of her way to provide thorough consultation and make me happy. She also referred me to the best contractor weve ever hired: Steve Kouvelas.

Had a really bad experience with one of the sales associates at the Tile House of Marietta. After spending time choosing a product we were informed that it was backordered and wouldnt be available for a couple of months. When we returned samples a few days later a different sales associate informed us that the product was available and we would simply have to pay shipping to get it to Marietta. Then the original sales associate starting using high pressure tactics to try to get us to finalize the purchase. Started calling, emailing and texting multiple times to inform us that the product would only be available for a limited time and it was in high demand. It honestly felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. Based on this experience we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Charlie is a superb business man who really knows how to make customers happy.
